Disabled/locked iphone no itunes/icloud, save my life
my iphone screen broke and i tried to t write the password too many times it said "connect to itunes" but stupid me hasn't synced with itunes before and i don't have an icloud thingy whatever its called .. is there a way to open my iphone again without erasing EVERYTHING ? please say yes ?
No. Once it says 'Connect to iTunes', the device is in Recovery Mode.

Sorry in advance for the umpteenth "locked out of my iPhone" question, but it's for my sister...
I understand from reading around that if I don't have access to a computer to restore my locked-out iPhone, I need to force the phone into recovery mode and then restore it. I've seen this URL quite a lot: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
My question is that the how-to in that URL seems predicated on access to a computer/iTunes? Is there a step-by-step guide if you have no access to a computer or iTunes for restoring, or is that not possible? Losing all data is not a concern for me (it probably is for her, but my understanding is there's no way to do this without losing all data... I hope she's backed it up!)
Thanks in advance.Please read the earlier responses. It cannot be done. You have to restore the phone via iTunes after the carrier has authorized the unlock.

excuse my poor english i'm a french guy ^^Apple does not participate with law enforcement regarding getting your phone back or locking the device in any way. Hopefully it had a password lock on it.
All you can do is to report it to your carrier to be sure that your SIM gets deactivated. More likely than not, your phone has already been wiped clean and sold on the black market or in use by someone else with an active SIM. -
My iphone is disabled and have tried the only passcode I have, to no avail. Cannot turn off the Find Iphone because I can't get into my phone.
So, you're not talking about trying to turn on the iphone using your passcode, but are talking about the phone being disabled from having used Find My iPhone to put it in lost mode - right?

I updated itunes 11.1.5 and I accidently restored all my settings back to my old phone that was backed up onto my computer, I lost everything that was set up on my phone, contacts, pictures, videos, emails...etc.. how do I get my old setup back without doing a factory data reset?
Restore the device again using the most recent backup.
If there is no more recent backup and the pictures were not copied off the device prior to the original restore, they are gone. Same goes for videos taken with the device.
Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service, simply sync them back.
Any content acquired from iTunes should be on iTunes on the computer, simply sync it back. -
I Know iCLOUD saves music n other inventory so you can access it easier over other apple products. My question is can I use iCLOUD with my iPHONE 4s with iTUNES on a Windows 7 laptop/Destop?

My son has typed in my passcode wrong on my iPhone 5 and it says 'iPhone disabled please connect to iTunes'
I had rung O2, and they said that the only thing they can do is do a restore on the phone but then everything will be deleted
I'm not bothered about the apps getting deleted, it's the photos and videos I am most worried about because they are of my 4 month old daughter since birth and these are the only photos that I have of her. I have only sent around 20 photos to family and friends so if I lose all these photos on my phone then I will only have 20. There are over 2000 pictures of her on my phone so I really really need to get them back
I don't have iTunes, I have never downloaded it or anything. I have always taken my pictures off just by plugging my phone into the computer, going to My Computer and copy and pasting them like that but I have not done this in 2 months and there are so many photos and videos that will be lost.
I downloaded iTunes, logged in using my email and password but every time I connect my phone it keeps saying for me to put my password in on the phone but the numbers aren't on the phone screen.
Is there any way I can get my photos back?

Please helpThere is no way to get your photos back if you didn't save them to your computer, or back up your iPhone to your computer, or back up your iPhone to iCloud, or enable PhotoStream for your iPhone, or upload them to FaceBook or Picasa or DropBox or Box or Flickr or Shutterfly. In other words, there are at least a dozen ways you can preserve photos, and if you didn't do any of them they are lost.
One reason to sync to iTunes is iTunes will "remember" your phone, so if you ever lose your passcode you can just Restore using iTunes and it will remove the passcode AND restore your most recent backup. -
Can't access iPhone on iTunes because it is disabled

Ive changed my apple id. in my iPad and iPhone under iTunes it's showing the new id but under iCloud still shows old I'd. I have been told to delete account and add in new one but worried in case lose all my stuff that's already saved in iCloud. any idea?
If all you did was rename your ID, you can go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your renamed ID. Deleting the account only deletes the account and any data you are syncing with iCloud from your phone, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts, your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.
If, however, you are changing to a new account with a new ID, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then choose Merge when you sign into the new account and turn your iCloud syncing back on to upload your data to the new account.
Before deleting the account, save you photo stream photos to your camera roll (tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll). -
My iPod touch screen says it is disabled. Connect to iTunes. When I connect the device to the computer a window pops up and said that the iPod is locked and I need to enter the passcode on the iPod..... I can't get it to do anything. Any ideas?
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Well my sister lives in US and she just handed me her old iphone 3gs. The phone was locked to AT&T .While trying to acees it an error message is popping up that Iphone is disable,Please connect to itunes.Well i downloaded a new version of itunes and while connecting it in recovery mode and tryuing to update it it is giving an error.i asked my sister to unlock the phone so i could use it on any network .she has applied for it and will get the code in one week. Restore the device as new with an AT&T SIM card or wait until it is unlocked and restore as new with another carriers SIM.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You cannot disable your phone using iTunes.
You can only locate, lock or erase your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely. -
my wife's iCloud locked and she is don't remember her email but she knows her old password and she don't have apple id how can she unlocked her iPhone or restore iCloud password. normal method can't help us
Actually, I want her to have a separate iTunes account. Our marriage is fine, but our musical tastes are vastly different That's another issue; right now want to focus on getting my wife in .icloud email address.
