Display Process Order: Material List -- MRP Distribution Key fiels

Hi,
In Display Process Order: Material List, the field of "MRP Distribution Key (RESBD-VERTI or RESB-VERTI) is coming as editable field (Even in Display mode of process order). Is this is standard? Or some configuration is there to make it editable or non editable field even in Display mode of process order?
Thanks & Regards,
Surajit Das

Hi,
Do you mean BOM component of process order ?
Deleted mark represent that this material will no longer be used in process order i .e . material will not be issued if it has deletion mark in process order.
Deletion mark will only come if you delete a component after releasing order. If you delete a component before release then it will not be visible as BOM component of process order.

  • Batch determination issue in process order Material quantity calculation

    Dear Gurus,
We are facing issue in auto batch determination in process order (Material quantity calculation ).
eg Material X  is active material 200 KIA used in BOM as
    10  X   200  KIA
    20  Y   10           Filler
    30  Z
    40  X   200  KIA
    50  Y
    60  Z
We select line item 10 and 40 and do Batch determination system proposes 2 batches for line item 10 as Batch A and B
and for line 40 again Batch A (with 0.01 KIA) and batch B proposed which is wrong.
For line Item 10 Batch A and B
For line Item 40 Batch B and C or as per FIFO logic.
As Batch A should be consumed in Line item 10 then it proposed Batch B and so on....
We have already maintain data in COB1.
Can any body explain what is wrong in determination.

MSEG is not really slow when you do qualified selects, if you can not do that you shopuld think about creating an index.

  • Display Sales Order Result List for a customer from ECC

    Hello Experts.
I have a requirement to display list of sales order posted for a particular date or sold-to-party or ship-to-party.
    System landscape is as below:
My ECC system  holds all the data. Orders and subsequent documents are created here.
My CRM system does not have any Sales related data stored on CRM system.
Client requires to search for sales orders created for a customer.. based on few search parameters. and display the result list.
From the Result list,Navigate to see the Over View page, Also, with partner information and material information as assignment blocks.
    How could i achieve this?
Another Point is we do't not want to create or Edit or even Display ERP Sales Order on UI.
We want to have UI look.
Kindly, if someone has implemented this scenario or used standard CRM objects to achieve this functionality please share.
    Thanks

    Hi Nageshwara,
You need Lean Order(LORD) Interface set up for such kind of requirement.
There should be a trusted RFC Destinations needs to be set up in the CRM system and an ERP Profile to be set up in the IMG Path CRM --> Transactions --> Settings for ERP Transactions Maintained via CRM ---> Define Profiles for ERP Sales transactions. If these things are properly setup you can use the component ERP_S for searching for Sales Order in ECC using the criteria that you mentioned in your question.

  • COR2 release flag(Process Order Release)

    HI all,
can we release a work order from  cor2
if yes where can we find that release flag
    Thanks in Advance,
    Suresh

    Hi Suresh,
Please find the process for releasing process order .
    1.     Choose from menu Process order à Functions à Approval à Individual approval.
    2.     Choose Materials and on the Create Process Order: Material List screen release the order by choosing Release (Ctrl + F6). Batch determination and creation of control recipe are carried out automatically.
    3.     Save your entries.
For releasing a process order which already exists please use following steps:
    4.     Access the transaction using:
    Menu     Logistic à Production–Process à Process Order à Process Order à Change
    Transaction code     COR2
    5.     On the initial screen, enter the necessary data.
    Process order          Your PO number
    6.     Choose Enter.
    7.     Choose Release (Ctrl + F6).
    8.     Save your entry.
    Result
When the process order is opened, material reservations for the required material components are created automatically or the specifications are transferred from the planned order. Purchase requisitions are created for material components or services that have to be procured externally. Capacity loads occur at the resources where the order is executed. The planned costs are also determined.
The following constraints apply to an opened process order:
    ·     You cannot carry out a confirmation for the order.
    ·     Shop floor papers cannot be printed.
    ·     You cannot generate a control recipe.
    ·     You cannot carry out goods movements for the order; in other words, the components cannot be withdrawn.
These constraints no longer apply when the order has been released.
During releasing the availability of the materials will be checked again. Automatic batch determination is carried out for the materials PH-1710, PH-1720 (or PH-1810, PH-1820, PH-1830 and PH-2700 respectively). In addition to this, the control recipe is created, preliminary costing is carried out, and the process instructions are generated.
    Hope This Info Helps YOU.
    Regards,
    Lakshmi

  • Auto GR not happend while doing confirmation of process order

    Hi
while confirming proccess order as per control key settings , the finished good GR should happen automatically. But it was not happend as per the user comments. He done it manually. and also not reflected in COGI.
I have seen the display process order confirmations in CORT transaction, there i didn't find the ginished good. I am predicting user might have deleted the finished good (101 movement) in good movement tab while doidng confirmation. If so where can we find the deleted data ? can u tell me the table or info structure ?
    best regards
    sap

    Hi SAP,
Go to t-code COOISPI, in the List filed select "Documented Goods Movement" select stand profile and then give process order number, this will list all the components which are consumed and confirmed material. Compare with Standard BOM and componets consumed, this will give you info of what exactly has happened.
    Trust this should be fine...

  • Process Order fields

    Hello
I'm basically new to PP-PI and could anyone explain me the process flow.
1.when we create process order what the fields  Total quantity, Delivered and Expected Yield Variance means.
    2. should we do confirmation of process order to get in to process(production) or when we save process order means that it can go in process(production).then why do we need to confirm or is it like a goods receip in MM for Purch Order?
    3. where do the data stores(table and field) for the output for the process order.
    4. If we want to check that how much quantity was scheduled to produce and how is actually produced and whats the variance......where do we look this data.
Can you please explain me ASAP as it very urgent and important to me.
    Thank you in Advance
    Mittu

    Hi Mittu,
The Process flow for PP-PI is the Order is created from MRP/Planned orders or Manually. The order is scheduled, planned cost is determined and capacity is calculated during creation or during release or during saving the order based on the setting we maintain in Production scheduling profile.
Then based on the reservations materials are issued for the order. After the operation/phases are completed we confirm the production order. Confirming production order is nothing but we tell the system that the production is completed. and we give information about how much man power or machine hours spent. Material usage will be calculated from the Goods issue to the order. By using these informations the system calculate the cost of the order. While Confirming the order the Yield quanity is given. If quality inspection is very much extensive then PI Sheet is maintained. The cost is calculated from the confirmations. After that the WIP- work In progress, Variance are calculated. And finally the order is settled,Technically completed and closed.
Once the GR for order is done the Quantity Delivered field isautomatically get updated. And if the quantity delivered is different from order quantity i.e scheduled quantity then the expected Yield variance is calculated. If the yield is more then the value of yield variance is "+" and if the yield is less then the quantity is "-".
Your doubt is what are the fields
1.Total quantiy -  this is the order quantity you enter during order creation i.e
      scheduled quantity.
2.Delivered - This is the quanitity gets automaically updated from the Goods
       Receipt for Order transaction
3.Expected Yield Variance- This is the yield variance calculated after the
      confirmation of order.
4."AFRUD" is the table used for storing output informations.
    5. To see the scheduled quanity ,produced quanity and yield variance go to transaction "CORT"  Display Process order confirmation and input the  Process order number and press enter.
Hope the above clarifies your queries. Kindly revert back for any more clarifiations.
    thanks and regards
