Disappearing Report a Problem button iTunes 10.6

OS 10.6.8 iTunes 10.6
I am an iTunes match user and I have a song that I purchased a year or so ago that will not stream or download. The song it by the Ting Tings "That's Not My Name" Anyway, I try to report the problem from my account purchase history but when I click on the report a problem button it just disapears LOL!!! and no form shows up. Is this how apple handles problems now?

I think what is happening is the button disappears then there are links "Report a problem) next to each item in the purchased list. However, I still think it is odd that the button disappears. I guess now I have to just search through the lists to find the item that I am having trouble with.

    I just upgraded to current version of iTunes, and when I click on "report a problem" in e-mailed store receipt, the dialog won't open. It only shows the purchase receipt in iTunes. Help please!

    Contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

  • Unable to 'report a problem' with iTunes purchase

    Hi all.
    I have a Season Pass for Castle, Season 1 in the UK store. They have, as usual, been releasing the episodes for download approx 24 hours after transmission (yes, US readers we're THAT far behind you in being able to get this programme.). However, last week Channel 5 broadcast the final 2 episodes of season 1 back to back on the same night. Only one episode, episode 9, appeared in iTunes.
    I thought I would use the 'report a problem' feature to ask if they're actually going to put the last one up to download, or if it's been forgotten. However, clicking the 'report a problem' link in My Account on any episode of Castle just opens the default Apple support webpage in Safari. If I use the link on any other purchase then I get the correct "Problem: Choose One" drop down within iTunes.
    So, how can I ask a question of iTunes support about the currently missing episode if I can't use the "report a problem" link?

    Doh. Didn't expect it to be that simple. I don't know why but I had it my head that they don't deal with iTunes store queries except via the in app reporting method.

    My younger brother accidently purchased an in-app item worth £69.99. I desperately need to refund this as it will be removed from my bank and I need the money to stay.
    When in iTunes I check my purchase history and try to 'report a problem' it simply opens the apple support site and does nothing! I've tried calling Apple but the stupid Auto-bot didn't understand what I'm trying to do and then expected me to stay on the line for up to 10 minutes to get in touch! Not a chance.     The only link I have with mention of a phone number would not work from the UK.  I am surprised it is left active since iTunes Store is noted for not having any phone number and only reachable online.  [email protected]

    1- Locate the item in your Purchase History
    2- Click the "Report a Problem" link
    3- Select "I inadvertently purchased this item" from the drop down menu
    4- Enter notes explaining the situation in the Comments section
    THE PROBLEM:
