Dispatcher not runing

Question

Dear All,
While i do system copy Producation to Devploment server my dispacther is not working kindlly suggest me how can i solve this problem

if you go in private and solve you problems in background, other participants are not aware about the root of the issue and the solution - this directly violates the forum rules and aim of SDN
so, think about what you have written
