Disconnected cable that runs from the mainboard to the headphone part

Good Evening! I am looking for help with a problem with my 4th generation ipod. Since it is no longer under warranty, I decided to replace the battery on my own and in doing so, the cable that runs from the main board to the headphone part disconnected. Is there any way to reconnect it and get my ipod running again? I've looked all over the internet for the past 2 hours and have not found relavent information to my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What command can be run from the cmd to inquire about the language layout that is used right now?

I have windows 7 32bit platform. Is there any command that can be run from the command line just to inquire about the language bar that is currently in use? Suppose I have English keyboard on my machine but I am switching between 3 languages when I write
my documents (e.g. English, German, Spanish). I want to know if there is any way to tell what language layout that is in current use as seen in the language bar. This question is not about how to change language layout from the command line -- just to know
what layout. For example, the command can return some sort of string to indicate which layout is currently in use: "english", "german", "spanish", and so on.
My ultimate goal from this question is to pass this output into an external editor that will hopefully change font based on the input language? Any help to achieve this goal will be much appreciated.

For the current input language you can try using
reg query "HKCU\Keyboard Layout\Preload" /v 1
The return value includes an eight digit hex value. The first four digits indicate either default layout for the language (all zeros) or a variation (non-zero). The last four digits are the locale id - see:

From this table, you can see in the example above my input language is English - Australia.
For the keyboard layout you could try

0409 is an English - US keyboard.

HT1476 After update to either iOS 7.0.3 or 7.0.4, my iPhone 4S won't charge. I'm using charger and cable that came with the phone. Nothing else changed.

I think it was the update the iOS 7.0.4 that I did last night. I woke up this morning with my battery almost drained and the charging function going off and on every few seconds, like it would start charging then disconnect, then reconnect repeatedly.
I've tried restarting the phone and hard restarting the phone several times, but I'm getting really low on battery by now (under 20%).
I've tried cleaning the connector with a little isopropyl alcohol, and blowing it out with compressed air. Though I can't be 100% certain, it's very unlikely my connector died exactly at the same time I was updating my phone. Especially since it appears I'm not the only one with this problem.
And now, after the last hard reset, my phone doesn't even recognize the charger at all, or being connected with the USB cable to my MacBook Pro.
I turned off my phone so when I go to the Apple Store it will power up one last time, but besides that I'm out of ideas.

Just back from Genius Bar and two other people at my table had the same problem. Their 4Ss aren't charging either. One of them had a fried board according to the tech. At least my HW checked out OK. It just won't charge.
The tech tried to tell me that it was because my connector was corroded, which I told him was kind of a weak argument since evidence points to that the update has something to do with it.
They're seeing a lot of these and it looks like they already have a script.
Luckily I had enough juice left to recycle it for like $180, so I picked up a 5S with a new 2 year.
It looked to me like this is going to blow up pretty big. Like class action lawsuit big.
If you have an iPhone 4 or 4S, and you haven't updated it to iOS 7, don't for now. See if a patch comes out that doesn't brick your phone. Or get an induction charger maybe? Don't just update and expect absolutely no problems because too many people are having problems right now.

Restoring the iPod will do nothing to his iPhone.
When you restore it wipes the iPod clean no matter what computer you use.
The only plus to doing it form your home computer is if you have a backup stored there, then you can restore from the backup once it's done wiping.
If you are away form your home computer, go ahead and use the computer you have to restore it, then when you get home, you can restore form any backup you may find. You can use this to help you do that when you get there: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766

How can I hide the main front panel when I run from the executable?

Hopefully this is an easy question. I have an application where the front panel is not the main GUI and I would like to hide it when the program runs, but only when it runs from the executable. How can I do this?

Problems with reports run from the MSS Launchpad

Hi,
The problem I am facing is with the reports being run from the MSS Launchpad. When i click on it, I can see that certain buttons like "Selection Fields", "org Assignment" are disabled. But there in one more button "More" which is enabled and clicking on it gives all the disabled options as enabled. However when the report window is maximized, the button "More " vanishes and all the buttons become disabled.
I need to enable all the buttons now showing as disabled. Eagerly awaiting your reply.

According to me, for code behind stuff
Create master page(using module etc..), have the required placeholders in it.
Then, create a page that inherit from this master page, now you can use that placeholder in you page.
Lastly, place web parts in that placeholder. So, code behind will come with that master page .

Is ExceptionDeployer run from the target computer or just pointed to the target? I created a package with CCP. No problem pushing the .pkg in the Build folder to the target using Apple Remote Desktop. Then I copied the Exceptions folder to /Applications/Adobe/ on the the target machine and ran:
sudo /Applications/Adobe/Exceptions/ExceptionDeployer --workflow=install --mode=post
The output says
Starting the ExceptionDeployer...
Starting installation of payload (AdobeHelp)
But then it just hangs.

Thanks I still got all the notes in my iphone... but at the moment I cannot sync or manage my iphone in itunes as itunes says that I should restore my iphone or set up a new iphone...
If I do... I think I may lose all the notes which at the moment in my iphone perfectly... Itunes just does not pick up my iphone.. I tried to uninstall itunes and installed it again... but the same problem appears...

HP Laserjet 4P has a 1" toner stain that runs down the left side of page.(front and back)

This is my first post here and I hope someone can help me.
We have a HP Laserjet 4P that we have used for a few years and recently have had a problem of a 1" toner stain that runs down the left side of the printed page(both front and back side). I have replaced the cartride and cleaned everything I know to clean. When I remove the cartridge, there is a little pile of toner on the left side just in front of the horizontal silver bar that is behind the roller. I have cleaned it up several times. Each time I try to print, The toner stain appears on the printed page again and leaves a new pile of toner in the same place.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem? I am not sure if it is a worn part or a maintenance issue.

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap your Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign back in. The App Store will automatically change to the store from which your account is authorized to make purchases.

Lightning to 30 pin adapter with a lightning end is the same size as the cable that comes with the phone?

Has anyone found a lightning to 30 pin adapter where the lightning end is the same size as the cable that comes with the phone? I know there have been some non-apple versions, but I can't tell if they are the same as the Apple versions where the lightnin end is slightly bigger than the cabe that ships with the phone. Most iPhone bumpers only accomodate the original charing cabe ad the adapter cable is just slighter bigger and doesnt fit. Also, i'm not referring to the square, cable-less adapter.

Depending on your caes I shaped mine carefully with a craft knife seems all the case manufacturers designed the cases for lightning cables but seemed blind to the adapter and it's likely use
