Distribution of purchase contracts from SRM4.0 to ERP 2004

Hello all,
Any body has experience in distributing Purchase contract from SRM to R/3.
i have activated BADIs
BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS;BBP_CTR_BE_CREATE in SRM and BBP_CTR in R/3.
Right now i can create contracts in EBP,but i unable to transfer them to backend.
Until now i have followed the documentation stategic sourcing configuration guide.
Please give your valuble information to distribute service contracts.
Thanking you,
Mahesh Madasu.

Hi Mahesh,
If you are using classic scenario then try these:
Go to Table: BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB. Check whether your contract no.
Then go to T. Code: WE20 in Backend system.
Check for the Partner TYPE of you backend system in Partner profiile.
Go to classification TAB. And check the partner status is Activate or not. The status should be 'A'. Check the inbound Parameter BLAORD is present or not.
Then go to YOur SRM system and go to WE20 and activate the partner status by setting the parameter to 'A'. Then redo the processes.
This may help you.

Charles

  • One Purchase Contract from Several Purchase Requisitions

    Hi Experts,
I have a problem, I want to make one purchase contract from several purchase requisitions. Here, some of PR's are of same material and some PR belong to different material. What we want that same Material should be clubbed together in one line and diffrenent material code should come in diffrent line.
    Regards
    GR

    Gi,
if you are creating the contract manually and still want to see the PRs used.
then i suggest you to maintain the detauils in the texts which are not used for printing and could be used for information purpose.
one thing that this is manualy created so PR in system will not show the assigned and will remain open.

  • How to transfer hierarchy level 1 or level 2  in Contract from CRM to ERP?

    Hi, Pro,
I face a requirement that hierarchy in contract transfer from CRM to ERP by RFC, but the material number what we wanna to entry are maintained in hierarchy 3. Therefore after you entry the hierarchy 1 or 2 that not 3, it occur an error warning stop the process.
Since I test manual entry a hierarchy by added a character '*" behind, it save and successfully archived that can using hierarchy 1, 2 and 3. I thought I solved the problem. But our ERP source is from CRM, so  the only confuse me is that  it can not transfer character '*' from crm to erp when it accour error like can match the hierarchy '12345*' .
Pls help me solve this solution.
    Thanks a lot.

I am using the bapi BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA and BAPI_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_CHANGE.

  • SRM GoA with status as "Distribution Incorrect" althogh contract is created in ERP

    Dear SRMers,
We are using the classic scenario with SRM 7.0.2.
I am facing a problem with Global out line agreements in SRM where the status of the GoA is showing as: "Distribution incorrect".
We have verified that the respective IDOC of type BLAORD is generated and posted in the backend R/3 system and the respective Contract is also created in the R/3 system(ME33K).
Can you advise me why this wrong status and can we correct this status to: "Distributed"
or Is it a standard product error?
    Looking for your valuable advise.
    Thanks in advance.
    -Loknath

    Hi Loknath,
Try to check transaction RZ20. It should show the real errors behind the "distribution incorrect status".
    I hope this helps,

  • PO Replication from SRM to ERP

    Hello,
We replicate purchase orders from SRM to ERP.  Now we would like to make all of the contract data available for reporting in BW.  Would anyone know a bit more about how purchase orders are replicated from SRM to ERP?  The name of the program that actually performs the replication would be great, but any information would be appreciated.

    Hi Larry,
You can transfer you purchase orders based on your product categories and purchasing group and purchasing organsiations and their setting in SRM and ERP.
To do that before you need to replicate Products, Product categories from ERP to SRM then you can transfer your PO from SRM to ERP.
    see the link below.
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm50/helpdata/en/5e/88ef3bc8821d0de10000000a114084/frameset.htm
If you already done replication you need to maintain a purchasing group which will handle all the requirements that are to be transferred to ERP from SRM.
This Purchasing group should also be part of  Organsiation structure in ERP.

  • IDOC - create SD Contract from a Purchase Order

    Hi,
I need to know if exist an IDOCs to create a SD Contract from a Purchase Order and another IDOC to change a Purchase Order from a SD Contract.
    Regards,

    Hi again,
    1. PO will create ORDERS IDOC this is SAP Standard.
    2. ORDERS IDOC will be send
    3. IDOC Segment E1EDK14 qualifier 12 contains the order type. A contract is also a type of sales order. So we need to get the correct order type in the segment. One option is using the userexit proposed earlier another and even easier is asking the XI colleagues to do the change already in XI.
    4. During Inbound processing the contract will now be created.
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2004/helpdata/en/cf/ab3827940311d295e600a0c9306667/frameset.htm
You will send a ORDRSP from your Contract (I made a mistake earlier and said ORDCHG this would be the update of the contract from the PO...)
I think you will need to worry to much of the ORDRSP on the SD side as in fact the IDOC does not care if it is send from order or from a contract.
Depending on your configuration in MM it will update the PO.
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2004/helpdata/en/1c/deffb0844f11d2b471006094b9476a/frameset.htm
Bascally in regards to quantity you will need to do more on the MM side because usually it is not expected that the Vendor is chnaging quantities etc... So it is still possible:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2004/helpdata/en/1c/deffb0844f11d2b471006094b9476a/frameset.htm
By the way we are having the scenario with the contract in our SAP sending ORDRSP and ORDCHG for contracts and it is working fine.
    Hope it helps.

  • Updating purchasing contracts in SRM from external system ( XI )

    Hello friends,
We have a requirement to update / create purchasing contracts in SRM from external system ie e-sorcing . We are getting the structure of contract from
    xi proxy.
    We are using function modules
    BBP_PD_CTR_CREATE
    BBP_PD_CTR_UPDATE
    to create / update contracts.
The issue is , how we will come to know an existing contract is got updated in
the external system and , is there any function module/ bapi available to get those
updated contract records or is there any way to do this.
It would be great if anybody can provide some helpful information.

  • Having trouble with international sim. Purchased phone unlocked, no contract from Apple store in Australia. Living in Denmark now and phone won't accept Danish sims. Guys in phone shop say phone is actually locked. Any hints would be welcome.

Purchased phone (3GS) unlocked, outright so no contract from Apple store in Australia.
Living in Denmark now and phone won't accept Danish sims. Guys in phone shop say phone is actually locked and he doesn't understand how it could be if it was supposed to be off contract. Software updates have been done regularly.  They think that it shouldn't come up "connect to iTunes" when the Danish sim is installed.
    Any hints would be welcome.

    Hi Peter
Yes - it was from a proper Apple Store.
I only purchased the unit - no special requests and then went to O2 and hooked up with a scolling monthly sim.
I used that sim for about 6 months and then moved out here.  I took on two PAYG sims, one for Qatar and one for UAE but neither are accepted.
When connect to my mbp, the phone screen shows the iphone connect cable and iTunes picks it up. The message then says " must insert original sim to register"  My point - the original sim, was completely independant from the phone but I cant get past this point to do anything further.
    Any thoughts?

  • Creation of backend contract from SRM system?

    Dear Experts,
I am bit confused with the scenario of creation of backend contract from SAP SRM system? It says in few cases, based on the BAdi 'BBP_DETERMINE_Logsys', the system creates a backned contract directly in a backend ERP system. Why do we need when we have central contract?
We can meet the same requirement through central contract where we will authorize only purchasing organizations of a backend system and block the contract for local sourcing in SRM?
Secondly, How to find a contract / scheduling agreement created in a backend system when a central contract is distributed to the backend system?
    Thanks and regards,
    Ranjan

    Hello Ranjan
    question on contracts?
Note 1476307 - Importing parameter not filled in BADI BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS
in classic scenario , The Business wanted to create a contract from cockpit or via BID
    this BADI helps
    Symptom
You have implemented BAdi BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS to control the system in which contract is created in following scenarios:
    1. Creation of contract from an accepted quote / bid.
    2. Creation of contract from a requisition in SOCO.
In the method IF_EX_BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS~CONTRACT_LOGSYS_DETERMINE of the BAdi implementation, importing parameter IT_ORG doesnot have any values.
    Other terms
    Backend contract
    Reason and Prerequisites
some business wants to create a backend contract from SRM . see some Dinesh Powale / Claude  threads for more understanding.

  • How to copy custom fields in purchasing contract

Dear all, we have added to the standard field in the purchase contract position two custom fields.
These two fields (in value) are not taken when the user create a new contract by copying from another.
Are there some exit or BADI functions that allows to copy also custom ields into corresponding destination fields whitout modify the standard code ?
In customizing it seams there are aoly rulse for copy position texts.

  • Creation of Purchase Contract through Upload

    Dear Gurus,

I have created a Contract in the frontend and then Downloaded the contract in an Excel and then Deleated the Document Number and the GUI Id's and when again trying to upload the file through the Upload option from Frontend, it gives the following error message:

  • Updating SRM contracts from R/3 to SRM....

    Hi all,
I am working in SRM, my requirement is to update the SRM contracts from R/3 to SRM and if any changes happen in R/3 contracts (previously updated contracts to SRM) then it should replicate those changes in SRM contracts also.
I found the program BBP_CONTRACT_INITIAL_UPLOAD (This program can be used to upload contracts from ERP to SRM. A separate contract in SRM would be created for each successfully transferred ERP contract.)
My question is, so if any changes happen in R/3 contracts it should update SRM contracts also.
Please let me know the solution how to solve this?
Highly appreciated any kind of help..
    Thanks
    Rajesh.

    Hi Rajesh,
I think that your scenario is very risky as there is no master system for contract : one time it is srm and after it can be r/3 !
Besides this comment, you can search the forum and find some threads for contract replication in both ways (but no activated in the same time...)
    Kind regards,
    Yann
