Display access for the tcode SCC4

I want only the display access for the tcode SCC4. In which authorization object I can do this.

Good Afternoon yes you can goto transaction SU24 insert transaction SCC4 and execute, click on display indicator, and you will see the object S_TABU_DIS assign activity value (03) to your role for this object which has that transaction SCC4 assigned to it. Also make sure that no other roles for that user has this object other wise the values will overwrite it.
Make sure you have locked transaction code OY24 as its a duplicate of SCC4.

Hi,
Try assigning the P_ABAP authorization objects which is used during the authorization check for HR Reports.
Give the report name in the REPID field
and in the COARS give 0,1, or 2 depending on the degree of simplification required.
Different values for COARS
: Authorization using
COARS = <BLANK> or no authorization. The authorization checks are to be processed as in
Authorization using
COARS = 1.The authorization checks for the infotype/subtype combination and for organizational assignment are to be checked separately. This means that a user is authorized to read a personnel number when he or she has a read authorization for all the infotypes (subtypes) requested by the program and that the user has a read authorization for the organizational assignment of the personnel number. Authorization using
COARS = 2. The authorization check is inactive.

Is there a version of Microsoft Access for the Mac computer

I was wondering if there was a version of Microsoft Access for the Mac computer. Most of the databases I have on my old computer are in Access and I need to be able to open them on my new Mac Book.

Full Disclosure as per Apple Support Communities terms and Conditions: I am affiliated with the site linked to in this response.
Although Access for Mac isn't available, there are some apps which allow you to open Access databases on Mac. They don't allow you to access forms, reports and VBA modules but they do allow you to visualize the data. Although this isn't perfect, they're far easier and cheaper than having to install Windows on your Mac and then install Access if you only need to view Access databases.
Which one you use really depends on what you need to do. They can be summarized as:
MDDB ACB Viewer - Probably the best of the lot as it open both old and new Access files and exports to Apple Numbers
MDB Tool - Very simple to use but not for Access 2010+
MDB Explorer - Exports to SQLLite but requires an upgrade for Access 2007+ files
ACCDB MDB Explorer - Very limited editing of databases but supports multiple ACCDB databases
MDB Lite - Only works with Access 2003 files but very easy to use

Good Afternoon!!!
Recently I faced a problem when I tried to view the data of my table in PHYSICAL LAYER
(nQSError:10018) Access for the requested connection is refused
(nQSError: 43037) Invalid Catalog, SupplierSales, specified.
I did check my config file, every thing is proper. Even in NQSERVER log file it is showing that Finished Loading with out error.
Same with the case of Answers. When I tried to login with administrator, it is throwing the same error as in RPD.
I am unable to figure out the problem.

Check you System DSN , ODBC > System DSN > AnalyticsWeb
Make sure you have NOT enabled the "Change default repository to" or "Change default catalog to" as SupplierSales in either.

LDAP : Access for the requested connection is refused.

After successfully connected to ldap server through OBI rpd , I imported the users and created init. blocs and variables.
But when logging into dashborad/Answers i am getting the following error :
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC
State: 08004. Code: 10018. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: 08004] [nQSError: 10018] Access for the requested connection is refused. [nQSError: 13024] Successful completion of init block 'oidAuthentication' is required. (08004).
Pls. help.

RPD users got preference over LDAP users i.e if you have a user with same name in RPD and LDAP, then RPD authentication will take place and not the LDAP authentication.
Now if you are importing all the users from LDAP to RPD, then LDAP authentication will not take place and creating INIT block for the same will through an error when trying to login to Presentation services (if Required for Authentiaction is checked).
Workaround
You can create groups in your LDAP and assign all your users to these groups.
Import groups to RPD and do group level authorization.
Do not import users to RPD and create INIT block for LDAP authentication.

Problem in uploading data for the Tcode CA02

I am trying to upload the data for the Tcode ca02 and i am facing a problem i.e. the uploading for the for the 18th inspection characterstic is not able to being uploaded. I had checked the code of it and the logic is there.
It was previously uploading the data for it,but iit is not doing now. I had cheked the program of the screen also the fields are also present..

To make the User group Filed mandatory for the Tcode SU01

Hi Gurus,
I need to make the 'User Group' Filed mandatory for the Tcode 'SU01'.
I know we can do it using Transaction variant.
But i do not want to create a new custom Tcode (e.g ZSU01) for the same.
I understand we have a User Exit 'SUSR0001' for the Tcode SU01.
Can we use this to make the User Group field mandatory.
Or is there is some alternative way to do this ?

You don't need to create a custom Tcode to assign a transaction variant, just declare it as being a "standard variant" (in the SHD0 transaction too), and you'll make it assigned automatically to SU01 when this last is started.

Want to display records for the specified month only

Hi all,
In my report I am displaying records for the specified month only.
I am able to display it in range of the dates, but i want to display name of the month at the top of page.
e.g.
i am giving range like
01.04.2008 to 30.04.2008
then, it shoud display April, 2008.

and then using TOP-OF-Page event print the month.

Welcome to SDN.
The tables for a given transaction can be seen in the transaction SE80.
First goto SE93.
Give ur Tcode and find the program name.
Now goto SE80. select program in the first dropdown and give the program name in the second box. U can find the list of tables used.
One more way is : use ST05.
and One more is using FM 'get_tables'

Access for the Public / Site problems

What is the best way to give access to the Public & still keep the private sections / courses, etc. private?
According to the docs, the All System credential's access permission should be updated to "Download" for the public to see anything. If I select "Download" then "All" sees all, even the protected content, when entering via the default site login URL from our public entry page. All is currently set to "No Access".

P.S. As of this morning ALL banners and course and section icons display a broken link icon. About 20 minutes agon only some were broken.
More strangeness: last night while trying to login several times, I could not; I received the following messages:
"Can't connect to application instance" & "Did not receive any responce from application. It is posssible that t he application does not exist, or that the requested url is incorrect."
The URL was not incorrect.
