Display COPA line item report-KE24
Hi Experts,
Do we get the correct COPA line items by using the standard transaction code KE24. Is this report is useful to compare the values of the report KE30 which we define.
Please clarify.

Sales Order line item 40 created > PR & PO created (MD02) > MIGO > Delivery of Order (VL01N) > Settlement (VA88) >Billing( VF01) > Settlement (VA88).
I have two COPA Document and Material Price updating 2 Time in COPA report.
Please let me know Its Process error Or Configuration error.

Hi,
I am preparing COPA line item report. I want to change number format (two decimal place). I did the changes in form level then I did the changes in drill down report as well and saved as save definition.
But changes are not reflecting in- output type - object list(ALV).

Delete of Element in Form for COPA line item report
Hello
I would like to change a form used for a COPA line item report - delete an element, which has been included for years. Unfortunately I got message, that 'You cannot delete, because element xxx is dependent'.
If I insert a new element if have no problems to delete it afterwards.
Can anybody help me?

To my knowledge, you cannot delete the element until you assign the new one in the form if only single element is assigned.
In case anymore element is there, there can be possibility this element is taken into consideration for making formula.

Changes in MM02 not reflecting in COPA lin item report
Hi,
In my project during data conversion material was grouped wrongly. We realised it later once we started designing COPA reports. The material is used by seven company codes. The basic material group defined in basic data is used by all company codes while Material group 1,2,3 4 and 5 are used by company specific defined in sales orgs 2 View in MM master(MM01).
I am designing report for three companies by using material group 1,2,3,4 and 5.
We tried changing the material group 1,2,3,4 and 5 for wrongly grouped materials in MM02. But in COPA report these changes are not reflecting. The grouping in report is still as per the data conversion grouping.
Please suggest on how should we rectify our material grouping to reflect in COPA report.

in COPA reports characteristics are read from the COPA tables, they are not dynamically derived at the time of executing the report. In the COPA tables oyu will find the characteristic as derived at the moment of posting the line item.
If the characeristic that you want to rectify is in the definition of your your COPA segments - which you can check through TC KEQ3 - then there is possibility to carry changed master data over to past COPA data.
TC KEND allows you change the existing COPA segments according to current master data. However, it will not make changes to table CE1XXXX, where COPA line items are stored, but changes happen on the segment level (CE4XXXX).
This means that you always see the changes in COPA reports that read from segments, but not in line item based reports.
To change your output from line item based reports I see no other possibilty but to make correcting entries in CE1XXXX using KE21N or KEFC.
If you should consider using KEND please read the documentation for "realignment". It can create problems, for example if you have a SAP BW that is delta-updated from CE11XXX. Also your summarization levels for COPA have to be rebuilt after KEND. -

my client want to see material group description and Agent code description in ke24 report.

Try to change the Layout and see if Material Description is available... I am not sure if it is
The purpose of a COPA report is to analyse KPIs like Gross Contr 1, Net Profit of a Product, etc... This purpose cant be served by KKE24, as it just displays the values as posted... So, to me, KE24 does not make much sense

CO-PA Report: Incorrect Drill-Down to Line Item Report result (KE32 / KE34)

We have created a CO-PA report and assigned the ability to call up the CO-PA Line Item report (KE24).
When we drill-down from a cell within the report for an actual amount for a specific period, the line item report displays the line-items from the prior period?

No line item display in FAGLL03 & FBL3N GL line Item reports
Dear All,
I have parked the customer invoices with normal customer recon account and with special GL indicators. The system do not display parked lines for Special GL indicators. How can i display the line item display information in FAGLL03 and in FBL3n report.
Following settings have already been made are;
1. Fs00 = line item display check is on.
2. In initial screen for FAGLL03 & FBL3N Selection: Parked Items Parked items are displayed and checked.
The only information for parked special gl line items is get through FBL5N report only.
Kindly suggest in there any way that we can get report from GL line Item reports???

Dear Gurus,
Need some URGENT help with regards to Vendor Reporting?
Our business has requested for a Vendor Line Item / header Report, which will display ALL Vendor Items NET (before tax).
At the moment our business it manually taking out Tax in FBL1n (Vendor Line Item Report).
Please could you kindly let me know if there is ANY report in SAP which displays the Vendor Items NET & GROSS??

All I want is a "net column" - Which will display the vendor invocie amount - BEFORE VAT (Tax).
So on FBL1N or Another SAP-Vendor Report what I need is a
Net Amount column and a Gross Amount Column.
I hope this makes sense and someone can assist....

Line item report with Customer number
Hi all,
I am facing the following issue:
I need a line item report to analyze an accrual account by customer.
Since the customer is not captured on the accrual account itself, but on the recon. account (which is not defined as line item display), I did not find a way to present the customer and the accrual on the same line.
I can always go to BSEG and vlookup and match by document number the accrual account and the customers from the customer recon. account, but I thought maybe someone has a better idea.

Yoel.If the recon account line items have al lthe info needed I'd suggest using a query (SQ01).
1. Create an Infoset in SQ02 with logical database "BRM". Choose the fields from BSEG that you need
2. Create the Query in SQ01 using that Infoset.
If you want to see individual line items, include the fields you want in the "basic list" of the query. If you want totals by customer, don't include anything in the basic list, but make a "statistics" with customer and amount.
Selections would habe to be made for account no and period. -
Create AP/AR line item report for parked items
Dear all,
Has anyone been able to create a line item report in AP or AR that includes parked items? I have created an aging report using standard 0SAPDUEAN-01 as a base, using report painter. Now the Finance department want to be able to see the numbers of the parked invoices as well but I am not able to find a way to pull these.
Does anyone know if this is actually possible?

How can I add this field to my report screen. In my dynamic selections it is not available.

If a field in FBL1N is not filled it might be because the field has to be created as a special field.
In the Line item Display list in FBL1N follow this menu path: Settings -> Special fields, and add the fields you want from relevant table.
The fields are later available for display,and you can choose them from the Line item Display list following this menu: Settings -> Display variant -> Current. From the hidden list you can now choose the fields you want to have shown. If the technical name is shown for the fields, the special fields are all starting with '1-U_'. It's important, that you add the Special field, if the field also exist as Standard field.
The Special fields are shown in the buttom of the Hiddden list.
Please also read the solution part of note 215798 for some very import- ant steps to be aware of.
But, for having a field shown in the vendor Line Item Display (FBL1N) the field has to exist in the vendor Line Item. If this is not the case, you will evt. be able to see the field in FBL1N by using Offsetting account info.
Check if field WERKS is in the structures RFPOS and RFPOSX. If not, then you need to add the field to the structures RFPOS and RFPOSX. When the structures have been extended with the field then you need to run the reports RFPOSXEXTEND and BALVBUFDEL (in the same way as seen in the solution part in note 215798).

Profit center line item report
Hello All,
A sales order is created with reference to a service order, now when I see Profit center line items, the function area available in Service order is differ from the function area displaying with sales document number in profit center line item report. Can anyone please tell me where could be the problem.

what SAP release do you have ?
Normally the derivation of the functional area is made with the following logic:
1) manually entered
2) FI-Substitution (calling point 5 or 6 since ERP2004)
3) cost center
4) cost element
Please see also SAP note 106180 of how to correct wrong functional areas in PCA.
