Discovery System HUJ - Created Purchase Order is not shown...

Hello,
after log on to HUJ, I started the process procurment -> Approve Purchase Requisition and Create Purchase Order. I could read the material and create the Purchase Requisition, but after that, it is not shown. After 60s I get an time out instead...-
How can that be healed?

  • Price not picking while creating purchase order

    hi all,
    i have created a pricing procedure and assigned to the vedor, but while creating purchase order the material price is not picking up.if i use the standard one the price is picking up. can anyone explaing any setting iam missing.

    In your pricing procedure
    For the condition type Automatic Gross price PB00, you have assigned am Access sequence.
    <b>Access sequence</b>: An access sequence is a search strategy by means of which the system searches for valid records in various condition tables. It consists of one or more accesses. The sequence of accesses controls the priority of the individual condition records among each other. Through the accesses, the system is told where to look first and where to look next for a valid condition record in each case.
    Once the pricing procedure triggers, System looks for the valid condition recorrd for the condition type PB00 as per the priority listed in Access sequence.
    Example: If purchase info record is the first priority and you maintained the Info record then system picks the price from Info record into PO.
    If no valid condition record found then it will trigger PBXX Manual Gross price condition in PO and ask to enter the price manually.This is called condition technique.
    So check whether you maintained the Condition record for PB00 or not?

  • Not able to create purchase orders

    Hi Experts,
    I am not able to create purchase order , it is not allowing me to save , I I am giving purchase requisition number in Po and trying to crete po .When i give purchase requistion number  all the revelant data is copied and when i click on item level tab of delivery address following error occurs : Address doesn't exist  T001W 2000  00010.  Then the entire PO is cancelled.  not able to save going out of po screen
    Please give me your valuable advice so that it can help me in resolving this issue

    We had to change the name text of he plant  from ABCD COMPANY TO ABCD COMPANY PRIVATE LTD so , we had change and in both name 1:ABCD COMPANY PRIVATE LTD  and NAme 2: ABCD COMPANY PRIVATE LTD 
    but in print out it the plant name  appearing twice we decided to to erase name 1 that is we left blank and gave name 2:ABCD COMPANY PRIVATE LTD 
    But while creatimg Po from req ad the clicking item level adress tab eror pops up , and if i click on error tick mark it will take you out from Po screen

  • Purchase order Acknowledgement not create in SRM?

    We are able to create Purchase order in SRM, but we don't see PO Ack generated. How do we set up PO Ack in SRM? Are we missing some configurations?

    We have a scenario where we trigger,from portal, in R/3 to send Orders02 to XI,XI maps Orders02 to Purchase Order to XML, and  sends to a SRM system. We see a Purchase Order being created in SRM system, and ALE AUDIT Idoc is sent to the sender R/3 system sucessfully. Now, when we "confirm" the purchase order in the SRM system, this should automatically trigger a Purchase Order Response from SRM to XI and then from XI to the R/3. This part isn't working for us. Are we missing some configurations the SRM side?
    Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
    Any help is appreciated.

  • Could not create Purchase Order Stock Transfer Order

    Hi Expert!
    Need your help.
    User could not make Could not create Purchase Order Stock Transfer Order for new plant 1075 & 1076 at P05 with error message Not posible to determine shipping data for material. Our new vendor are 510022060 for new plant 1075 and 510022061 for new plant 1076.
    The problem was caused by the missing STO setup for these two plant 1075 and 1076, as no customer code being referred.
    Now i got the customer number for these two plants but how to set it up in configuration? Please guide me step by step.

    The following customising need to be carried out for Inter Company Stock Transfer.
    Path : sproMaterials ManagementPurchasing-Purchase OrderSet up Stock Transport Order
    Define Shipping Data for Plants :
    For the Supplying plant (1) the Sales Org data to be maintained.
    For the Receiving plant (2) the Customer No to be maintained.
    Create Checking Rule - U can use existing one Eg : B
    Define Checking Rule : Use Standard one Eg :01 linked to B.
    Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule -- For the Supplying Plant (1) and document type NB use the delviery type NLCC and Checking Rule B.
    Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure, Underdelivery Tolerance :
    For the supplying Plant (1) and Receving Plant (1) ; assign the document type : NB.
    Points to be noted :
    The Material should exists in both the plants ( 1 & 2 ) with the sales view maintained . Note that the Loading grp / Transporting Grp is mantaory in Sales Views.
    The Vendor is to be assigned to the supplying Plant (1 ) in Purchasing View of Vendor Master.
    For that click on Extras - Add Purchasing data in Purchasing view of Vendor Master (XK02 )
    Do maintain the customer in Control data of Vendor Master.
    Do maintain the Vendor in Control data of Customer Master.
    Also note that shipping conditions are maintained in the Customer Master . The same can be found in Sales Area - Shipping Tab.
    Shipping Point determination :
    SPROLogistics ExecutionShippingBasic Shipping FunctionsShipping Point and Goods Receiving Point Determination--Assign Shipping Points ( For a particular Shipping condition/ Loading Grp /Plant - the shipping point is assigned ).

    But careful, it will change the description in all searches, where this domain is used.

  • MIGO error 'Purchase Order does not contain a confirmation control key'

    while posting GR to a PO i am getting an error ' Purchase order XXXXXXXXX does not contain a confirmation control key'
    it is true that i have not defined any confirmation control key in PO, Aknowled rerd checkbox is also not ticked
    Still why this message coming, what setting would be bringing this message

    Until the installation of Note 589422 (with SP SAPKH46C43) you could  due to a program error - create a delivery even though the purchase order did not contain any confirmation control key.                                                                               
    This is now prevented through error message M7394. The transfer of this check (Confirmation control key existing in the purchase order, see Note 589422) was necessary as otherwise you could post a purchase order as desired. (Refer to also Note 616944 -> SAPKH46C44)
    589422 Several inbound deliveries can be created with MIGO :                                                                               
    "Implement the program correction.                                       
    With Transaction SE91 create message M7394 with the message text:        
    Purchase order & & does not contain a confirmation control key".         
    After you implemented this correction, when you want to create an        
    inbound delivery with Transaction MB01 or MIGO or with                   
    BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE and if the purchase order does not contain a        
    confirmation control key the system displays error message M7394         
    "Purchase order & & does not contain a confirmation control key".                                                                               
    Hope this can explain the error you met.

  • Error of PO - "Purchase Order Does not exists"

    Dear Experts,
    Here i am facing one error of Purchase Order Creation and its further processing.
    I have created purchase order and saved it, system issued message that, Purchase Order XYZ is created. (I have taken trial for 2-3 Purchase orders).
    When, i am posting Goods Receipt for the PO, system is issuing the error message, Purchase Order does not exists.
    Also in ME2M (PO list display) and Me23N (Display PO),
    system is issuing the same message - Purchase Order Does not exists, but in PO Creation it is generating Purchase order normally.
    Here is no matter of release strategy, because, PO release is not configured.

    there can be hundred of different reason for a failure. Most common reason is a problem with the number ranges, e.g. system tries to create a record with a number that is already there.
    This can happen if the number range was reset (or transported from a developement system).
    But transaction SM13 gives you all the details.
    There you see a line for each posting failure. Double click this  line again to get more details.
    There you will certainly find a line in red that indicates in which function the failure ocured.
    Double click this red line to get more info. Use the buttons above to see the content of the posting. For some failures you can create a dump that gives you much more details.
    Best you sit together with an ABAPer who can certainly tell you more how to read a dump and how to find the reason.

  • How to trigger workflow for already created purchase order ?

    let me clear my scenario first . i have 1 purchase order whose workflow is not triggered . means it is showing me message no workflow that have already worked for this object.i have created 1 more purchase order taking reference of this purchase order means both are same same message for this po also. it was happening because event linkage for the business object bus2012 is not activated but now it is enabled and i have created third purchase order with reference to above po means this third po is also same as above 2 no change other than po number but for this workdflow is getting triggered . now i want to trigger workflow for orignal first po but for my first po it is showing me same message that no workflow that have already worked for this object. what i have to do to trigger workflow for this po. i have performed this steps in test system. i have workflow number

          You can trigger the workflow from SWUE.Enter bus2012 and created for object type and event respectively.
          Click object key button where enter the purchase order number which have been already created.
          But, why do you want to trigger the workflow again for already created purchase order ?

  • [Request] Special user-exit we need during creating purchase order

    We need to make specific User-Exit during creating Purchase order.
    When user creates/change a PO document (ME21N/22N), SAP has to check the u2018CUSTOMERu2019 filed whether it is BLANK or NOT in Delivery Address tab at ITEM LEVEL.
    If there is no value in that field, system will automatically input right value with useru2019s business logic.
    Thatu2019s what we want to implement in the future.
    If you have any solution or recommendation for this, Please help us.

    For checking user exit - SMOD, you need to activate this exit via CMOD
    For Badi - SE18 to check & SE19 to implement
    Take the help of your abaper, give him / her your logic.

    We did partial confirmation in EBP and later when trying to do confiramtion for the remaining quantiy getting the message"document is in transfer for purchase order.Creation not possible"

    use tcode bd87 in SRM to check for failed confirmation IDOC (type MBGMCR).
    The double click the status record to see the exact cause of the failure.
    Rectify the error. Then try to execute the IDOC from BD87 tcode.
    For a few errors you may not be able to execute the IDOC but to create a new confirmation in SRM. In such cases, follow the below procedure..
    There should be an entry for the confirmation in the transfer table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB in SRM. Display the details.
    Then run FM "BBP_DELETE_FROM_DOCUMENT_TAB" to delete the entry from the doc tab table.
    Then post a new confirmation in SRM.
    There is also a FM in SRM using which you can change the status of thefailed IDOC from 51 to 68 or 31.

         The current ABAP program "SAPLMCS4" had to be terminated because it has
         come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
         or
         Error in the SAP kernel.
         The current ABAP "SAPLMCS4" program had to be terminated because the
         ABAP processor detected an internal system error.
    What can you do?
         Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
         To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
         administrator.
        Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
        at and manage termination messages, and you can also
        keep them for a long time.
    Error analysis
        An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
        The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND', was not
         caught in
        procedure "TMC2F_FROUT_CALL" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
         clause.
        Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
        exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
        The reason for the exception is:
        On account of a branch in the program

        find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
        If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
        keywords:
        "LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND" "CX_SY_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND"
        "SAPLMCS4" or "LMCS4F10"
        "TMC2F_FROUT_CALL"
        If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
        notification to SAP, include the following information:
        1. The description of the current problem (short dump)
           To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
        (Unconverted)".
        2. Corresponding system log
           Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
           Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes

    Please do the following.

    - Goto transaction: OLI3 (Statistical Set up of Infostructures)
    - Info structure to be compile: S433
    - Specify the 'Name of run'.
    - Execute.
    > Please also follow the instructions given below.
    For both Upgrade and Non-upgrade Customers:
    > Create the report 'ZDELS431'.
    - Transaction: SE38
    - Give Program name as ZDELS431.
    - Create (F5).
    - Title : 'Program to delete S431'.
    - Type  : 1 (Executable Program).
    - Status: T (Test Program).
    > Copy the program text from the note and paste in the program.
    > Save and activate the program.
    > Execute the report for all clients in Update mode.
      (Two check-boxes will appear: P_ALL_CL, P_UPDATE.
       Please check both of them).
    This report will delete all the references to infostructure S431.

  • Procure-to-Pay Scenario. Create Purchase Order

    Hello Experts: I have a question regarding the Procure-to-Pay scenario and the Create PO functionality.
    we are in SRM 7.0, Classic Scenario and we try to implement the Procure-to-Pay functionality as it is described in OSS note 1263876 "SAP SRM: Configuration of Procure-to-Pay Scenario".
    Our idea is to transfer Purchase Requisitions from ECC6 to SRM using the CPPR application. But we will also take advantage of the integration with MM provided with this scenario.
    If you are familiar with this, you will already know that, using the harmonized role for operational purchaser (ERP/SRM) an end user can create Purchase Orders in the backend. Our question is related to this functionality.
    Using this role, the buyer can select Purchasing Documents under the detailed navigation area and, from there, he will have access to create Shopping carts, Purchase requisitions, Purchase Orders and Purchase order responses.
    If we select Create Purchase Order, the application "Purchase Order: New" gets opened. Here we have to select the system where we want to create the new PO: either SRM or ECC6. Our first question is: As we are running a Classic scenario, why are we asked to select between SRM and ECC6?. It should be only ECC6, shouldn't be?
    In any case, the SRM systems gets selected by default when we open "Purchase Order: New" appl. and bellow this field, you can see the PO types customized in SRM. If we change the system to ECC6 we see the following: "Number of purchase order types: 0" . So, no PO types are available. this is the second question: why do we have 0 PO types to be created when we select the ECC6 system? is there a missing customizing where we have to define which document types are vaialable to create POs in ECC6 from SRM Portal?.
    To summarize: only ECC6 should be proposed as system to create POs (as we are running a Classic Scenario) and there should be ECC6 PO types available to create such POs in the ECC6.
    Can you please tell us what is still missing in our configuration? Any help will be more than welcome

    The purpose of MRP run is to make sure that you always have enough stock.
    An order to cost center will not increase stock.
    Means: MRP is not able to create requisitions for cost center consumption. If you change a requisition created by MRP to be ordered to a cost center, then the next MRP run will create a new requisition to stock.
