Disabled during suspension. Can anyone help me out????!!!!!!
The situation goes like this.
I got my phone on August 2008 with a 2-year contract.
On May 2009, I asked a store manager around my neighborhood for a 2-year suspension due to my military duty and he suspended my account.
Now, I've almost completed my duty and am getting ready to get back to the States.
And I tried to log on to verizon wireless recently, but I found out that my account has been disabled!!!!
So I sent an email to figure out what happened, and what a customer service employee told me was that my number has been reassigned to some other guy and cannot locate my account!
When I made my contract, I paid $400 deposit since I have no SSN. And I guess I'm just about to lose it.
Does anyone have any idea about how to solve this problem????quite desperate......
Have them pull up your old account using your name and the address that you were at when you set it up (or, if you have it, the account number). They will be able to see exactly what happened on the other account and why it got canceled.

i tried send a message to apple supports and they just replying me an article message or article guide to access but it doesnt help... as i said i cant access my old email address so how can i reset my recovery security questions...
i hope apple supports help me with this matter you can verify your system that i always use itunes card to buy items on my game named Party in my dorm..

I have my itunes stored on my external hard drive of my IMac.
I have started to put my Digital Copies to my IMac with external hard drive, then on my MacBook Pro I can see the movies, but if I close out my IMac, I can't access my movies on my laptop???

hey guys,i tried to install the latest version of itunes but when i try to open it,it just comes up windows error 2 apple application support was not found,can anyone help me out and tell me what i need to do pls ?
If you run into the "another installation" message even after the reboot of the PC (which is an excellent idea by HTP ProXy), reregistering your Windows Installer Service is worth a try.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another reinstalll. -

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ... -

On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to: Notes
Then reselect it.
Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync the data.

Restore your device as NEW. Before you add any apps to it (other than the ones that come with iOS 6), try out the phone. If it still doesn't work, you'll need to go to Apple for phone replacement.

IF....you might be trying to install AirPort Utility on your Mac....you already have the most recent version on your Mac.....and you cannot install an earlier version than you already have.
