Displaying types in SOAP envelope

TCP tunnel displays my SOAP body as follows:

<AccountName xmlns="uri:thenet.software.com">BPEL Test Account</AccountName>

</TheNetObject>
</AddUpdate>
</soapenv:Body>
I need a type to display in the <TheNetObject> tag. It is a complex type and the hosting server doesn't know how to interpret without a type:

Hi,
The provided .wsdl is a "document" style binding. The webservice is third-party. It was developed on a non-oracle platform (apache/axis with eclipse as the development tool).
Error message as follows:
<summary>when invoking endpointAddress 'https://manageruat.thenet.com/service/snetmgr/services/thenet', org.xml.sax.SAXException: WSWS3279E: Error: Unable to create JavaBean of type com.software.snetmgr.webservice.data.thenetObject. Missing default constructor? Error was: java.lang.InstantiationException: com.software.snetmgr.webservice.data.thenetObject. Message being parsed: </summary>
I've done some testing by calling this webservice from a 9i database. I can invoke this webservice successfully from an http call when i specify the missing type mentioned above. When I don't specify the type I get the same error (Unable to create JavaBean). So I'm sure the missing type is what is causing the problem in BPEL.
