Dislike New Billing System

I am very unhappy with the new breakdown of charges on the billing statement.
When we purchased our share plan it was primarily for business with lines added for additional users. The bulk of the minutes and data are used for business.
With the old billing the business line had the majority of the charges with the additional lines added at $9.99 per month. Now with the new billing system all the charges are evenly divided which does not reflect usage.
We no longer can submit the true business expense and therefore are unable to be reimbursed properly. I feel as though Verizon has voided our contract and changed mid-contract.
Is there a way to have our billing statement put back to how it originally was?

I don't think there's any way to put the statement back the way it was, but you should be able to explain the new system to the folks who are reimbursing you.
Basically, the "account level" charge is the majority of the cost for the plan. It covers the bucket of minutes and (if you have it) unlimited texting. Then, the other charges like the $9.99 add a line fee, line specific text and data packages, taxes and fees are assigned to each line as appropriate.
Just tell the reimbursing party that your minutes are the account level charge, and then highlight the line that you use for business, that amount should also be reimbursed.

Hey guys. A large corporation that is a customer of my father's is switching all of their billing process to a system called Powertrack. Unfortunately their specific webpage is written only for Microsoft Internet Explorer. I tried downloading the latest version of Firefox (v 3.0.6) and running the url there. Again, no luck. The url is https://www.powertrack.com/usbank. If anyone has any suggestions on what we can do to make this work is would be of the greatest help. Thank you.

You basically have two options –
1. Run Windows XP on a virtual system on your Mac using Bootcamp or Parallels (www.parallels.com) – doing this would allow you to access the site within your XP Session. However; this would require the purchase of the virtual software and Windows XP Professional (assuming you can still find it).
2. Run Crossover (www.codeweavers.com) – this installs a ‘shell’ version of Windows which does include Internet Explorer though I can’t remember what version it is (IE 5?) that may work with the site.

I'm not sure I understand the question.
If you have a billing system, presumably the billing system has a user interface. It's not like you could just bolt a new user interface over the existing one without a tremendous amount of effort.
Are you looking to purchase a new billing system with a user-friendly interface? If so, it seems odd to post that here. Presumably, you'd want to create an RFP that vendors of billing systems could respond to.
Are you looking to build a new billing system? If so, there are dozens of languages, frameworks, and APIs that could be used. Without more information, no one could possibly provide any useful recommendations.

Why there is an error in the billing system even though I have a new charged card?

I have an Apple account which I need to fill in the billing system via Visa and which I did, but there happend to be a problem where I couldn't update, download or even purchase an app. I assumed there wasn't enough cridet in my internet card so I got a new card with money in it, but it gave me an error saying "There is a billing problem with a previous purchase.". Even though I got a new card it still shows me the same message and when incerting the new card number it tells me "invalid security code". I have contacted the card company to know if the problem is from them but I have updated my account and got this new card but still having same errors. could you help me look what's the problem with the billing system?

Data not reset after 3 days on new billing cycle!!!

My data has STILL not been reset and I'm three days into this billing cycle. This is very frustrating because, with four people in my family sharing data, I need to be able to track data. When I called customer service, they said not to worry because they could see (on their end), that it had been reset and that we've only used a fraction of a Gigabyte on this new billing cycle. I guess it just really bothers me that when I look it up (text DATA, app, website), they all say that we are almost to our 6G limit. I need to be able to keep track of data without calling customer service and being put on hold for several minutes. Is this a common problem and is there a way to resolve it?

I am equally frustrated, last month was my "first month" with the jet pack, got text message alert use 75% of data package had not even use 30%, after being on hold for several minutes I was told oh don't worry accident, system having problems, now 3 days into new month appears we have used more than 1/2 our allowance & haven't even been on our phones or gotten any alerts re:usage. I was totally mislead on speed of the jet pack & have gone to store & called customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for 13+ years but customer appreciation isn't important to Verizon.

Cannot find Billing System Password to register for My Verizon account

I'm trying to register for a My Verizon account with my new business phone line, in hopes that I can see when my next bill will be due, or if it has already been sent, but I've not yet received it.
When I click to register for a My Verizon account, I am asked for my billing system password. I have never heard of this, though a search through these forums suggested that it might be the last four digits of my SSN. I tried inputting the last four digits of my SSN, the last four digits of my Tax ID number (as this is a business account), and even my Voicemail password. Nothing has been successful, and I am now alerted by the registration page that my account has been locked and I should contact Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204 to access my online account. Ironically, when I called this number, a voice-automated answering service asked for my billing system password again. After repeating the same entry attempts as I tried online (knowing they wouldn't work, but not having any other ideas), I was finally prompted that if I'd forgotten my billing system password, I should press 0 to speak with a representative. Pressing 0 brought forth another automated message, simply stating something along the lines of "Thank you for calling Verizon Wireless," and I was then promptly disconnected without the phone even ringing for a representative.
How do I go about finding my billing system password so that I can create a My Verizon account for this phone line?

If this is a business line (part of a business account) you may have to get the billing pw from your employer. The billing pw is normally the last 4 of the account owner's SSN, which would be your employer, or the company's EIN #. Depending on how the account is set up, you may not be able to have an account for your number, but I'm not sure on that point.

Generate new bill every month

I am working on a payment system for a boarding house and I am having hard time to generate automatically a new bill for each boarders every month.
here are the columns for my "billing" table.
bill_no (primary key)
due_date
arrears
rent_month (month of the bill, e.g. "bill for the month of november")
rental_id (primary key of the table "rentals")
boarder_id (primary key of the table "boarder')
boarder_id is a foreign key of both the "billing" and "rentals" table
rental_id is a foreign key of "billing" table.
please help me make a trigger (i think) that would automatically create a new billing every month.

As far as trigger particulars you would probably be better going to http://tahiti.oracle.com, clicking on your Oracle version and pulling up the Oracle Concepts Guide. This will have a section on triggers that covers the basics.

Billing system password?

Nevermind how ridiculous it is just to get a new phone if you aren't an authorized user or if you don't have your account password (even though they have your name, ID, and phone number), but now I'm trying to activate said phone and it requires my billing status password, which I used correctly to procure a replacement phone when mine broke. Now when I enter it when prompted it's incorrect, both online and when I use the automated activation service on the phone. Why would it be wrong when it was right two days ago and how do I bypass Verizon's sadistic password policy to activate my new phone? I'd REALLY prefer not to go to the store because I've dealt with them twice already in one day and they are no absolutely no use.
FYI, my original phone's charging port was broken and wouldn't charge but has now suddenly revived itself. Maybe there wasn't enough charge in the battery to turn it on at the onset of charging? But the guy at the store determined that it was not the battery or charger and therefore had to be the charge port. I really would just rather send the new phone back and keep the old one as mine has no SIM card anyway and I don't want to go to the store and have them transfer all my contacts over to the new phone, and I don't want to do it manually either. It sure would save a lot more hassle than trying to get my billing system password resolved.

The last thing we want is a simple security measure to be a frustrating process for you. If you haven't already activated your original device yet then please allow me to be the one to assist in getting this taken care of. May I ask what make and model device do you have? If it's a 4G device then the equipment can be activated by doing a super easy device change on My Verizon and a sim card transfer. If it is a 3G device then simply send me a private message with your full name, mobile number, and a brief summary of the issue. I can get this taken care of for you. New Billing block reason added

Hi Friends,
I have a minor query. There has been a new billing block reason added to the system and in transaction OVV4 it has been assigned to only credit memos. There are no documents or data available to find out who added this billing block reason to the system.
Without any of these available, is it possible in any way in SAP system to find out who had created this billing block reason ? Maybe a TR number or something for this ?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to SE16, input E071 table and execute. There enter table name TVFSP against Object Name and execute. You will get the entire transport request lists for the changes made in OVV4.

New Billing qty indicator???

Hello..
Is it possible to define new billing qty indicatior let say instead of A I want to define Z.
I know we can define pricing type but not sure about billing qty.
Actually Billing qty should be equal to delivered qty-difference qty( from VLPOD).
actually we get partiall confirmation from customer. eg...
-Delivered & PGI qty=15.
-Forwarding agent actually shipped 10 qty to customer in 1st round get the confimation of 10 qty.
-Rest of 5 qty is supposed to shipped later.
So as of now we hv created VLPOD of 10 qty & we cannot fullly confirm since we needs receive the rest of qty & do the confirmation.But we do need to bill the customer for those 10 qty now.Right now Billing is not happning. I know we have to by pass POD status.(that I know)
& billing qty should be equat to delivered qty-difference qty( from VLPOD).
Pls suggest.

Hirishi....Can u pls xplain in detail how to fetch billing qty from VLPOD screen...I hv the table name...but issue is that I am not getting any place where to write that code...in Billiing qty indicators we ensures that we ensure the qty to be billed e.g ...A says that delivery- already invoiced..similarly if I can create my own Z which says that Delivered - devaite qty from VLPOd.
Airjeet...system will allow be to bill for 10 qty only if I fully confirmed the VLPOD but well in that case I can not do VLPOD for remaining 5 one..

We already Installed and configured sap integration kit and every thing works fine. My question is as of now we connected our sap BW Dev system to BOBJ but we would like to connect to BW Prod System to same BOBJ System. What are the steps we need to follow to do this.
Can we just add the new logical system in entitlement tab of sap authentication in BOBJ 3.1? and import the roles and login to BOBJ USING THE Newly added SYSTEM Credentials. Thanks in Advance.

Unable to see new bill in my bt

My billing date was 22nd Jan, my next bill date is showing as 25 April 2011, my current useage shows from my last bill and is up to last night but my current bill is still showing from October, I need to see my new bill as I was on a discounted call rate and I want to see what my current monthly bill is.
Can i get this info anywhere else?

You're going to need to be more specific, as I'm not quite sure I understand what you're talking about.
If you're referring to copying from an external hard drive or flash drive, and you want to actually move files rather than copy them, you can hold down the option key to force it to do a "move" rather than a "copy." This is not new behavior, though... the Mac OS has worked this way as long as I can recall (and I've been using it since 1984).
If you're having a problem with trying to move files from one place to another on a single drive causing them to be copied instead, that is likely because of some permissions issue preventing you from actually being able to move them.
