Display single line item in 2 rows in table in Adobe form

Hi Experts am working on Adobe forms, my requirement is to display a table, but the issue is I 've 8 fields in my table and I want to display 3 in first line and 5 in second line. I could try with changing margins width and height but got no result as expected. Please help me out this is urgent for me.

Sarath, as I mentioned my requirement is to display a table row in 2 lines, per suppose I have 5 line items then I want to display them in 10 (2*5) lines, same thing I want to display header also in 2 lines.

    When you are having the multiple account assignment, then the system will force you to have GR-non valuated indicator being flagged which results in the fact there is not any FI document at GR posting stage and this is the standard feature of SAP.

    No, not at all. The disability of GR indicator can be set in OME9 with account assignment category

    In fact, it is possible to maintain multiple account assignment for each and every PO line item by selecting the 'Multiple Account Assignment' button in the 'Account Assignment' View of the Item Detail of PO. However, for such multiple account assignment selection, no accounting document will be generated upon GR maintenance. This can only be done during IR via LIV process.

  • Single line item for multiple line item payment.

    I have booked the 3 vendor invoices (in FB60) for a single vendor. Now today i paid (with F-53) all the three invoices together. One payment document number was generated.
    However when i saw the vendor line item, i saw that three debit line items was generated for the clearing the open invoices (i..e 3 credit line items). so when i say vendor line item report, there were total 6 cleared line items (3 for credit i.e invoice and 3 for debit i.e. payments)
    But is it possible to get  single debit line item for all the three invoices cleared. If yes, please let me know how i can get it.
    If i will have one single line item for payment, vendor report would be simpler. Please help

    1. If you do payment through F-53, then each invoice have separate payment line item. This is not avoidable. If you do payment through F110, then you can group the line items for payment, so there only one payment line item for many number of invoices.
    2. While clearing through F-44, system is generating automatic line items because, there are exchange rate fluctuations. You can't avoid these line items, as these automatic line items only match Debit and Credit amounts in order to post the document.

  • Asset Creation in PR and PO and MIGO as a single Line item with "N" qty

    In Purchase requestion ME51N
    Now we are creating "n" number of assets ( All are same item but "s.no" will vary) with "n" number of line item.
    Instead of this I have to enhance to create only one line item( For same item) with "n" quantity.
    for the ASSET account Assignment we have to create Asset(Temp no) for the each item/quantity(if the same item).
    as well as if they are going to create a PO with ref to PR they have to see all the "n" number of asset no.
    In MIGO creation for each asset we have to assign S.No and Asset Tag.
    How enhance the functionality in PR,PO and MIGO as well as in Invoice.
    Is it any User Exit/BADI is available for PR/POand MIGO to show all the "n" number of assets for a single line item.
    Kindly help me to give details to proceed further.

    Hi Sharma,
    What i understand from your question is, you want to create a single line item in PR and PO. But the qty would be > 1.
    Each single qty would have its own asset number in account asssignment tab of item details of PR & PO.
    This is what you are expecting...Right???????????????
    Then this is possible with certain limitations.
    While creating PR, enter only one item with more qty.
    In item details section, in account assignment tab, on top left corner, there will be a button called Multiple account assignments.
    Click on it, then it looks like a table, where you can enter more than one line. (each line will have its own asset no)
    And choose option Distribute on qty basis for field Distribution.
    So that you can enter 1 qty for each line. ( Ex: if you created one line item in the item level with 10 qty, you need to maintain 10 line here, each qith 1 qty and diff asset no).
    The only limitation to this is, the GRN would be treated as non valueted. So when you make GRN there wwould not be any accounting doc. ( means no use of GR/IR clearing account as like normal for POs)
    when you prepare MIRO, all the assets will be capitalised and vendor credited.
    But in case if you receive partial invoice, then you have choose manually in MIRO. which asset is ot be capitalised.
    After entering the PO number in MIRO, there will be one line will be appeared with full qty. in the same line, move till the end of line, there you will have one button called Account assignments.
    Choose and go there, here you can choose which individual asset line to be considired.
    This will resolve your issue.

  • FBL5N - in Rule set - It is a Display customer line items

    Dear All,
    We observed that FBL5N - Display customer line items in Standard SoD rule set under function AR07  addressing a risk of S022.
    Unless there are t-codes of FD03 or FB02 this t-code does not allow to change the payment terms of the customer.
    We are having a challenge from the client that FBL5N is a display t-code and why it is there in rule set.
    Has anybody came across this scenario? If yes, what is the underlying risk for this FBL5N independently.
    Is there any SAP Note for this t-code like ME23N from SAP.

    Hi Christian,
    We checked the authorization objects as well enabled in GRC rule set as below:
    F_BKPF_BUK - Docume t Authorization document for company codes - 01 or 02 - Enable.
    Inspite of this access, FBL5N cannot be used to change the document for payment terms and assignments without FB02 t-code
    assignment in the role.
    Independently FBL5N cannot be used for any change or create activity except Display customer line items.
    Please advise

In capital P.O selecting account assignment as 'A'  asset and entering in description as Laptop 5 Qtys in a single line item. in item details account assignment tab its asking to enter asset. I'm able to select only one asset number. But my client requirement is it should ask to enter 5 asset number....

    1st check in OME9 t.code for account assignment A, the selection of 2(Multiple account ***)in field ID: AcctAssgt Scrn and Distribution field as 1 and save.
    Then during capital P.O. creation for single line item & in Item details TAB, in account assignment segment, you can enter qty with asset number (A1) with G/L account for 1st Line and for 2nd line keep qty. with asset number(A2) with G/L account ( different G/L Account) OR enter qty with asset number (A1) with G/L account for 1st Line and for 2nd line keep qty. with another asset number(A2) with G/L account (same G/L Account)
    Option-1----> In account assignment segment , As you needed

    I am trying to create a Billing document with reference to Sales document using this BAPI (BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE)
    ..but the generated billing document is creating only single line item where as the original Sales document is containing a Two line items, ie. 1 main line item an a Sub line item for this .
    I am passing the Values mentioned below..
    As per requirement is need to create a Pre invoice or a Proforma with Provided Sales Document.
    it_billingdata_in-ORDBILLTYP =  Proforma/Preinvoice
    it_billingdata_in-REF_DOC =  Reference Sales doc number
    it_billingdata_in-REF_DOC_CA = Reference Sales document category('C').
    Can some one please suggest any thing else do i need to pass apart of these field..

    Hi Srinivas,
    You need to loop on the internal table 'it_billingdata_in' based on the Sales Order line items and pass the value to 'it_billingdata_in-REF_ITEM' for every line item of the Sales Order.

    But we are paying to vendor only 10000100005000
    At the time of entry system showing
    Vendor account 25000
                 To    Bank account       20000
                 To    Bank account         5000(here we paying partial amount of 3rd open item)
    But my Clint requirement is system should post only single line item for bank account 25000 for reconcilation purpose

    How are you making the payment which transaction you are using ? Both Manual & Automatic payment
    the suggested solution is go for split payment terms. configure using OBB8 and OBB9

    I have tried that as well in ke35 and made this option activated on my val flds like sales revenue for hide zero values, but it didnt came out as well, then in i tried ke32 change report >Extras menu>form settings, this adopts all the settings in the report from the form you have assigned, but this is not working, i am failed to understand what has gone wrong.

    Hi,
      This you can do it in two ways:
    1. Make three header under top level....one Product A, 2nd Product B ( as Billing element) and third as Common expense ( only cost). Now 1st & 2 nd WBS, you have to have sales order linking with individual lint item, for third you will accumulate all the common expense till the period end then make a reposting of the same in desired proportion to both products WBS hierarchy
    (This is if you want to have a track on the common expense as well.......like planning, budgeting & control)
    After this reposting, run RA for individual billing element and hence you will all the complement detailing and control over Revenue and expense with respect to Product A and Product B individually.
    2. If you don't want to maintain that kind of detailing the common expense and keep track of it through project, then have cost centers accordingly and make an assesment/ distribution with respect to expenses accumulated at those cost centers for the period to the respective WBS under each product. Then execute the period end processes for the project.
    Or
    You can try with have two more line items in the costing sheet as an overhead against common expenses with respect each product.

    Operations [Multiple Line Items]
    I want to display the operations line items in the table format in a View when we click on the Orders_Hdr.
    For that I am wondering what should the code on the onLeadSelect of Orders_Hdr table at the ViewController?
    In other words how can I display those line items on a click of a Header record. I am looking for some pseudo code that goes in the onActionLeadSelect()of View.

             On LeadSelect .....just get the current selected node element and also store a attribute value from the currnet selected to a variable (like orderid)which is common in both the node ....then loop through the operations node and put the condition equal to orderid using the variable ...if mathces the put node elemnt in to some node created(value node of same type )...
    for copying the node u can use the WSCopyService class...

  • Multiple invoice line items posted as single line item in FI

    Dear Gurus,
    My client has a specific requirement.
    We are required to maintain a rebate condition at item level. In the invoice the values of rebate conditons are appearing as per the line item. This rebate condition has been maintained as statistical and accrual key has been assigend to it. Respective configuration has been done in VKOA. Accural check box has been activated for the rebate condition type.
    Now when we are posting the invoice to FI, client requires that instead of line item wise posting of accrual amount it should post entire accrual amount in the single line item. In other words it is like posting of header amount directly, without any line item wise splitting.
    Please help me ASAP.
