Disappointed with the iTunes store error.

I always loved having apple products, but after this newest error i'm extremley disappointed, I shouldn't have to keep trying to get in the app store when it basically keeps saying 'cannot connect to iTunes store' I have around 4 apps that need to be updated, and want to download some more apps to add to the collection. I've searched and searched for a solution, I've tried changing the date/time but that didn't help. And i've tried switching the iPod off and on also i've tried logging out and back in again, but nothing works. This needs sorting soon!

Apple is required by the content owners to verify that you reside in the country of the iTunes Store you wish to use, even for access to the free content. Hence the requirement for a credit card or prepaid item of some sort (gift card, gift certificate, etc. which can only be used in the country of purchase).

What steps have you tried to resolved it? Have you tried signing out and back into your account? If that doesn't work, contact Apple.

I applied and received an upgrade code to Redeem Mountain Lion for my new MBP.
I get this message when I try to Sign in to the App Store after entering the redemption content code, and also if I just try to "Sign In".   The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.
I received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.
I also tried to re-create this appleID...(it was one suggestion I saw for this issue) It doesn't let me since the ID already exists...

As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
Type this exactly as you see it here:   ~/Library/Cookies
Click Go the move the   com.apple.appstore.plist   file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

I have resetted my password it for multiple times, updated new software for iTunes and still same results. I called up customer support, which was no support at all because they told me to ask in here...

This is information you you have created an apple id.
To use this apple id for the itunes store, you have to agree to the terms and conditions and enter in the requested information before you can use the store.
When you create an apple id it does not mean you gain access to all apples features, you would need to create a :-
Itunes id
Facetime id
Game centre id
imessage id
icloud id
You can use the same email address as each login. but until you agree to each terms and conditions you wont be able to access the services.
This is usually done the first time you access each service and sign in with your apple id.
As to iTunes you need a little extra as they will request to confirm details as to address, etc, with the payment information they can confirm you are actually in that country you are trying to purchase from.
Once you have added the credit card details, you can go back in a set payment method to none and remove the credit card details once you have activated the itunes on your apple id.
Basically this message you are getting is just ADDING the feature of iTunes store to your apple id, and confirms you have not got a iTunes id yet.

After reading the whole post, I still don't capture the exact error message or code from it when you failed to install Office 2013.
The only clue is that "bootstrap loader error" ...
It seems that you want to upgrade Office 2007 to new Office 2013, by default, we could complete the uninstall previous Office version and install the new Office in the installation wizard.
At this point, if you get the install source through CD or other media. I recommand that we copy/paste the installation to local drive. Then turn off all of anti-virus and firewall, begin to setup in
Windows clean boot mode.
Please use a setup log to troubleshoot setup problems in Office if the installation problem still occurs.

Itunes can not connect with the Itunes store

Every time I try to connect to the ITunes Store an error pops up : Itunes can not connect with the Itunes store. I have downloaded the updated software and have access to the internet. Anyone ever run into this problem?

If it still has problems after trying the steps above, try resetting Winsock. It looks like it worked for a few people in this thread -> With iTunes 10.4 I can access iTunes store.

Application Loader stuck on "authenticating with the iTunes store"

I am trying to submit my app through iTunes Connect. I have been stuck on "authenticating with the iTunes store" for more almost 20 mins. Is this normal? Is something wrong?
I have been following the Adobe Step-By-Step Guide to Publishing iPad Apps and everything went smoothly through to the DPS App Builder. I was able to download both the developer app .ipa and the distribution app .zip following the steps fine. But all steps thereafter are useless: iTunes Connect's interface has changed since the Adobe guide was made, and now I am completely lost.
I have downloaded Application Loader and I am attempting to submit this developer app .zip I have to iTunes Connect through Application Loader. But to no avail.

Application Loader stuck at "Authenticating with the iTunes store" when uploading an iOS app

We have been trying to submit an app to the iTunes store using Application Loader for three days and keep getting stuck at the "Authenticating with the iTunes store" step. We have read many forums and tried what was suggested: making a new provisioning profile, using different or multiple versions of Application Loader, changing proxy settings, rebooting the Mac, uploading at a different time of the day, etc. We have even left it running overnight and have not had success with getting past this step. Unfortunately, no feedback is given about what the issue may be, and we have not gotten any error messages. We built the app using Corona SDK, not Xcode, since we are developing across platforms. We have submitted multiple apps without any difficulty in the past but are completely stuck this time! Has anyone else run into this issue? How were you able to solve it? Thank you very much!

Getting stuck at - Authenticating with the iTunes Store

I am trying to upload new version of my app. It validated successfully and then we tried to publish through Xcode Organiser. But it took ages and finally we had to cancel after 1 hour. Its a small app less then 1 MB.
Next we tried to upload using Application Loader and found the same problem, but it displayed "Authenticating with the iTunes Store" and was stuck there forever. Did not return any error, but did not upload as well.
Please someone help me, its really urgent.
