DISQUS embedding code doesn't work in DPS

I'm trying to embed DISQUS code into InDesign document via copy/paste or using insert HTML but when I preview the Folio with the Content Viewer (desktop or iPad) it doesn't work.
This is the snippet code from disqus.com:

It work only If I save an html document on a server and then I use the url in the HTML content overlays but I can't do this way because I need one discussion for each articles in DPS.
Please let me know if someone had the same issue or if you know how to modify the code.

I test these two codes in "This document" object, and I find out the first code works but the second code are not!
Why second code doesn't work?
Extra question: I am using microsoft 2013. I insert this code into a macro-enabled template. But when I am about to save my file I am expecting these code works. However, they didn't work!

Please note that the code snippet 2 in your post is different from the code snippet in the MSDN document. Also please read the comments of the MSDN code sample:
This example prompts the user for a yes or no response before saving any document.
This code must be placed in a class module, and an instance of the class must be correctly initialized to see this example work; see
Using Events with the Application Object for directions on how to accomplish this.

So the problem in your code snippet 2 is that you didn't put it into a class module and initialize the class module. If you just put it into ThisDocument, you have to initialize the word application object.

Hello,
I am not sure if i posted the same question before also. We have some customers who have set thier language profile in newScale requestcenter to French. However, all the javascript customizations configured on the service forms do not function for 'French' as a Langauge preference. Has anyone encountered the similar issue before and can anyone please suggest a solution for it?

we had a similar issue a while back where the Approval button was not working in Spanish, needed a fix from nS for it
The way to fix this would be to locate the language XML file, override the French caption with Submit and on onLoad write a global JS that would write the button label again (not so sure about this)
But really its an major defect and they should be able to fix it.

Embedding fonts - doesn't work

Another day, another Flash Catalyst problem.
I check the box to embed fonts when I publish, only when I preview my output they are nowhere to be seen. Bottom line, Flash Catalyst doesn't work on a Mac. I've had nothing but problems. This program isn't ready for prime time at all. I've used betas of programs that are much more polished than this. I believed that there wasn't suppossed to be major issues when using FC with 10.7 Lion.
That's not true, this program is so broken and flawed and such a frustration to use. Adobe can't be bothered to update even though they've had access to Lion for months. If they can't make a program that works then why bother releasing for the Mac platform at all?
Lets see:
1. Placeholders don't work.
2. Importing Illustrator files doesn't work.
3. Publishing with embedded fonts doesn't work.
These aren't minor issues. They are MAJOR PROBLEMS!!! How did Flash Catalyst see the light of day on the Mac? Why was it released? Are these problems isolated to 10.7? Why aren't these MAJOR DEALBREAKERS listed? Can anyone at Adobe stand up and admit that this Flash Catalyst on the Mac is a total fiasco?

I am sorry you are having trouble. I'm not running Lion on my Mac (issues with LDAP and a corporate network). With something like you are describing I would try two things before contact Adobe support. The first would be to try a fresh install. Maybe the OS upgrade wonked something. The other thing I would make sure is that my JAVA runtime is up to date. Flash Catalyst is built on Eclipse, which in turn in built on JAVA.
Beyond, that these issue are more that I can help with.

Few things to check :
1. hope you are accessing the correct node of proxy structure and the correct message type too.
2.. If the occurrence of node is 1 to many than it will be a table type in that case your need to use a loop to access row values.
Make sure that you have used the correct message types for creating variables..

Edge audio doesn't work in DPS project

Being very happy after latest update of Edge CC, I've decided to make DPS project for iPad.
First, when I chose "autoplay" button for audio timeline, I got a warning about sound autoplay option is not supported at digital devices (??). So what should I do? To not use the autoplay?
Second, a preview of Edge animation in web-browser works perfect (both background sound and a sound for user interaction) - BUT when I put .oam file in DPS, the sound just DOESN'T WORK.
I tried everything - check-uncheck "autoplay", check-uncheck "preload audio", put an audio as a trigger.. no sound in iPad.
And when I put audio file directly into Indesign, a sound works perfect in iPad.
What's going on?

No, not exactly. iOS and other mobile devices can playback HTML 5 audio, which is what Animate outputs.

FormattedText sample code doesn't work.

In the supplied sample files with flash 8 (Samples &
Tutorials/Samples/Actionscript/Loadtext) there's a sample called
"formattedText.fla". It's exactly what I need... but it doesn't
work more than once. After one test of the file, without changing
anything, when I test again I get the unformatted text.
To get it to work again - *get this* - I have to close the
file and then open it and try again. It looks great...once.
I would really love this to work. I've attached the "factory"
code. Please try it more than once.
