Display like negative film and have no solid color

The new iPad just in my hand and I downloaded some games and iTune U via iTune in my Mac Mini, however, I found inly one game is displayed normal. All the other downloaded games and iTune U are displayed like negative file without solid color.
Am I did something wrong or missed some steps?

p.s. I have tried to call the online help service centre but I am told to wait (already hold the line for 1 hour)

Try:
Settings > General > Accessibility
and ensure 'White on Black' is disabled.

What is wrong with my phone if it is discolored like a negative film and has flickering lines?

I dropped my Iphone 4 last week, and when I checked it next the screen had severe discoloration, similar to a negative film affect. When I go to the lock screen it is a white screen with flickering horizontal lines on it. On my main screen there are also some lines at the top. I have tried resetting and restoring it and that did not help. And I have also looked at setting to see if that was why my screen was negative, and that was not the problem. Help. Somehow my toddler reversed the display on our macbook pro. Documents are now black with white type. Photos look like negatives. I have tried to undo this but I don't know how!

Y50-70 Display driver stopped responding and have been recovered

No matter CSGO or DOTA2 or running 3D Mark it will fozen and shows PDC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, then restart. Or if i transfer to destop when it forzens, it gonna show Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. My display driver is the newest one and even i reinstall system the same thing happened.

Welcome to the Forums.
Can you try these steps:
1. Uninstall both Intel and the Nvidia Display Driver v353.30 from the Control Panel and reboot.
2. Install the following drivers in order and observe (reboot if necessary). You can also get them from the D:\Drivers folder
1st - Intel Video Driver for Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
2nd - Nvidia Video Driver for Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
3. If the problem remains, can you check the status of the system by installing Lenovo Solutions Center or manually run a diagnostic on the GPU and post the results here:

Individual Diagnostic Tools (see Video Test)

Hi, I was playing music with iPod and then the screen started flickering. So I switched it off by holding down the sleep button and when I put it back on, the screen looked kinda like a negative photo. I have tried adjusting the brigtness as well as the black on white thing and nothing seems to work!

Are you saying that you went to Settings>General>Acesibility and White on Black is off?
If so, try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order

Since 3G has slower CPU and smaller RAM compare to 3GS and 4G, then I think it should be useful if we could completely shut down app when we stop using it.

When the RAM gets used up, the iPhone will shut down apps all by itself, you needn't do anything. Of course, that doesn't always mean it works perfectly. The only way to close apps is to turn the phone off and back on again, which may be overkill most of the time, but I found necessary when I had a satnav app running, slowing everything else to a crawl.

yes it is possible using 'disk utility'. format the time machine backup as Mac OS Extended( journaled). The windows partition can use FAT32.

I have added a display to my iMac and have it as an "extended desktop" - my Fidelity acct. stock charts won't go over to the other monitor however. Is it a Firefox issue?

I want to use a 2nd monitor to have my stock charts off by themselves - that way they're easier to read. My Fidelity ActiveTrader Pro web site lets me create many charts, but when I try to drag one of them over to the other monitor, I just see my pointer, no chart. The web site just creates a scroll bar and I have to put the chart next to the current one. Is this a Firefox issue and, if so, what do I need to do? Something in Preferences? I didn't see anything. We've already done all of that. And we used the same thunderbolt cable to connect two iMac's and that worked totally fine doing the Command+ F2. I don't understand why we can't get the macbook to do the same.

I had to have my PC wiped clean and the OS re-loaded. I thought I backed up everything on my iTouch and iPad correctly, but when I try to sync, I'm getting a message that if I continue with the sync, I will lose everything on my device. Solid color text boxes in MS Word are not importing to pdf ... text boxes with pics import and convert fine. Using Word 2013. Any ideas?

I'm uploading a Word file to my Adobe PDF Packet Annual subscription. I'm running Windows 8.0. Normally I will create a document in MS Word 2013, save it into our dropbox and then when I need to send it to someone (printer in this case) I will log onto Adobe PDF and upload the file to convert. Once it's converted, I'll send the pdf to the client or printer. In this case I created a poster with our logo (in a text box), text, a star (in a text box) and a few solid colored rectangles. Everything converted beautifully - as usual - except the solid text boxes.
I've used Adobe PDF Packet for a few years and have never seen this. Any ideas or other questions?

Desktop solid color settings in Windows 7

Hi,
Could someone tell me how to change the Hue, Sat and Lum settings for Solid color Black (desktop background) in registry?
I have applied solid color black and want to set the Hue, Sat and Lum to 160, 0, 1 through registry.
I do tried changing the value HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors\ Background, but it doesn't reflect.

What happens if you use
Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Personalization
to change the background color?
Why do you want to use the registry to set the background color anyway?
Are you using a third party theme?
Do you have any GPO's applied to your machine?

To sort by name.....
Open the finder window, then select the "change the item arragement" button. Choose name from the drop down.
