Display test failed in BB virtual expert what to do please help cell is new 2 months old

Dear All, 
3 Months back i had purchased BBZ30. and today i had downloaded virtual expert software to run the health test. All features are working fine but display test failed. It is showing cracked. However my cell phone is working fine and even display is also fine. but due to this result i am really tensed. Please help what should i do..

    Open Finder. Go to the "Go" menu in the menu bar. Press and hold Control and click on Library. Go to "Preferences". Find a file named, "com.apple.iTunes.plist" and delete that file. This won't delete your iTunes content. It will reset iTunes. Try it again.

    I would try it on a PC and see if you can format it, then put it back on the Mac and try again. If it's not seen on a PC, then there's the strong likelihood that there's a hardware issue; either the bridge/chip set or the HD itself is dying/dead. There's also the small possibility that the cable is faulty, so I'd try a different cable too.

    It sounds like you are unable to successfully install iTunes. I recommend the troubleshooting instructions in this article named:

    Here is a general outline of where the troubleshooting will take you:
    General installation troubleshooting
    1. Empty your Temp directory and restart
    2. Completely remove iTunes and related components
    3. Install the latest version of iTunes
    Additional troubleshooting
    After performing each of the steps below, you will need to completely remove iTunes and related components and then install iTunes again to determine whether the issue is resolved.
    1. Make sure you have administrator account access
    2. Make sure your folder names don't contain strange characters
    3. Get the latest Windows updates

    If you only need to install QuickTime, or if iTunes installs but QuickTime installation did not complete
