% distribution of all the employees in a particular org unit

Hello To all,
I am working in Objective Setting and Assessments, I am having a one reporting requirment where I need to show % distribution of all the employees in a particular org unit. I kept 0ORGUNIT in row and Keyfigure 1ROWCOUNT in column,
I have created a formula for % distribution of all the employees -> %GT " No. fo Records"
I am bit confused that weather i should take %GT or %CT, %RT
Wt is difference between that formulas.

Hi Shalini,
%CT gives the share of the result, for example in a Regios if you have 10 employees then for each row it gives the employee share for that Region.
%GT gives the share of the result from the Grand Total, for example if you have 10 regions then it caluculates each row it gives the employee share from all the Regions Grand Total.
%RT gives the share from the Report Result for each employee.
In your case you need to use the %GT, then for each region result area it gives % of distribution of all the employees.

The PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_F table has each employee/contractor assignment, including the history. The SUPERVISOR_ID is the person id of the supervisor and the PERSON_ID is the person id of the employee/contractor.

Report to the employee list under an org unit for a specific PSA

Hello Experts,
Is there any standard report to see the list of employees belonging to a particular sub org unit under a particular personnel sub area?
For eg: There is a company X, and it has got 3 plants in blore, mumbai and chennai.
Blore , chennai amd mumbai represent the personnel sub area for the company X.
to see the list of employees working under operational sub org unit , under the org unit of company X in blore, is there any standard report in SAP??

    We have a requirment where in which we need to get all the employees belongs to a perticular in an
    organization UNIT and its lower level org units.IS tehr any FM to find the same.
   i.e if we input org unit then it should return all the employees belonging to this org unit + its lower level
    org unit(B002 relation ship)

This is wht i understood in org management...
evaluation path is the relation between two entities,
entities may be
job(C)
position(S)
Employee(P)
Org Unit(O)
O - O is line mangaer,
S - O belongs to,
P - S is owner of.
i think if u observe O - O is line manger.. means in with same position
S - O means that position belongs to the Org Unit
P - S means the employee has that Position.
All these type of relations will me maintained in the Infotype 1001 with the raltionships.
All object types will be maintained in the Infotype 1000.

How to find out all the OKCODEs for a particular screen?

I am working on t-code CL20N and trying to record with t-code SHDB, in the second screen when I press enter it is coming out, but when I run CL20N without SHDB it is going through all the screens perfectly, SHDB is not working for CL20N.
Is there any other way to find out all the OKCODEs for a particular screen/s?

First look for any push button or menu item which can take you to the second screen instead of hitting enter directly in tcode CL20N . If any such button exist in the TCode, u can use the same button in SHDB also for moving to the second screen.

How do I sort so that all the songs for a particular album show up under only one album? Example: Eminem 'Encore' has multiple artists on the entire track list.

Example: Eminem 'Encore' has multiple artists on the entire track list. Several songs will just list Eminem as the artist, but a lot will have Eminem, FEATURING...so and so. Each song that has "FEATURING" shows up as a different album, so if you are not paying attention, and pull all the songs from a particular album over to your ipod, for example, and you don't see that not all the songs are there, you won't get them all to transfer.

Each tune gets a file name - that is how iTunes works. iTunes is a data base manager.
In a PlayList a reference is created that will link to a specific tune.
You can take the tunes that you do not want listed under a particular album name and change the album name using 'Get Info' for that tune(s) from the iTunes window.

How to find out all the tables associated with particular T-code or Program

In 4.6B we have a transaction code SE49, where we can see all the tables associated with particular Transaction code or Program.
But in ECC 5.0 or in ECC 6.0 this transaction code is not available.So is there any alternative where i can find out all the tables associated with particular T-code or Program.

you are right, Transaction SE49 as well as SE48 do not exist anymore I'm afraid, they
are discontinued.
You might try to create a transaction variant:
1) Start SE93 to create a transaction variant
2) Specify a name, eg. ZSE49, and choose the first option:
   "program and screen (dialog transaction)
3) Here specify SAPMSEUZ as program, and 200 as screen number
4) Choose a suitable development class (package) if you want it to be
   transportable or Local (=$TMP) if non-transportable
5) press Save
Same applies for SE48, same program but dynpro 100.
Sorry for not being able the reasons behind the decision to discontinue
these transactions. I suppose at least part of the functionality was
integrated in SE38.

I want to make a query for selecting employee's organization unit, for purpose I have gone through all
pa0001 table but it has so many rows regarding one employee. I needed get all employee organization unit including if the employee left the company also.
I have done a query like
select * from pa0001
where pa0001~endda gt sy-datum.
but I think It will not take the employee who left the company.

Yes your question is true.
To solve this give following condition.
select * from pa0000
where pa0001~endda <= sy-datum.
if pa0000[] is not initial .
select * from pa0001
for all entries in pa0000
where pernr = pa0000-pernr
and endda = pa0000-endda.
endif.
And as far as you want data for all the employees in employee master with there organization unit.
-- That you can get it from PA0001 so it will solve your query ..

How to group employees together belonging to a particular org. unit togethe

I am developing a report. In that report after retrieving the relevant data(Employees belonging to a particular org. unit together irrespective of position say employee, chief etc.) it is required to display the output in a such a manner that all employees belonging to a particular org. unit will be grouped together.
Which one would be a better grouping criteria?
1. Grouping by personnel area(P0001-WERKS)
2. Grouping by org. unit(P0001-ORGEH)
What is the impact of both of them?
In case if there is a grouping criteria other than both mentioned above, then please guide me for the same.
The objective of the report is to show the result in the form of employees belonging to a particular department together irrespective of their position in the department.

Infotype 0027 is the standard solution for multiple reporting / multi tasking in SAP.
but also check which org unit he will be primarily assigned.

Trx PC00 is not available in 4.0 sytem. And from the table mentioned i don't see the org-unit value. Could you please elaborate on this.

Employee resposnsibles Org unit Determination (Employee is assigned to Org Unit)

Hi ,
We want to determine Org unit based on employee responsible but not on basis of USER.
Employee responsible will be assigned to a particular position in Organization .
We want to determine Organization unit where Employee is assigned .
When in transaction Partner Function employee responsible is selected then Organization unit to which employee is assigned should get determined.
When employee resposnsible is changed Org unit (Service ) should change .
Please suggest solution.

first u need to do the filter settings in object BUPA_MAIN to stop the employee replication to R3.
When u create the no. ranges in r3 u can remove the filter so that the process will continue.

Actually this is not about one or two positions, there are 100 to 200 positions involved. This situation arises when I create a new org structure as well as new positions & transport it from development to production server and the relationship between old positions & their holders gets vanished in org structure in production server. Usually I use the transaction code RHINTE00 to bring back the same. But what i need is a transaction code by which I can bring back those relationships in batch input method.
