Display Pictures help please
Hello, I recently downloaded the latest version of Blackberry Messenger. I have a Blackberry Curve 9300. The display pictures of BBM contacts wont appear on BBM though and they can't see my display picture. Please tell me how to fix this. Also I have the latest software and BBM.
Here are two public statements RIM has released in regards to the BBM Avatar issue:
1.BBM Avatars should now be updating in most regions. If you were experiencing issues please try updating your Avatar again.
2. Some users in APAC (the Asia Pacific area) may be experiencing issues with BBM Avatars not updating. Product teams are aware of this issue and looking into it.

I left it running over night, it was running perfectly, in the morning the screen was black. i tried to restart it and got no display but i can hear the machine running. so i put away for several months, plug it in, charge the battery, it boots, i have a display, it loads the desktop and freezes. when i try to restart it theres no display. the last time i tried, i started it, i got to the apple screen and nothing. whats the issue here? please help.

Podcast image not displaying! Help please!
Hello,
any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I've been troubleshooting for the past month and can't seem to fix this...
i recently had my podcast channel approved but the podcast image is still not displaying...
when I followed the instructions given by Apple on their podcast start up page, I opened iTunes, clicked File, clicked Subscribe to Podcast and entered my RSS feed address. Everything displayed fine, image was working an everything.
however, the channel has now been approved and the image is still not showing up in the iTunes store....
does it usually take a while for images to display?
my image is 1900x1902 and is 2.5 MB.
Does it have to be perfectly square in order for it to be displayed? If so, how come it displayed when I entered the feed url after clicking 'Subscribe to Podcast' in the iTunes File menu?
Is there a size limit? Again, if so, how come it displayed when I entered the feed url after clicking 'Subscribe to Podcast' in the iTunes File menu?

JThe image filesize is much too large at 2.5MB: it must be less than 500kB and I'm surprised your feed wasn't rejected in the first place because of this. I would recommend reducing the dimensions to 1400 x 1400 to be on the safe size, and reducing the file size to below 500kB is essential (and it must be JPG or PNG).
When you've changed it, also change the file name, amend the feed and reupload it. It will take quite some days before the image appears in the Store.
The image appears in My Podcasts view when subscribing but probably the iTunes application - which is completely separate from the Store - isn't so fussy. The Store caches the image so you can see why they would want to limit the filesize, given the many thousands of podcasts in the Store.
When you have a question please always post the URLs of your Store page and of your feed. I was able to give you an answer this time, but in most cases it's necessary to be able to look at the feed. -
Imac g5 + 17' studio display need help please
hi i have an imacg5 the model with the isite built in, and i just got ahold of an 17 inch apple lcd studio display...ive had a real hard time looking for adapters, i bought the apple adc to dvi converter thing for 99 dollars and i have that dvi wire going into a dvi to vga adapter so i could use try to use it on my imac... it all hooks up fine but i dont receive any picture, just a black screen...the usbs work fine sumhow, i can plug in my ipod and that reads thru the moniter fine. does anyone know anyway i could fix this? thanks alot in advance.

The lost pictures. help please!
I got a new iphone last week and I set up an icloud account on my old iphone to make sure I would have all of my pictures on my new iphone. Now I set up my new iphone and none of my pictures are there. Is there any way I can get those pictures back? Or is there anyway I can find them. Any help would be amazing!
Move the photos from the Trash bin in iPhoto onto the Library icon to get them back in their proper events. Then check the thumbnails to see if they are still behaving the same. If they are make a temporary, backup copy (select the library and type Command+D) and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #1, followed by #3 and then #4 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Is there any way that you can separate your pictures in to "NEW" folders and can you set folders to "secured"? All of my old photos from my other phone where transfered and there are some that are, let's call them...."Private"! As soon as I open "Gallery" there are some pictures in a "camera roll" , "my tags", "folders" and "all photos" icons. I have no idea how some pictures got in to these icons and why?!?!? PLEASE tell me that there is a way to move and organize all the pictures

You can mount drive and orginize your images into folders just like you can on a desktop and as for making the folder private, there is a number of apps that you can secure some folders with passwords to have it where they cant be viewed of opened without passwords.

You transferred the files to the sd card and the Gallery will show all files on the drive unless you hide the files... You can also place a .nomedia file in the folder or place a period (Example: change Folder to ".Folder" ) before the name of the folde to hide it from all apps but file manager. -

Displaying Picture in a Java APPLICATION please help!!
I have been trying to write a method that Displays a .jpg file when called. However I have not gotten far, every book I have tell you how to display pictures in an applet but not an application. Hi.. Please help me.. I just bought blackberry q10 but I really don't like how the BBM works. How to fix a blurry display picture on bbm? I'm using blackberry for a long time and I need to share and update my pictures to my family and my friends which are mostly live in another country... Please please fix it.... It can't rotate and zoom too... I tried all pictures to put on my display picture but still blur.. Even the picture I took from Q10 itself which is have 8mp but still blur too.. my friend asked me why my pictures always blur like i took pics with a bad quality camera.. This seems to be an issue for some but not others and I haven't yet seen a resolution. It only happens with display pictures. If you send a picture via BBM it should work fine.

Picture Gallery - Please help!!!!

My images under my picture gallery are displayed (four images per row). How can I change it so there are three in a row. My images are also bad quality when you view them as tiles. ever since i put my songs off my phone onto my laptop to then transfer onto my iPod i have been having serious difficulty with my phone, i cant receive pictures, voice notes and cannot download music. i have tried everything, i have deleted blackberry messenger, deleted app world, wiped the phone 3 times, taken the battery out a lot and also tried to restore factory settings (dont know if it worked). its really frustrating that i cant even download a song or receive a picture! please help because i dont know how much longer i can go before i smash the thing up!!

In my Iphone 5, Nothing on my App Store is working, its displaying blank (Except for Genius section). I've tried to uninstall and install itunes and all its component in my desktop but still it doesn't fix the app store issue. Not sure if its problem with apple servers. Someone help please!
settigns>itunes and app store to make sure you are signed in.. If you are, you will see your account name..... anyhow, click your account name, sign out and sign back in
also go to to settings>general>reset and reset network settings... if that doesnt work settings>general>reset and reset all settings!

I have forgotten my password for iPod Touch 4G and it is now disabled. I tried connecting to iTunes but i haven't synced before and i need to enter the password before i can back it up so i can restore it. I don't want to lose pictures so please HELP!

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased. That is how it works
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
