Discoverer 10g - Documents

Question

Hi!
I get a list of all documents like that:
SELECT doc_name FROM eul5_documents;
However, when I open up Oracle Discoverer Desktop and choose to open an existing workbook from the Database, I can't see all workbooks the SQL statement showed me there are (same user, same database). What am I missing?

Here's a workflow for Desktop:
1. Log in as the user who owns the workbook
2. From the menu bar, select File | Manage Workbooks | Sharing
3. Use the Workbook > User tab
4. Use the drop down to choose the workbook
5. In the left-hand Users listing choose the user you want to share with
6. Click the *>Add* button
7. Click the OK button
Here's a workflow for Plus to share the current open workbook:
1. Log in as the user who owns the workbook
2. Open the workbook you want to share
3. From the menu bar select File | Share
4. In the left-hand Users listing choose the user you want to share with
5. Click the *>* button
6. Click the OK button
Also in Plus, here is how to generically share:
1. Log in as the user who owns the workbook(s) - no need to open a workbook
2. From the menu bar select Tools | Manage Workbooks
3. In the left-hand Workbooks listing choose the Workbook you want to share
4. Click the Share button
6. In the left-hand Users listing choose the user you want to share with
7. Click the *>* button
8. Click the OK button
