DISP+WORK running then died at the time of starting sap

Hello All
I have a problem of starting sap.
DISP+WORK IS RUNNING FINE THEN DIED SUDDENLY.
I HAVE CHECKED THE DATABASE AND IT IS WORKING FINE.
and I am getting this error in file dev_w0

Hi,
Please check following things:
1:Listner is running or not.
2:As env variable dbms_type
ERROR => Invalid profile parameter dbms/type (or environment variable dbms_type) = <undef>, cannot load DB library
is not set, set it to ORA.
