Discoverer worksheet not opening in Viewer.

Dear All,
We had an upgrade from 11i to R12.
Few discoverer reports are not working.
When checked using discover plus some column names were found to be changed. I checked the fan trap and coorected the column names.
After correcting the column names report works fine in discoverer plus.
But when trying to view from viewer I get the error.
Join configuration cannot be resolved. Reason: more than 1 of the detail folders uses non-aggregated items. Attempt to open workbook failed.
As mentioned earlier I enabled fan trap and did changes and saved. But in viewer I am still getting this error.
Plz let me know how to handle this.

Drill Down is working fine in Viewer and Plus.
Parameter's passed from one sheet to another is also working fine in plus but in viewer I have some problems.
Here are the details of the problem I am facing.
I have 2 Summary Sheets and 1 Detail Sheet
Sheet 1: 3 Parameters (Summary)
Sheet 2: 4 Parameters (Summary)
Sheet 3: 7 Parameters (Details)
When I am clicking on Sheet1 to Drill down 3 parameters are having correct values but the 4 parameters which can't be passed to Sheet 3 is coming 'NULL' (NULL string value) so detail report is not showing any data. Similarly for Sheet 2 4 parameters are coming as expected but 3 are coming as NULL.
When I am defining Manage Link Option, I am doing the mapping for 3 Column for Sheet 1 rest 4 columns are BLANK (no info).
I hope now my problem will be clear.

Mail will not open message viewer or drafts

Hello. I work on a 27" IMac 2.66 GHz 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, running Mavericks 10.9.5. Since installing the latest update mac mail has been running VERY slowly, even lagging substantially as I type. Then in the last couple of days it has seemingly launched but no windows, no message viewer are visible. I can quit it or force quit or restart the computer but it still will not open any windows. I tried shutting off iCloud mail sharing yesterday and lo and behold it worked again. But today although iCloud mail remains shut off it will not open. I have opened the console and here are the recent messages:

Isn't that beta/nightly build? Why did you install it, uninstall it and reinstall 11.

Mail will not open with Viewer Window

Hi-
When I start Mail, I only get a menubar. It will not open with a Viewer Window and the option to do so is grayed out on the File dropdown menu.
It was having problems earlier displaying messages when moving between folders and was unable to send a message I had just replied to.
New to Apple, don't know where to start..

Too late. Already fixed it. Must have been a bad message on the server because after I logged into my .MAC mail account with another reader (Opera) I was able to download and delete all the messages on the server.
Next time I tried Mail, everything bounced back into shape.

In Mail, I can not open a viewer window

I just had my hard drive replaced on my 27 inch imac. It came back with a new operating system (OSX10.7.5) Along with that it had several software updates. One of which was Mail. It is now at version 5.3. When I went to open it, it asked to transfer over all the old to the new. So it did but once that was over it never opened a viewer window. I then went to FILE to "Open viewer window". That didn't work either. I right clicked on the Mail icon in my dock and it said it wasn't responding so I had to force quit. Same results happen everytime I open MAIL. Please help.

With Mail open press Command + Option + Esc to force quit the Mail app.
Then restart your Mac and try Mail.

Tapping the icloud arrow should get it to download to your bookshelf and it should then get 'downloaded' against it in Purchased instead of the arrow. See if any of the following fix it :
- close the iBooks app via the device's taskbar and then re-open the app and re-try downloading it : iOS: Force an app to close.
- soft-reset of the device : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.
- log out and back into your account : select the Featured tab in the app, scroll to the bottom of it, tap on your id and log out, and then log back in

Down loaded adobe x and now can not open recently viewed files

I downloaded the new version of adobe but I now can not open any files. I get a white screen and windows task manager says adobe in not responding.
Any suggestions. Thanks.

Adobe has magically started to run again. I had the program running with just a white screen and after about a 10 minute delay it seems to be ok.
I hope that is the end of the problem. I have no idea what the problem was, maybe it was doing an internal update , I am not a computer whiz.

My Surface 2 will not open or view most PDF files

Discoverer 10G Not Opening Excel after upgrading to JAVA 1.6.0_45

I'm testing Java 1.6.0_45 on EBS version 12.1.3, Discoverer 10G. Everything with EBS is working alright. But when try to export results of a Discoverer report to Excel, it does not automatically open the spreadsheet. We didn't have issue with earlier JAVA version (1.6.0_5). Java console shows the error "java.lang.SecurityException: showDocument url permission denied". Any direction in resolving this error is greatly appreciated.

PICT 2 PKG not opening picture viewer for Newton!

Hi,
Iam using Pict2pkg which converts pictures into Newton Readable packages then shows the picture on your Newton. It is on my PowerMac 8600/300 running OS 9.2.2.It keeps giving me the message that says picture viewer not found but I have picture viewer. In fact I even had it open when one of those messages came up! Why wont it reconize that I have it? Sometimes it does!

Unable to open and view photos in iphoto

I am unable to view my photos in iphoto, or from anywhere else on my computer. iphoto looks normal but is running very slow. My thumbnails are all there. I will click on a thumbnail, but the border turns from yellow to light blue, but the photo does not open for viewing, editing, or slideshow. I have a MacBookPro, MAC OS X 10.6.8. iphoto version 8.1.2
I have tried to open photos from my external hard drive without success. Also, I can't attach a photo to an email. When I attempt any of these things, this type of error message pops up:

As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Open a discoverer worksheet with parameter

I'm trying to open discoverer worksheet
If the worksheet have no parameter we can open it with
http://server/discoverer/viewer?cn=connid&event=openWorksheet&wsk=worksheet1
but if i want to open a worksheet with parameter i want to pass the parameterfrom some of the tutrioals i found we can pass parameter like this
http://server/discoverer/viewer?cn=connid&event=openWorksheet&wsk=worksheet1&qp_12=101015
but its redirecting to parameter entring page
can any one find a soultion for this

Providing users with a URL that will open up a Discoverer Worksheet

As above..
The plan is to use a URL within an iFrame on our website which automatically logs the user into a worksheet.
I have created a generic Oracle user and created a workbook with one worksheet - these have both been shared with the new generic user.
At present, I am able to log into Viewer, but can only get as far as the 'Select Workbook' screen - requiring the user to then expand the workbook and open the worksheet - I can't seem to open the worksheet in the URL.
This was the example URL that one of the DBA's gave me:

This prompts me for a password, but then opens up the worksheet required. Just need it to bypass the password request now.
Any ideas?

I created the little html form as described and still get prompted for the password.
Once password is entered the correct worksheet is opened, but I need to remove the need to enter the password.
