Divide licences to use cloud discount?

Now we own two Design Premium CS5 (with same serial number) and one Web Premium CS5 licence, all under one Adobe ID. If we go and buy three Cloud subscriptions, we'd have to register two new Adobe IDs.
1. Is it possible to divide existing licences between all three accounts, so each one could use discounted price for Cloud (for owners of previous versions)?
2. And if I use this offer, do I keep licence for CS5 Suite? Could I still use it for an upgrade to 'classic' CS6 Suite?

no, that's incorrect.
you can activate on 1 mac and 1 pc, or 2 pc's, or 2 mac's, concurrently.
i have cc installed on 2 pcs and 1 mac. i can only activate 2 at any one time which works well for me because my pcs are at home and my office and i use them most of the time.
but when i travel i take my macbook so i just deactivate one or both of my pcs (uninstalling is not needed) and sign in to my macs cc app.

I will address your second question.
First, make sure your iPhone and iPad have absolutely identical Apple IDs. If they do, use that Apple ID in Settings > iCloud on your iPhone to select the "Notes" option. Lo and behold, all your iCloud notes should appear on your iPhone.

You have not specified which version of Premiere Pro was given to you. If you don't have the disc (which i suppose you don't have) you will have to download it online.
As far as your registration is concerned, for Premiere Pro CS6 or earlier you will have to reach Adobe chat support for further help: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
For Premiere Pro CC and later, you will not have much problems reactivating it.

Are they gone completely from the computer, or just no longer in the library? Check your movie media folder.
If your'e in the USA you can download some movies a second time, but not all (studio dependent). You should always back up all media.

Are you trying to download them from your purchased list? If so, make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you used to purchase them in Settings>iTunes & App Store, and that the apps are still available for purchase in the App store. Then you should be able to download them as explained here: Download past purchases.

I timed-out waiting for advice, and contacted HP Support, who helped me get the printer back on the air. While we didn't manage to root-cause it, in the course of trying various things, the tech disabled Norton 360's firewall, which then allowed connecting to the printer, and restoring print service, which remains up after re-enabling the firewall.
The timing of the disconnection doesn't neatly corellate with any Windows updates. My own theory is that it was caused by a 360 update, but am unable to find a smoking gun, since 360 doesn't provide update history. The exact root-cause remains a mystery, but at least provides another thing for folks to try should they find themselves in similar straits.
I really appreciated your hint that a Windows update might be the root cause, and your pointing out how to review the history and back-out updates: this morning, I found that Windows had installed a batch of updates overnight, and found that no browsers worked. Using your advice, I rolled back the update, restoring browsing.

Coupons are generally related to the campaigns.
If you are creating an order through the transaction crmd_order, you can mention the campaign document id, under the tab "Header Overview" in the field "Camp./TP".

What are the performance implications moving apps using cloud drive to Azure File Services?

I run a number of cloud services with 5 or more nodes in using cloud drives. Cloud drive is scheduled to be deprecated in 2015. So I am thinking of replacing the cloud drive with Azure Files service.
For each cloud service I am using one storage account to create all the the VHD/cloud drives. Some people at the time when cloud drive first appeared, told me that to get better performance, I should create only one VHD/Cloud Drive
under only one storage account. For example, if I have five instances under a worker role then I should create 5 storage accounts and create one VHD/Cloud Drive under each storage account to be used by each node. I didn't follow that route because I was satisfied
with the performance of the apps under cloud services having all VHD/Cloud Drives under one storage account.
My question is, if I replace cloud drive with Azure file services, will my apps perform well having all shares under one storage account or create one storage account for each share?

Can't use Cloud for photo, graphics, or video. What now?

I work for a federal agency that has a bunch of aging Adobe products. All need updating. We are not authorized to use cloud-anything for this requirement. What options do we have? We have to install the software locally and perhaps have a site license. Are there any options other than using the cloud? Thx.

Adobe still sells CS6 products if what you have is older than that... if not, CS6 is as far as it goes until you hit the Cloud.
You should contact Adobe Support directly to see what options are available to you for licensing.

Using cloud for client content download?...

I remember reading when signing up for cloud about using cloud to post files for others to download. I read it as though it could be used in the same fashion as yousendit. I see where you can create folders and post files, however I don't see anything regarding security or passwords. Did I misread this or am I not looking in the right place?

Currently you can only share individual files and not folders. Also a file is either private (only accessible to you) or public (accessible to anyone who has the url). Improved sharing and collaboration are coming as noted in this Creative Cloud blog post http://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloud/coming-soon-to-creative-cloud/.
