Discount for disabled veterans

I followed all the necessary steps to apply for a discount as I am also a disabled veteran. Took my VA identification card into the store and had it verified back on 7/28/2014. Waited several billing cycles for the discount to show up but it never did. Every time I call customer service about the issue I get told different things. Like my plan isn't eligible for the discount, or I'm told I'm eligible and to wait for it to show up. I just want this resolved and a straight answer. I feel like Verizon is just jerking my chain! Do I qualify for a discount yes or no? Don't advertise that you give a discount to military and to veterans if you don't actually do it. Well Verizon, ball is in your court. Gonna do right by a disabled war veteran or not?

I have never heard of anybody offering any sort of discounts. You would be hard pressed to get much discounts from Apple products though.

Disabled veteran belittled due to reduction in discount

Went to store #347 to purchase home theater system. Saw open box TV, model LC-60UQ17U, marked down by 50%. As I was finishing the purchase, they informed me they would only mark it down by 20%. I asked why they were changing the discounted price. The sales person started belittling me in front of other customers and his staff. As a disabled veteran, I felt as if I were being treated as trash. I'm a 50 year old gentleman, but I walked out that store crying. I still can't believe what that man did to me and how he made me feel. You can trust that it will never happen to me again. I've already contacted both local TV stations to let them know how a disabled veteran was treated in your store.
I could go into more detail, but I'm too upset and hurting too much from my disability.

Any discount for longtime customers/Senior(s)!?

I chat on line yesterday, trying to find a way to lower my skyrocketing Xfinity bill! Liza was very nice but could not provide a break in the monthly billing. Xfinity is charging 10 bucks for HD Tech Fee, they must be kidding! it shoud be free for Senior!. Anyone got a nice 10 to 20 percent off their mounting TV bill? Every 2 to 3 months, they add a dollar here, a dollar there... I am now at almost 200 dollars a month for a digital starter with digital preferrred (I might cut this one, 18 bucks a month) and I have internet with them. Cannot get any channels without cable, it just sucks. I wonder how much is the salary of the top guy at Xfinity, definitely not a Social Security monthly benefits!Best

I'm not sure but if you are talking about the marketing attributes, you can definitely use FM - CRM_MKTBP_ASSIGN_ATTRIBUT_TAB
You need to pass the profile id, partner id and marketing attributes data. Thats it.
I think the FM you ar eusing for terrritory is fine. It should work.

I am slightly confused about this, looking for an answer on my own I went through this process:
I found the page for the Creative Suite 6 Products, and on the right side it says "CS6 or Creative Cloud? So, I went to the Creative Suite 6 FAQ, where I saw the question, "Does Adobe offer education discounts?" with the answer, "Yes. Qualifying full- or part-time students, faculty, and staff of accredited educational institutions can purchase Adobe products at a reduced price." So, I poked around on the checkout page for Adobe Photoshop CS6, but there seemed to be no way to apply an education discount. I then clicked the Purchasing FAQ link on the checkout page, next the Education FAQ link, and from there the student and teacher product catalog under purchase options, but Creative Suite 6 is not listed in any form. The only options presented on the page are Creative Cloud Membership, Photoshop CC, Photoshop Lightroom, Creative Cloud Photography Plan, Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13, and Photoshop Elements 13.
Is there another spot with other student discounts, is the CS6 FAQ misleading and there's not really a student discount for CS6, or am I missing something else?

Post-Capitalization of Cash Discount for Asset

Hi,
We are in ECC 6.0 and have activated Document Splitting.
Further, have provided asset field in Define post capitalization of cash discount to assets in Document Splitting of SPRO.
After the both, my expectation is to see the entry as stated by SAP in the scenario of Post-Capitalization of Cash Discount for Asset.
But unfortunately, the discount amount is not being capitalized on the payment date, but is being posted to cash discount account.
Kindly let me know what mistake i might have carried for this.

Scenario: Posted invoice for asset purchase using F-90 with payment terms as 2% cash discount if paid within 15 days.
Assume: Asset purchased on 06.01.2012 and as per the payment term if paid before 20.01.2012 i will get 2% cash discount.
Have made the payment to vendor using T-code F-53 on 10.01.2012, even though i see a cash discount is being calculated as required, but the account is an cash discount received account. Instead, what i was expecting is the asset account.

If the indicator is set for your company code, system will not capitalised the subsequent discounts.

To get cash discount for my payment term, I make configuration as below
*Step 1: Create a payment term in Maintain of Payment term
On immediate payment 5 % cash discount
*Step 2: - Define acount for Cash discount taken
- Define acount for Lost Cash discount
*Step 3: Assign the payment term to my Vendor
*Step 4: Post a new invoice
*Step 5: Clear it with payment immediately
But I still don't receive cash discount
Please show me the reason and how to check configuration

Financial accounting ->Account receivables and payables ->vendor account->business transactions->outgoing invoice/credit memos->maintain terms of payment.
In this percentage coulumn u can maintain discount rates.

I am trying to create a promotion ie, i want to give 5% discount for entire Merchandise category, while am doing this am getting this error 'No suitable items were selected for discount activation' can any one explain step by step how to do this type of promotion

Nice to meet you on SDN.. to give discount to entire Merch Cate, you can directly assing the merch cat. into the promotion and there you can specify what kind of discount.. absolute or percentage discount. In % discount col, give 5% , this will get applicable to entire merch cate.
