This is a bit of a broad question, let me try to understand your needs a little better.
Are you looking to use FormsCentral to either create your form or create the form and collect and manage the responses? Are you looking for a web/HTML form or a PDF?
FormsCentral allows you to create web/html forms that when they are submitted the data is sent to FormsCentral and in a Paid level subscription you can configure Email Notifications to email the results to you, they are also always available in FormsCentral to view and analyze. For the web/HTML form you can simply add a link to the form on your website, or the web/HTML form can also be "Embedded" into your web site (there is Embed code on the Distribute tab).
FormsCentral can also create a PDF form, the PDF can either send the responses to FormsCentral like the web form with the same options (Notifications etc), and can also be a PDF form without a "Submit" button where you can then add a Submit button of your own that would email the responses to you. This requires having Adobe Acrobat to edit the form and add your own Submit button.
If you do use PDF see this FAQ on PDF in the web - we do not recommend "embedding" the PDF into your web page, do not have the PDF open in the browser, the users should download the PDF and fill it out using the Free Adobe Reader: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-4142

Most forms (99% or more) are created for simple text input, where you cannot change anything.
The creator of the form could allow Rich Text input (which allows you to change font, text size, color, etc.), but frankly I have never seen such a form, and I wouldn't know how they look. But I'm sure they would show some kind of controls to alter the text appearance.

Once the user has entered the URL they want to add to the form. You can use the loadXML function to implement some special text in a label...

Users are not able to save pdfs after editing - Adobe XI. They do not use the Win7 explorer preview pane. If they completely close the Win7 explorer window, they can save - Adobe XI thinks the preview pane is open when it is not.

Users are not able to save pdfs after editing. Product is Adobe XI, OS is Win7 64-bit. When saving, an error pops up that the file cannot be saved, it is in use. If they save as a different name, it works. Found several forums/blogs/etc that suggest the problem can be solved by closing the Window7 explorer preview pane. They don't use the preview pane. I figured out that if they completely close the explorer window, they can save. But this means they have to open and close explorer for each file.

Hi, I would like to chime in and say that this problem has not yet been resolved. It is extremely annoying when all I do is highlight a document in the file explorer and I get 5 errors (evenly spaced out about 20 seconds apart telling me that "Microsoft
Word Cannot Start (24)". These errors persist even after windows explorer and word are closed. And I don't want to start terminating processes just to make them stop every time.
I'm a little frustrated with this problem and the other problems I've encountered with MS Office 2013 with file corruption, crashing, 2010 compatibility issues, and the whole host of errors when trying to actually do WORK with Word.

No ringing while connecting to a number on an iphone 5 ATT but they can hear me and I can not hear them.

I have an iphone 5 with ATT and sometimes (very randomly) when making a call, it does not make a ringing sound (like it is not connecting), but it has connected and the other person can hear me but I can't hear them at all. When I do try and say "hello" to see if they can hear me all I hear is my own voice echoing back. Other times the phone conncts and rings immediately and I know then that the call is working.
I actually got it to do this while on the phone on my landline with applecare. I did all of the resets with Apple and they determined it was a hardware problem and I received a new phone. It seemed to be ok, but three days after activating it, the same thing happened. There does not seem to be any common factor. It happens with landlines, cell phones, inside, outside and it does not always do it to the same number twice. It is a complete crap shoot. I have noticed that is it much more likely to happen if I go through "contacts" or "recents" to make the call. It has also happened a few times when using Siri to call. I never know until I don't hear the ringing sound that the call is messed up. This is awful when trying to contact a business and you have to keep calling them back. Anyone else?

Thank you for taking the time to reply! Yes. I did back up the first phone in itunes and updated the new phone with that information. During the diagnostics with apple on the first phone, I did completely wipe the phone clean and it still had the same problem --- again randomly. The technician today did want to do a complete factory reset on this phone but my question is if it is something that I am re-loading on the phone, how do we know what it is?! Also, if the other phone acted up without anything on it before I was hesistant to do it again. It is a lengthy process! I was to try and use the phone without the case (otterbox defender) and see if it would mess up --- which it did. So it's not the case. I am still wondering if it is an ATT/iphone issue. I'll guess that you're upgrading from Snow Leopard? You should be able to start using your original install dvd by inserting the disc and restarting while holding the C key. Run Disk Utility from your install disc and try to repair the drive. Then try the upgrade again.

I would like to create a group of email addresses that I can use over and over. Can I do that in mail?

You do that in Contacts. Mail will then fill in the group when you type the group name in Mail.
Contacts/File/New Group, then select the cards you want and drag them into the group.

Recently since the update to 7.9 for mac when joining group calls my voice sounds scratchy and unclear to certain users in the group call while some cant hear me at all when in a one on one call the call quality is fine. Please help this is impeding my work

I'm having the same issue.
I can make/receive a call and can't hear the other person unless I use an external mic or the speaker.
I haven't had any other troubles, and haved loved the phone so far, but this is a big problem for me because I travel a lot for work.
I need a fix soon. Gonna contact Apple soon or drive about 100 miles to go to the nearest Apple store.
Any help would be appreciated.

IChat shows all my buddies off line but they can still see and message me

So the other day all of my buddies disappeared from my buddy list. This has happened before and I just restarted the program and it was fine. I assumed it was some glitch that appeared after having the program running for a while.
This time I restarted the program and nothing happened.
So all my friends can see and message me, I can change my status, and they can see it. Once I get an IM from them I can have a normal chat. I can log into any service, AIM or even my gmail chat, and I still have this problem.
I haven't changed anything in my preferences or downloaded any new programs.
I updated all software in case that was the problem and restarted. Nothing.
I've been perusing the discussion boards and it was suggested to change the port (to 443). I did this, and again nothing.
Also it suggested deleting com.apple.iChat.AIM.plist and .iChatagent. Both of which I did. And again nothing...
I am going to visit the geniusbar in three days but I would like to fix this before then. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I created a pdf form to send to people. Anyone who receives the form is instructed to complete and return to me. I have done this before but now it will not send. I receive an error it failed to send. I have my email open. I have entered my email password but it will not send.

In the 'Layout Tab' you can see From size. Default size of form is very small.

User is not a member of the Administrators group but they Can Access anything the Administrators group is assigned to!!

Did a Server migration from Server 2003 to Server 2012 R2. Virtualized the Domain controller and a File Server.
Used Robocopy, icacls and takeown to get the permisions and access to work correctly.
One user we will call here Mary is a member of three groups: HR, HRA and Boardroom but when I give a test file Administrators only access she can breeze right in!
I do not know if this was how it worked before the migration but how do I stop it.
Effective permissions appear correct but she just tra-la-la's right on in!
Any ideas?

Please do this after you verify all permission settings for all the groups the account is associated with. Also, make sure you check the NTFS folder permissions before doing this as well.
Since the same result happens on multiple computers, it is not the profile.
I am recommending you delete the AD account (or rename to backup the account).
It will not effect the users Exchange account, but you will need to link it back to the new AD user account.
You can also delete her profile just to remove it, for the "just in case" scenario.
