The discover cards secure account number window now shows "no browser found" when trying activate the "fill form button".

Your problem is that the program wants a good video card and a fast hard drive and lots of memory and you have none of the above. If you upgraded the RAM to 8 gigs and installed a solid state hard drive you might make the program useable but the real bottleneck is going to be the Intel HD graphics, which cannot be upgraded.
You do have an open slot to add one 4 gig memory module. This is an easy relatively inexpensive upgrade. See here:

I would try this a step at a time. Next would be the solid state drive. That would cost maybe $150. Post back if you need more help.

I love FF but your new version doesn't support this credit card add-on, which I also love and use. I could downgrade but you won't be supporting the previous versions for long, according to your site info. Thank you, Ellen

It's not up to Firefox to support add-ons, but rather for add-on developers to keep up with new versions of Firefox.

Check with Discover support to see what the status of that Secure Online Account numbers program is, as far as Firefox compatibility goes. <br />

Secure online account number does not autofill because it does not detect this browser.

With version 3.6.xx, the "Secure Online Account Number" by a credit card can detect the browser when you click on "autofill" information. This no longer worked on this version (v.10) of Firefox. I understand that there may be security or other settings to version 10 browser so that it can be detected by the "autofill".

The 404 message usually indicates a web page can not be found. If you are seeing that message in Firefox then Firefox is up and running but either having problems connecting to the web or not finding a specific target page. Sometimes the address may be wrong, sometimes the site may not be available.
Have you written this message whilst using Firefox on another computer ?

That is due to limitations on that site. In their browser support comments they state that they only support IE, the warning message that you get is because it detects that you are not using IE.

Application worked under Adminstrator account but won't work under standard

I wanted to setup the Toontown Launcher application for my son under his "standard user" account. But the application only works when I log in as an administrator, it won't work when my son log in as a standard user. It said "Cannot run application from this location. Copy app to desktop." I tried to copy it to desktop but it still won't work with same error message. FYI, I did not turn on Parent Control for the standard user account. Anybody knows why? I'm new to Mac and am pulling my hair out trying to fix this!!! Thanks for reading.

Most apps for a Mac are just drag & drop, although some require installers. Those that do usually have uninstallers. 'set text of container' won't work in IE8

(I'm resubmitting this discussion as I wrote the wrong version of IE in my last post).
Hoping someone can help
At the moment I am using 'swap image' to change the text that appears within one container when I hover over different buttons.
I am using images of text rather than text itself because I have found that the 'set text of container' won't work when tested in IE8 (which is important for me). This makes the page much slower to load than it should be.
It works perfectly in Firefox and Safari but not in IE8.

If you will no longer support Secure Online Account Number add-on in Firefox Version 4, then I no longer have any use for the Firefox browser. Terrible decision to drop it and the Norton toolbar. /:( What are you thinking!!

dropping users' favorite addons can not help your business. VB Please fix this as soon as possible. You shouldn't put new versions in the auto-update facility until they are fully functional with know add-ons. Bad move.

Add-ons are the responsibility of their authors. McAfee does not even put their extension on http://addons.mozilla.org you had to install it from their site.
Disable "McAfee Site Advisor" extension which was just updated to 3.4.0, which probably took it out of the addons block list.
* "Ctrl+Shift+A" > find McAfee Site Advisor and use "Disable", and then restart Firefox.
* Do a Google Search no problem
* It seems that if you re-enable Site Advisor again, and restart Firefox you are okay. At least you know where to look if you get the error again or Google searches slow down.

After credit card update my Photoshop subscription won't work

I updated my credit card details after my card expired to reactivate my subscription to Photoshop CS6. This went through fine and I was given the message that my subscription had been reactivated. However when I try to launch Photoshop the Application Manager says I need to renew my subscription. When I go online to 'My Subscriptions' my Photoshop subscription is listed as being active.
I have spoken to several online representatives on the chat after being passed about several times over the period of an hour. The last person I spoke to said I need to wait 5-6 hours for it to become active. I have now waited for 8.5 hours and am struggling with what to do next as I really need Photoshop to be back up and running so I can get on with my work.
I did read something on another thread about having to wait 72 hours. I sincerly hope this is not the case.
