Dismal Values in Schedule lines

Hell All,
I have material in sales order with material X and which has 2 schedule lines, and surprisingly it has dismal values instead of rounded value because my unit of measurement is PC (Piece)
Material X0002
26.06.2008     4     4     3,030     PC     CP 0        3    (Delivered)
08.07.2008     0     0     0,970     PC      CP 0
But surprisingly the fist schedule liens items are delivered as 3 only can any one suggest why I have dismal values in my schedule line.

Do you have any alternative units of measure ?
Check your user setting for the decimal point.

     Try userexit_move_field_to_vbep in MV45AFZZ
         or userexit_check_vbep in MV45ZAFZB.
       check vbep-ettyp for the schedule line category and write the logic.

Schedule Line Item Data provides information about the header data of a purchasing document, such as vendor, purchasing organization, order currency, the item data such as material, purchase order quantity, order unit, net price, and the purchasing document delivery schedule lines, such as schedule line number, delivery date, schedule line quantity, value of schedule line quantity.
Item Line denotes the products or materials description for a Sales Order or Invoice such as Qty, Price and other details will be stored in the ITM.
Schedule line contains the above product or materials delivery details. Lets say the customer has asked for 1000 X product and he may ask or the company send that 1000 in 3 or 4 schedules and these information will be stored in the SCL.Not all the deliveries needs SCL.it is the division of an item in a sales document according to date and quantity.
For example, if the total quantity of an item can only be delivered in four partial deliveries, the system creates four schedule lines and determines the appropriate quantities and delivery dates for each schedule line.

Calculate all days in month from schedule line delivery date for 12 mths

Hi experts,
I am trying to solve a problem and would appreciate any help! Im on BI7.
The user will input a date for the schedule line delivery date via a variable.
From this date I need to go forward 12 months exactly and display a key figure (outstanding value) by months but the first and last months must only use the days in that month i.e not the whole month if not selected by the user.
I.e if the user types in 13.05.2008
The display need to show (columns)
May 08 (13th to end of May 2008)
June 08   (All)
July 08    (All)
August 08    (All)
Sept 08    (All)
Oct 08     (All)
Nov 08     (All)
Dec 08    (All)
Jan 09     (All)
Feb 09    (All)
Mar 09    (All)
April 09   (All)
May 09 (1st to 12)
So I neen to restrict the key figure (Outstanding Value) by Schedule Line Delivery Date and display as above on a 12 month forecast basis from the day (sch line delivery daye) entered as a variable by the user.
I also need the first month to only show the dates in the month remaining including the date entered as a variable. The last month must go up to the day before exactly a year in front.
I have created the 12 months as a structure and can include the key figure and the schedule line delivery date. The schedule line delivery date for each period needs to be restricted. How can I do this to achieve the above?

Hi,
    Check "OVLY" and "OVLZ" and If the sceduling is active for he shipping point /sales document type. Check "OVXD" and see If the Loading time/ Pick/pack time is determined from it. If they are getting determined from shipping point check the shipping point calender in "SCAL" .If it has saturday and sunday as holidays ,then you may have to change them. And check If the customer has goods recieving hours assigned to him (In customer master unloading point). If he has only 5 working days and If he accepts only goods at 8 am in the morining then system would propose like this.Kindly please let me know If you need any more Information on this.

PO Schedule Line GR

In my PO Item 10, I have 2 Schedule Line created with different QTY and Delivery Date.
When I do GR via MIGO, there is Schedule Line field for me to enter. GR for PO is at PO Item level only, correct?
If that is the case, then what's the point for having Schedule Line in PO Item?
How can I know that this GR is for which schedule line in PO Item?

·        the purchasing document delivery schedule lines, such as schedule line number, delivery date, schedule line quantity, value of schedule line quantity, and so on
The DataSource also provides information about the documents that are posted with regard to the purchase order, such as goods receipts and invoices. In addition, the DataSource provides information about how these documents are assigned to the schedule lines.
Schedule Line with Goods Receipt
It is used to extract the schedule line quantities allocated with goods receipt quantities consistently to a BW system.
It provides information about the quantity of goods movements that were distributed to the schedule lines.

Force ATP-check at schedule line level

Hello All,
I want to trigger the ATP check when I change some specific values at schedule line level ( Change the value-> press enter and In the enter event the ATP should get triggered, so that I could see the Value changes online).
I tried calling FM SD_BACKORDER_CHECK_AND_SAVE in user exit "userexit_check_vbep USING us_dialog" , But this is not the correct place to call this FM.
Could anyone let me know if we can acheive this using any other FM.

Hi Victor,
To do ATP check at Storage location level during sales order create/change, you need to make changes on the following areas.
1. Scope of Check "Availability Check Control" for Checking rules pertaining to orders (TCode OVZ9)
Storage location inspection checkbox should be blank.
2. Enhance program MV45AFZB user-exit USEREXIT_SOURCE_DETERMINATION to determine storage location as it is not normally proposed in sales order.

here he talks about what is the real motive for changing R mode to X mode .
So but this notes does an undo operation for the same .
We need to re do the same again in start routine if we want to maintain the deleted records . Also search the OSS by giving the data source name & record mode R , then you will also get the original problem in extractors with R mode .

Schedule Lines value-After MRP Run of all type

Can someone explain where can we see the total value in terms of money for the schedule lines generated against a material code.

For Type VB Planned order will only generate when the stock fall below reorder point. It will not consider dependent reqmn from FG.
In reorder point planning, an entry is only created in the planning file and the net requirements calculation is only carried out if stock levels fall below the reorder point. To avoid overplanning, sales orders, dependent requirements, reservations and so on are not usually included in the net requirements calculation as these future requirements are already planned with the reorder level. However, to guarantee that the MRP controller is informed of current issues, the system displays sales orders, dependent and manual reservations and so on.

Fixed freight value in scheduling aggrement schedule lines.

hello all,
i was trying to use Inland Freight - Val created for PO in SA .
it was not reflecting DCGR in scheduling aggrements so I unchecked the Group conditions and system was able to generate DCGR for SA against Value condition.
now i want my scheduling aggrement to calculate fixed delivery cost for each line items no matter how much quantity i am using for my GR in schedule line items but i am not able to do so..
please help me with this.

SAP always proportions the "fixed" price according to the ratio between PO quantity and received quantity.
In OSS note 304178 SAP says that there is no solution

How to change the schedule line date in SO with reference to value contract

Hi SD Guru's,
I need to change the schedule line date in the sales order with reference to the value contract by using some algorithm that i will write. The problem that i can't find the suitable place to add the algorithm. I can't add it to the Copy control because there is no schedule lines in value contract and copy control for schedule lines does no exist.
I can not add to user exit MV45AFZZ , because order that was created with reference to the value contract, does not go through this user exit.
Do you have some ideas where i can add it?

How about using program MV45AFZB- USEREXIT_CHECK_VBEP or USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEPKOM
or program FV45EFZ1- USEREXIT_CHANGE_SALES_ORDER
Does the program go through these exits when an order is created with ref to a value contract??
Also I am wondering why you need to change a Schedule line determined by Availability check and/or delivery scheduling?

Schedule line category defalut value in Inquiry

Hi All
I need to poulate default value ' Z2 'for schdule line category in Inquiry for specific document types . I am able to populate default value in inqurily . i am using MV45AFZZ. But as per requirement if user manually changed the schedule line category then the changed value should remain and not default value Z2.
If i change the Z2 value to some other ,after that it is immediately coming again Z2. the changed value is not coming in XVBEP.
Is there any way to hold the changes in same exit..

Before passing u r value to the Field. Check if has any value if so do not pass the value.
LOOP AT XVBEP.
    IF XVBEP-ETTYP IS INITIAL.
         XVBEP-ETTYP = 'Z2'.
    ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
Write this in Save_document_prepare.

A new schedule line with net price zero but custom duty non-zero value

Hello,
I have a special requiremnet in MM scheduling agreement, for a specific type of scheduling agreement, I am copying a schedule line to a new schedule line. The new schedule line should have all the pricing and duty values from the old schedule line, except the net price of the new schedule line should be zero.
I am able to make the net price zero in the new schedule line, but not able to copy the custom duty values from the old schedule line. Since my netprice is zero in the new line, it automatically set all other follwoing duty values also to zero.
Say example a scheduling agreement: A has two line:

Change Schedule Lines values for Each Item for a Scheduling Agreement ?

I want to change the Schedule Line Schedule Qty for Each Line item for a
Scheduling Agreement .
I cannot use BAPI_PO_CHANGE as this is for PO only and gives error for
a scheduling agreement.
I am on 4.6c so i SAP does not have BAPI_AGREEMENT_MAINTAIN .
Please help me out on using a BAPI or FM to do this.

Hi,
isn't the Schedule Line a special case of SALES order that might be changed with a BAPI_SALESORDER_MAINTAIN.... If ther is no BAPI for this in your system, you might create new contracts with reference to existing ones using BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA.

Order of delivery schedule line counter at schedule agreements from MRP run

Currently we are using schedule agreements for our long term external suppliers, but we are facing a problem with the order of new delivery schedule lines created during MRP run.
Because of master data settings like, lot size, rounding value, plan delivery time and planning time fence to set as firm new requirements, multiple schedule lines are created with no order for schedule line counter.
Does anyone is aware of a BADI, user exit or customizing control to have this schedule line counter in order?
