Display breaks down

I'm using Safari 8.0.2 with Yosemite 10.10.1 (14B25). The display on Safari breaks down in a section of or the entire display. Sometimes the screen goes to vertical lines or Safarii simply crashes and the computer restarts. I cleared the history and held down "On" and "home" to ?reset. That did not help. I ran disk aid and all was OK. Help!

Based on your description of the issue (intermittent but persistent display issues, mostly out of Safari but sometimes affecting the entire screen, computer restarting, etc), it sounds like you may be experiencing some form of kernel panic. Satellite Pro A60: ATI display driver keeps breaking down

I have had my Sat pro A60 Laptop for about a year now.
I have had a few problems with it since I got it but the main problem has just occured within the last 6-7 months.
The ATI display driver keeps on breaking down and in order for it to work I have to restart the system. This has been an ongoing problem for quite some time and it's now getting rather irriating. It does it at the most inconvenient times like when I am watching a DVD or listening to a CD.
Sometimes when I put the computer on standby, the display doesn't even start up again and the screen remains blank. In order to sort this out I have to switch off the laptop and then restart it. The main problem I have put this down to is overheating as it can get quite hot when I use it.
I sort of know how to sort this problem out, just by clearing dust from the fans. But if there is any other solution to this please help.

Mostly the overheating happens because of the dirt and dust inside of the cooling modules. The fans cannot work properly and cannot spin with full performance.
I think you should check the fans. I think the easiest way to clean the fans is to use the vacuum cleaner hose against the fan grilles.
About the display issue: In your case I would recommend firstly to update the display driver. Additional if the OS runs since a long time on the notebook so maybe a new OS installation form the Toshiba recovery CD would help.

Breaking down Spry Data Repeat

I'm trying to create a spry data set in a table from a XML data file. I have done that in below are the codings I obtained from Spry tool.

I have some individual codings need to be done on each individual data field. I need to seperate all the spry data into each individual column.
My question is how I can control these data individually when it's in the table ? Is there any codings changes need to be done ?

Actually what I mean by breaking down the data and not by means of filtering.
I still want to display every single data but I wan it to be individualised.

What I need is that some column will be static and some will be dynamic. The actual external XML data will be dynamic as there will be a live server feeding and overwritting it.
If you look at the Spry table portion coding inside the HTML file, it's actually a Spry repeat and I don't have much control over each individual data I want to manipulate the codings.

Laptop breaks down after new BIOS installation

My laptop HP 2000 - 2d11x is nearly a year old now. My problems started last month when my laptop started overheating and shutting down randomly. Now my laptop is completely unusable. I do not know what happened to it but I suspect that the incompatible BIOS installed recently in my computer caused its break down.
The first problem I had with this laptop is its overheating . I bought a usb cooling fan for it but the overheating persisted. Then, one day my laptop randomly shut down. For many days the laptop shuts down every hour or so when I use it. Then one day I took the battery out and started using the laptop without the battery. It worked continously and did not shut down but the overheating problem got worse.
Couple of days later I inserted the battery and the whole unit shut down. I tried again and again but my laptop keeps shutting every 5 seconds after I inserted the battery which is half charged. I cannot charge it properly because the laptop shuts down. It went on till my battery was out of charge and I can not use it anymore.
During this time my laptop only works when I plug it without battery.
I thought my battery was the problem so I stopped using it and asked HP Support for replacement since my laptop is still under warranty and I have no money to buy a new one. The agents I talked with in chat support, denied my requests for battery replacement. The first one promised to call me and said he talked with his supervisor about my problem. I waited for 48 hours but he didn't call or email me. The next agent I chat with remote accessed my computer and installed BIOS. I do not remember what kind of BIOS was it but all I remember is its a BIOS. The agent asked me to try and put the battery but the laptop shut down. It restarted and I waited a long time before it started. When it was finally restarted the agent and the connection was gone. My battery problem was still not solved. The third agent I talked with again asked to remote access my computer. Then he said that HP cannot replace my battery because battery shipment is prohibited by Bureau of Customs. My father bought this laptop abroad in the US and we are living in the Philippines. I was frustrated and thought I will just have to use the laptop without battery. A day later something horrible happened. My laptop did not start anymore even when I plug it with the adapter! The lights blink and goes out after 10 or so seconds when I click the start button.
Now my laptop is broken, black screen and completely unusable.
I researched a bit and realized that HP and overheating issues always went hand in hand.. I'm suspecting that the BIOS update was improperly done and the overeheating fried my motherboard. If this is the, then it's the HP technician's fault for making things worse. I hope they replace the laptop or atleast fix it. They're not taking imported laptops seriously and this really angers me because HP laptops by default come with the ITW (International Traveller's Warranty). I need your advice on what to do.

I understand your system was overheating and shutting down, and after a BIOS update you are no longer able to start up the notebook.

Phone connection is breaking down after a second of ringing

When trying to make a phonecall, the phone dials correctly and connects to the recipient. you hear it ringing with a free tone and after one second
the connection breaks down, you hear a busy signal.
The same happens when anyone tries to call me. You see the incoming call, after one second the connection breakes down and the display
shows "missed call"
Is this problem known ?

I can´t imagine, that it is a carrier problem. All other functions as sms, internet and so on are working fine and without any problem

How to break down the total stock level in multiple items ECC6.0 ERP

Have a requirement for being able to break down the total stock of material into multiple items.
E.g.
Total stock: 1000 mtr. Unr.
Consists of lenghts of:
500 mtr.
200 mtr.
200 mtr.
100 mtr.
The different stocks should be displayed to sales persons and also 3rd party web applications towards customers
Using 3rd party WMS system for all LE processes and currently handling this requirement using batch management, but using batch management also has some really strict rules which is why I would like to find other solutions

If tracking each "size " is important, then you can go for a seperate material code itself for each size.
eg: 1000mtr = A
500 mtr= B etc .
you can show conversion of 1000 Mtr -> 500 MTR by subcontracting/ production /material t material transfer.
-We had used split valuation in one clients system, where they wanted to track the Uncut Iron rods and iron rods cut into different sizes seperately .
-Some people use batch management with characteristics as well .
Cnsidering your system is in live stage, you have to consider the impact of each type of change.

Can iCal show you a more detailed break down of time?

Is there any way to get iCal to show you a more detailed break down of time like in 15-30 minute blocks?
I am attempting to set events for ever 15 min. but I cannot see them because of the overlap. I am sure that if iCal would allow you to see 15 min. blocks there would be no overlapping of events and I would be able to see all of them that same way you can if you set events for 1 hour block.

If you display fewer hours you can easily see 15 minute intervals. At least in the day view.

Graphical form of break down duration in IW28

In IW28/IW29 screen, I was trying to view break down duration in graphical form equipmentwise, there I am only able to view the breakdown duration vs no of break down but nowhere equipment no is getting displayed. Can anybody please suggest how to view equipment no vs breakdown duration in graphical form??? thanks in advance.

Display the list of notification using notification Type M2
It will display no. of notification
Select Change Layout Option
Select the Equipment
Then the list will be showing with the equipment
then Select Equipment Column and Click Graphical View..
You will get the Graphical view for equipment
Note : You can change the layout according to the particular requirement

APEX IR report - breaking down columns

Hello experts,
I am creating Interactive Report and need break down couple columns.
ex:
country province city
USA CA city1
USA CA city2
USA MA city3
USA MA city4
What I need to display is:
USA CA city1
___ __ city2
___ MA city3
___ __ city4
I can display this format using classic report. When I use IR report, the breaking down column goes on the top.
How can I get the same format in IR ?
BTW, I don't have any print server setup.

I recommend to use the
SharePoint flavored Weblog reader which aggregates stuff nicely.

C7 breaks down after choosing the resolution for a new project

Hello Community,
finally I succeeded in installing C7 on my MacBook Pro with Mavericks 10.9. But it breaks down every time after I choose the resolution for my project. The beachball appears for one second and then C7 breaks down.
On the same MacBook I can open C7 on another account. But I want to use C7 on my account.
Has anybody expereienced the same problems?
Has anybody a solution for my problem?

can you please try deleting preferences by using the "CleanPreferencesMac" present in the Captivate installation location/Ultils folder, relaunch Captivate and see it resolves the issue or not.

My apple tv(3rd Gen) total screws. connection always break down, nothing changes on the setting!!! no movies, no iTunes, only seconds than it is gone!!

One month after purchase and perfect functioning my apple Tv is screwed! I can not stream any content to since the connection always breaks down after second, also itunes etc cannot be accessed!!
I did everything, changed Routher channels to all possible options(13 different and although everything worked before), resetted at the PC ( Was not possible to wifi, connection broke doWn), also resetted the Router. I switched of HD and all kinds off things, no sign of change!
I found out that actually some apple TV's have a problem with the wifi chip, might be one of those?
Contacted Apple, they are exchanging it against a used and repaired one?!?! Hello?! It is one month old!!!! No scratches!! And I still had to wait before they checked mine!!!
I want a new one!! Support is an hilarious excuse for a company that sells this kind of quality image!!! I am hugely disappointed!!

It is not likely if you just bought it new. You can google for the model numbers that were specificly recalled though if you want to check.
Did anyone else have this kind of problems?
A lot of the issues posted are network related. Most come down to WiFi issues. Streaming video rarely works well over WiFi unless you have extremely high end WiFi hardware to support it. Any streaming video product will work better connected via eithernet.

I've tried using the 3-d rotation tool to flip the squares
over but there must be a simpler way instead of repeating that over

Thanks for replying. i've tried doing it with one square as a
movie clip symbol and then flipping that square over with the 3d
rotation tool and then over and over. but i'm having to draw other
squares on other layers to make up the rest of the square as it
gets created. is this the right way to do it? what would be the
simplest way? i know you said its just an animation, but how would
you create the animation?

If you are the account owner, you can log into your My Verizon ccount online and view the usage details for all the lines on the account. If you are only an account member, you should be able to view some details for your line, but I am not sure exactly how much.

What's happen if one of hardware part in my Phone is break down?

Apple has a new activation way, if one of hardware part in your device is not match with Apple database. Your phone could not active again. I think if I buy an Iphone from Apple, is totally my phone, I can access all data in it, I can fix it if break down without Apple's permission. What's happen if one day my phone's Wifi, Signal, Bluetooth... are break down? I cannot access my data, continuing using my own phone?
Apple can do everything to reject illegal activation, but not people likes me. I'm not a thief, I'm using a global phone!
