if your case is like there sales orders,items.
you want to prints all sales order+its items in one page
then
you need to build sort table.
    L_SPOS                 = L_SPOS + 1.
    IT_SORT_DATA-SPOS      = L_SPOS.
    IT_SORT_DATA-FIELDNAME = 'VBELN'.
    IT_SORT_DATA-TABNAME   = 'IT_DISPLAY'.
    IT_SORT_DATA-DOWN      = 'X'.
    IT_SORT_DATA-GROUP = '*'. "this is for page break
    APPEND IT_SORT_DATA.
    CLEAR IT_SORT_DATA.
pass this sort info to alv fm.

I'm developing alv report for orders raised during the period.I want to display each order wise value(netwr) and order quatity (kwmeng) . i set 8 radio buttons one radio btn click then i want output ex.in grid display click on sort then each order wise calculate the value and quantity . that particular data to display when click on radio button.

How to display output with 3 levels in ALV

He experts,
 I have on classical report & it output is with 3 levels, like
 Ex: material no<Level-1>
 customer no<Level-2>
 date<Level-3>.
 For this i used 2 select staments within select & endselect statmens.
Now i want to display in ALV. I can't use Hierarchy FM for this bcoz more than 2 levels.
Plz help on this

Pages in ALV grid output and header on everypage

Hi,
My report output is displayed in a ALV grid. The output has around 100 records.
Now , my requirement is to display the output in pages, say 25 records per page and I also want to have the header details for every page.
How can I do it?

XML Publisher report output in RTF format does not display full page

Hi,
We have one XML Publisher report, the output of report in RTF format is not getting displayed in Full Page in normal way (MS Word -->View menu --> Print layout) but we can see full page display when we do MS Word -->View menu --> Outline.
Appreciate your valuable inputs on this.
Is this a template issue or any profiles needs to be set.

TOP OF PAGE in ALV Grid Display in ECC 6.0

Hi,
I have an issue with top of page in Alv grid display
in ECC 6.0. I searched the forum for this, but
couldnt fine any solution.
I am using Reuse_alv_commentary_write to display the header.
It's working fine in 4.7E but the same code is not working in
ECC 6.0. The header is shown as empty.
I tried to execute some other programs with same FM and
even standard SAP Prgrms too, even they raise the same issue
the top of page is empty.
Please suggest any other FM or approach to use in ECC 6.0 to get the top of page.

I m working on ALV in which i have to display output with the following format.

same thing for every change of 4th field .
So the problem is with inserting the line with string "Total of 3rd+4th" in the output .
Can Anyone help me out?

Hi,
This is possible, using some of the events in the ALV.
You could use AFTER_LINE_OUTPUT event and call you form after say, a certain line count is reached on the list output.
MOVE 'AFTER_LINE_OUTPUT' TO gw_event-name.
MOVE 'AFTER_LINE_OUTPUT' TO gw_event-form.
APPEND gw_event TO gt_events.
CALL FUNCTION 'REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY'

and define the form for each event as follows - this would be a dynamic call by the ALV.

For lines per page:
rs_lineinfo-tabindex would give you the index of the current line in the list, which you could use to read the t_outtab table, and reduce the line count of items displayed on the earlier page.
There are a few other events too, like BEFORE_LINE_OUTPUT and END_OF_LIST which you can use as required and print the data.

END OF PAGE IN ALV LIST

Hi All,
I am generating the report output in ALV list and downloading in the PDF format. It is working fine.
But I am not able to print last line(AS SOME TEXT) on each page of the report. I think the output of report in ALV LIST does not show the END OF PAGE, But It should show once we take print out.
Please let me know.

Rakesh,
END OF PAGE can be found in ALV Printout, you can't see it in Display. So if you download as PDF without printing, it is normal not to display END-OF-PAGE.
You can print your report and you can see the END-OF-PAGE in spool and maybe you can convert this spool as PDF. Otherwise you won't use END-OF-PAGE.
