Discoverer Graph on portlet not appearing after portlet scheduled refresh

Hi,
We have discoverer portlets that shows the graphs created with D40. We've recently implemented in the production environment and everything has been displayed correctly even after its overnight scheduled portlet refresh.
Today, I finally was able to refresh the cube but 2 of our portlet graphs is now displaying an error on "The data has insufficient number of rows" and
"The data has insufficient number of columns" error messages on the space for the graph. But when I click on the Analyze button, the data is complete. After I click on the "Save and Return" to portal, the graph is displayed properly. However, the saving is only for my access and the rest of the users will see the error.
How do I resolve this problem? Need help please.

Hi Keith,
For some bizzare reason, the graph is appearing now. I tried switching between 2 public connections for the past 1hour with no luck. Then now its all back. The weird thing about it was that it didn't happen to the other graphs although the other graphs were created from different cubes. There must be a cache somewhere, yet again, it should have been true to all the graphs.
I will observe this in the next few days then I will raise another SR to Oracle.

    I have done exactly as you say, but it does not work for me.
    You indicated  " Navigate to the info tab and scroll down. There'll be a check box for 'sync over wifi' or something to that effect. Check that box and sync to affirm your choice."
    I navigated to Summary tab (not Info Tab) and checked "Sync with this ipad over Wi-Fi"
    I disconnect the wire,
    and my iPad disappears from my iTunes screen.
    in my iPad ->Settings -> General -> iTunes Wi-Fi Sync -> says " Sync will resume when (my PC) is available.
    So, I can not sync via wi-fi
    I appreciate if you can help me.

    There is a requirement from the client after the end date of the publication ,the reference code should not be displayed to the candidate in the Candidate page ,presently the same is manually done in the system by changing the status to withdrawn.
    Is there any way by which we can automate the process by change in customising by which the reference code does not appear after the end date
    Please provide a solution if something can be done in the standard setting or do we require any Zworkflow to be developed for the same.

    Hi RK,
    this is nothing the standard supports.
    But I would not use a workflow here. As this is a mass handling workflow is no good idea. This is a task for a customer periodical service. Just build a class implementing the periodical service interface which gets all released publications which have a publication end in the past and status released and change their status using the cl_hrrcf_posting_inst_bl. This should be done in a couple of hours. Add the customizing and the issue is solved.
    A requirement in this context where a customer workflow is quite handy in my opinion is a customer workflow which closes all postings and withdraws released publications when you close the requisition. This reduces the steps a recruiter has to do and ensures that no candidate applies although you are already done with the requisition.

    Have you checked the filtering option in contacts? Open contact menu button > filter. Perhaps you have a filter hiding the contacts.

    QUESTION: Did you run a Payroll Simulation or a live Payroll Calculation ?
    ANSWER: We did a LIVE payroll run for a period of 3 months.
    QUESTION: Did you use t-code pc_payresults ?
    ANSWER: Yes, we used the t-code pc_payresults but still it doesn't show the CRT results.
    QUESTION: Did you check Processing Class 30 and 70 for your WTs ?
    ANSWER: As per the process, we copied the SAP standard (model) Wage Type M010 to
    our customized Wage Type, hence, hope that it wouldn't disturb any of the standard SAP settings.
    However, we did check the Processing Class 30, but did not check the processing class 70.
    Shall update you once PC 70 is also checked.
    Please educate, if there are any particular specifications that need to be entered while checking
    for our WTs in PC 30 & PC 70.

    As Imp68 has asked, do you mean the "Hide" Checkbox is selected?
    If you have checked the box, that says, to start the application, however, hide it so it is not visible when you start.
    If you run Applications -> Utilities -> Activity Monitor, can you find Simple Floating Clock as a running app? (Activity Monitor has a Search box to make this easier).
    Is Simple Floating Clock on your Menu bar?
    Is Simple Floating Clock set to float?

  • Portlet not appearing in Admin Portal in 1/3 environments

    All Windows 2000 environments were recently patched from Platform 8.1SP1 to 8.1SP3 (via 8.1SP2). The procedures followed were virtually identical.
    I've added a new JSP Portlet to my portal web application. It's a simple .portlet file pointing to a simple .jsp file.
    I've added a new page to my portal. It's a simple page with only the new portlet in it.
    I've redeployed the entire enterprise app enclosing the web app with these new items. I've also restarted all servers.
    On my local machine (single server), this new page and portlet appear fine in my Portal Administration's Library. When I rebuild my desktop (replacing components), the new page and its portlet show up fine. When I execute my portal and navigate to the page, it shows up fine.
    In our test lab (Admin server and a one node cluster), this new page and portlet appear fine in my Portal Administration's Library. When I rebuild my desktop (replacing components), the new page and its portlet show up fine. When I execute my portal and navigate to the page, it shows up fine.
    On our staging server (Admin server and Managed Server, no cluster), the new page appears in the Library, but the new portlet does not.     The Admin portal gives no errors, nor can I find any in the server log.
    Looking at the portal database in staging, the new portlet is NOT in the PF_PORTLET_DEFINITION table. I've enabled JDBC logging--no errors there.
    Where can I look to determine why this environment is not loading the .portlet file appropriately?

    I had a similar problem in loading new pages / portlets into the admin console. It appears that if you have a conflict with definition labels / instance labels / even look and feel properties then the admin console fails quietly without error and does not load.
    By conflict I mean properties such as the definition label / instance label / markup name (nything in the library list!) are already being used by the portlets in the library, so if you bring a new one in with the same name it will cause a conflict.
    Try checking all the definition labels, instance labels, and markup names in look and feel and shells.
    If you search for something like, 'console fails quietly when loading a portlet' you should get more info.

  • Portlets not displayed first time until refresh

    I have a strange bug when using WLP 8.1 sp5.
    When I go on a page for the first time, my page (Portal Page) is bad displayed : its title is diplayed but the inner portlet is not displayed.
    When I look at the source, I can see that the Portal rendering stopped at the page level (no HTML for the skeleton of portlets).
    If I refresh the page (just F5 or refresh button), the portlet "magically" appears.
    Do you have any idea ?

    For the both .portal and desktop
    It happens after login.
    I use a backing file with handlePostBackData method to check the login action.
    If everything is ok, I redirect the user to the private space.
    On this space, another backing file check that the user is authorized to access to the private space (so it checks for destroyed sessions, url hacks, ...).
    I can put the code of the backing files if you need it.
    After some tests, it seems to be a problem in relation with the page label. If the page label is a book , the portlet don't dipslay, but if the label is the full way to the page, it appears immediately.

    I developed a web application in Visual Studio 2010, and my Database is SQL Server 2008 R2.
    I created reports using Crystal Report 13 in Visual Studio and my Operating System is Windows 7 32-Bit.
    All reports are running fine at my machine.
    When I copied published folder into "wwwroot" folder and hosted, all reports are working Good.
    Here i have my web application in "Default Web Sites" in IIS.
    Then After I added a new website in IIS with a port No. and created a virtual folder and hosted my web application.
    The application is running fine, But the problem is Reports are not appearing on Web Page.
    I have created an toolbar to export the report. And when I am exporting the report to PDF, It is working well and reports are exported successfully.
    I didn't understand why this is happening?
    Is this a problem of  port no. ?
    or
    Is this a problem of IIS?
    or
    Is this a problem of Browser?
    or
    Is this a problem with CrystalReportViewer?
    or
    something else?
    In fact I have the folder for  "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\4_0_30319\crystalreportviewers13". for crystal reports.

  • Contact name does not appear after upgrading to iOS 5

    I recently upgraded to iOS 5 and after doing so, contact name does not appear when someone calls; but text messages the name appears. I have saved all my contacts under +9 format. 

    This indicates that the phone was carrier locked and had been 'hacked' to unlock it. Updating the phone has re-locked it to the original carrier.
    ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Not all do so. Contact the carrier and find out what their policy is.
    If it's locked to AT&T, you may as well sell it and buy a new phone. AT&T will not unlock iPhones for any reason.

  • Tree is not appearing after login

    Hi,
    We have created a tree in 0 page.So we are able to access the same tree in all pages. I am having around 10 pages in my application with one standard tabset.
    Now my question is whenever i login for the first time tree is not appearing. If i navigate to another page thru tab then it's appearing. If i navigate to another page and come back to the earlier page then also it's appearing. Without navigation between the pages i am not able to see the tree.
    My tree is based on temporary table. I am creating this table at application process level AFTER_AUTHENTICATION if this table is not present.
    Then i am doing insertion of records in to this temp table at application process level after BEFORE_BOX_BODY.
    My tree will be created based on this table.
    This problem is coming only when i login in to the application.
    Once i login and navigate to another page then tree is appearing.

    I have changed some properties like Display points in htmldb.oracle.com application as per my existing application.
    Now it's not working. Can you see this application on htmldb.oracle.com and let me know your comments.
    If i put Display point for Page 0 as "Page Template Region 1" then it's not appering for the first time.
    If i use Display point as "Page Template Body(1)" then
    It's appearing for the first time also. But it's displaying in the middle not at left side.
    I am using Page template as "whitebg-two-level-tabs-sidebar"
