DKIM failure troubleshooting

I just created a DKIM content filter looking for HARDFAILs. Am I diagnosing the enclosed headers properly?
It seems like a properly signed gmail message is getting hosed as it makes its way to us via a mailing list processor.

Hi,
If the headers of the message changed at all between the gmail server, and the IronPort, then the DKIM hash will be incorrect, and it will fail.
You mentioned a mailing list server, and I can see the list headers in your sample. I assume these were added "in between" gmail and the IronPort, thus causing the DKIM hash to be incorrect.

  • Large size pdf search failure troubleshooting techniques

I am creating maps in Microstation V8i (SELECTseries 2) and exporting them to a pdf (Adobe Acrobat X Version 10.1.3).  When my pdf maps surpass a certain size threshold, I am finding that my search function fails - when I execute the search it will not take me to the area or will take me to a blank spot on the pdf.  Is there any way to fix this issue?
Could I improve my results by compressing the file?
Is there any other search techniques available that I can use?

first make sure to UNcheck "preserve Photoshop editing capabilities" on your packaged PDF
    next JPEG compression image quality
those should get your Photoshop PDF sizes managable...
PS: make sure you CONVERTED to sRGB in Photoshop and embeded/tagged the ICC profile in the Saved PDF (so it has the best chance of displaying colors proper)
here is example of Photoshop's Save As> Photoshop PDF> Output> Color Conversion (to tagged sRGB)

  • Exporting project failures, troubleshooting, workarounds?

Hello: I have a 2hour and 30 min project I've spent months working on. Now, as I try to export the film, it takes around 6-8 hours to export, and it fails in the last 15-20 minutes, I get a -2125 error, project cannot be published. Of course, I've opened up a support ticket and have been working with Apple directly. After attempting numerous things, like adjusting power settings, checking system resources, etc, it appears as though there might a 'corrupt' film clip or something causing the issue. The -2125 doesn't appear to mean anything, like the project is too big, just means the export failed from what I can gather.
My project is the collaboration of 7 people from all walks of life, using very different cameras. Non are high definition. This is all standard definition stuff. There are two guys who have contributed film, and the quality is really poor. In some recent test exports of just their stuff, Medium 640 x 360 is the highest resolution output their stuff is allowed to export to...So, since I'm trying to export my entire 2 hour and 30 min project with their stuff included as a Large or 960 x 540, perhaps that is why it fails? My first thought is, you would think iMovie would flag or otherwise tell you that you have some sort of resolution issue with some of your clips, or not allow me to select "large" export file size at all if some of the content is only 'medium' at best when looked at individually. Any feedback on this point would be appreciated.
Furthermore, Apple rocks in usability. Video, codecs, encoding, compression, resolution....I mean, thats why I run a Mac and choose iMovie...figure that stuff out on the backend for me!!! I mean, if certain clips are grainy and low resolution, fine.....but to fail the export of the entire project over it is really causing me some grief.
One option I suppose it to attempt to export to Final Cut and hire a Final Cut person ( or give myself on the Final Cut Lite or whatever its called) and hope Final Cut has more professional ways of handling resolution/quality/compatibility issues. Very frustrated that I've completed my project, only to find out it won't export in anything except in small/tiny version of the film. It would make logical sense that the lower quality stuff could just be mashed in and made to work at lesser visual quality, not fail the entire export process.

hi there, in advise sorry for my bad english.
I made the big change PC->MAC about 1 month ago.
Coming back from my holydays i want to create a film with my 500 vacancies pictures, with my surprise i done the project in few minutes with iphoto, after i import all the project in imovie to put some text, some music and some movies.
All done ok but when i start to export the project into a movie i start to lose my mind.
I need to see my movie on my tv also, than i cant play .mov on my samsung, i need hd quality (1920x1080) render to fill good the tv resolution.
All mpeg-4 codec i select going to crash after 40min about of render, this appen from iphoto and imovie too, i've done good only a .mov that i can play only with quicktime, 13gb for 50mins o.O
All render i've done spend about 4hours of render for that 50mins with no standard codec for my tv.
I try to install Fotomagico 3.5.1, this program work fine, and the render done in 40minutes about (this is great like my old pc 1:1 rathio) but with surprise the movie is done with black screen and the music, after i can see on known issue this text:
    Export Movies with black video
Macintosh computers with a Radeon 7500 graphics card cannot be used to export slideshows to a QuickTime movie. This is a problem in the driver of the graphics card. Unfortunately Boinx Softwarre cannot do anything about this, so your only option is to upgrade to a newer computer.
all the 7500 (and the 7600 i guess)series are not supported (omg 50% of the mac), and i dont think i can buy one newer than mine.
At the end i try to install final cut pro 7 with a plugin that import fotomagico slideshows, all done ok, i put the project in the render and when start progress bar saw me 10hours left.
    Now the questions are:
Why with all this programs (iphoto, imovie, fotomagico and final cut) the processor work 30%-50%?
Why with this big processor i must wait hours for the render when on my old pc i done all this work in about 1hour.
I'm very disappointed from all of this, for now i spent 2179euros for great piece to show on my desk.

  • OSX 10.4.5 - power failure - had to reload system

Twice now I've had power failures which have required reloading the OS - both times has been with 10.4 (okay, I finally bought a UPS) - but I'd still like to know what was wrong....
    Symptons -
After the power failure - I started the system - it seemed to go through a normal startup - except that it reached a point where the cursor was on the screen and could even be moved with my trakball - the screen was solid blue (not any kind of background picture - just solid blue).
I could connect remotely from another Mac - work and save files across the network. The CD eject button on the keyboard worked.
Still no login (and so no desktop).
So I put the 10.4 orig disk in the drive - restarted with 'c' depressed and reloaded the OS - then did a 120MB upgrade to get it back up to current version.
I don't think I'll see this problem again (with UPS) - most power failures are momentary.
But I sure would like to know what's wrong.
Is there some configuration information that's kept with a battery (and battery is going out)? System is 4+ years old. Is this a problem with 10.4? Power failures were never a problem with earlier versions of OSX - except from sleep mode - when I had to open the system and push a button to reset something. That didn't resolve this problem.
This latest power failure happened with the system up and running.
    Thank you.

    G4   Mac OS X (10.4.5)

    Hi, Ken.
    1. You wrote: "the screen was solid blue (not any kind of background picture - just solid blue)."That can indicate that the outage corrupted a Startup or Login Item, or a related cache on which such depends.
As to post-power failure troubleshooting, see my recent post here.
As macjack notes, power outages can cause all sorts of havoc, so much so that I have an entire chapter — "Protecting Against Power Problems" — in my book, including how a UPS works, selecting the right size UPS, surge protection, etc.
    2. You wrote: "Is there some configuration information that's kept with a battery (and battery is going out)? System is 4+ years old."If your Mac has an internal battery, aka a "backup battery", the battery provides an infinitesimal amount of power to retain setting in PRAM and NVRAM. At 4+ years old, it's not a bad idea to replace the internal battery. See "Macintosh Family: Batteries and Part Numbers, Part 2."
To purchase a replacement battery, Radio Shack is usually the easiest place to find them. Batteries Plus is another chain of stores that carry unusual batteries. You can also try searching PriceWatch using the part number as your search criteria to look for the battery online.
    3. FYI: I suggest you update your profile to show the specific Mac model you have, i.e. something more specific than simply "G4" since that covers a lot of ground. Having that info up-front can help others help you faster. Click the "My Settings" link in the upper-right corner of this page in the "Welcome kenmc" box and add the specific model. You'll note mine states I have two Macs:
    "PM G5 Dual 2.3GHz, iBook 700, more!"
where PM = Power Mac, the large desktop line. Some use PB to abbreviate PowerBook. The more specific, the better.
    Good luck!

  • Windows 7 update error 0x80070057

So I am having issues updating my Windows 7.
Whenever I try to manually update it gives me an error where it says
"Windows update cannot currently check for updates because the service is not running."
I tried to troubleshoot Windows update and it came with a few errors unfixed.
    "Problems installing recent updates"
    "windows update error 0x80070057"
What is the best way going about fixing this, I could not find solutions online that work for me

Tried both suggestions with and without running safe mode:
Open-the-Windows-Update_troubleshooter found issues running is safe mode, but 0x80070057 was not fixed, and "problems installing recent updates also not fixed.  Also, "Corrupt files detected", but no indication what they were.  Rebooted and re-ran,
again in safe mode, with the same result.
Moved on to .../kb/971058/en-us and ran Fix-It.  "Troubleshooting cannot continue because an error has occurred."  Ran the tool to diagnose the troubleshooting failure:  "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem"
    Yikes!
Problems started with "Scorpion Saver Services adware being detected and tried to get rid of it.  I don't know if the problems with updates were occurring before or after that.  During the process of trying to delete the adware malware, "Malwarebytes"
discovered 13 malware issues.  I also installed Windows 7 SP1, but had to do it manually.
    Still cannot update ...

  • Backing up with SuperDuper and CCC question

I just got started with SD and CCC and have tried to use both of them to back up over the network but haven't had any luck.
    What I'm trying to do:
-- Open SuperDuper or CCC (not at the same time) on Mac1 then log-on to Mac2 and tell SuperDuper or CCC to back up from Mac2 onto Ext.HD1?
Does this technique work, or do I have to open the SD/CCC on the Mac whose drive I want to backup and copy to the external HD from there?
Also, when SuperDuper requires a DiskImage to backup, do I have to create the disk image in DiskUtility first, or does SD do that in preparation to the backup process?
Thanks for helping me get clear on this. First time using backup software.

The instructions on how to make clones are fairly clear; and if you
stick to one or the other, doing so should be fairly easy. I use CCC
most exclusively, and the Bombich web site has helpful instruction
on how to do most things in the header; menus beneath the icons
    are generally adequate.
Over a network, the issue may be in how the drives and computers
are seen; since you can assign an ethernet address to most any
thing networked (especially printers, and computers) so maybe this
could be something to check into; or avoid if that complicates clones.
You can use the native Mac OS X Disk Utility to make back ups and
disk images; and you can restore from a disk image created by D.U.
So, you have three ways to make backups of the system or move it.
I use Carbon Copy Cloner, since it was an early favorite and it works.
You have to make a clone from the one you want to copy/clone; so
you will have the data saved on the other drive. The question is not
one that I'd consider; but I learned how to make clones as a part of
a hardware failure troubleshooting interval, which took me a month
after the authorized Apple tech could not find problems with my iMac
yet I could repeatedly find and reproduce the fault; so I did all I could
and then discussed the matter direct with AppleCare; for a real repair.
    So, now I clone both computers full drive contents to an external FW;
and eventually wipe both computer's drives, after saving a new clone.
And while I have them wiped; I have Disk Utility zero-overwrite them.
That way, there is no fragmentation and I reclone the content back.
Maybe you could explain what steps you are having issue with in the
clone or backup process, and to simplify this, use one of the methods.
    Good luck & happy computing!

  • How to Troubleshoot iTunes 10.6 Download Failure in Firefox 14.0.1 ??

How to Troubleshoot iTunes 10.6 Download Failure in Firefox 14.0.1 ??
    posted Thursday, 02 August 2012 at 07:43AM PDT, by Matthew B. | @QHereKidSF
    SIMPLY-PUT !!
I am desperate to know of any possible workaround solutions that might resolve inexplicable failure(s) to download iTunes 10.6 (http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/) in Mozilla Firefox 14.0.1 Browser for Windows 7 (64-bit) OS...!!
    FURTHER DETAILED !!
In an aimlessly ill-informed effort to troubleshoot the "Please install Apple Application Support" ERROR Message reported subsequent to my numerous attempts to "repair/install" the most recent and otherwise previously up-to-date versions of Apple QuickTime & iTunes on my HP Pavilion dv4 Entertainment Notebook PC, running on the Windows 7 (64-bit) OS... I mistakenly (perhaps?) thought it wise to attempt to execute a complete uninstall/reinstall of both QuickTime & iTunes. Oops... YIKES !!
Somewhere along the knotty entangled threads of my most circuitous web-research, as I browsed for information and instructional resources regarding proper procedure for (re)-installing Apple Application Support (amongst other peripheral software programs provided by Apple, Inc. as integral technical components essential to seamless & successful installation, application and operation of the most current/up-to-date versions of Apple QuickTime & Apple iTunes), I seem to recall reading explicit suggestions from well-rated community support contributors to proceed with the aforementioned course of action...
Unfortunately, now that I no longer have either Apple QuickTime or iTunes currently installed on my Win7OS HP Pavilion Notebook PC, I continue consistently to fail at initializing either a functional download or installation solely of iTunes 10.6 -- so far!!
When I link to the Apple iTunes 10.6 Download URL (listed herein, above!) and click the (blue) DOWNLOAD NOW Button located near mid-center of the left-sidebar in the presumably appropriate/correct browser tab window (fully framed and immediately visible in maximized view, on my screen), what seems then to occur is pretty much what one could only image/explain &/or describe as "zip/zilch, nothing/nada, absolute silence, stillness: a blatantly obvious failure to initiate functional download of anything at all, whatsoever...!!"
Not a single hint of code or even a mere bleep/beep/blink/blip in my Win7OS or HP Pavilion Monitor Display appears before for me; ultimately, suggesting without any real certainty whatsoever that a download of the iTunes 10.6 Software Installation Package has perhaps initialized, successfully...!!?
WHAT TO DO? What to do? ...ARGGHHH !!
I am desperate to find a workaround solution with which to troubleshoot and ideally resolve these persistent difficulties I continue to encounter when attempting to download iTunes 10.6 via Mozilla Firefox 14.0.1 on the Win7OS (64-bit) of my HP Pavilion dv4 Entertainment Notebook PC!!
Might there possibly be anyone -- anyone, at all!! -- out there, somewhere amidst the knotty entangled nets broadly cast far'cross the endlessly great and expansive waves of this worldwide cyberspace we share, who perhaps would know of a proper workaround fix with which I might troubleshoot my current web-computing technology crisis??
If indeed so, please do come diving face-first forward toward me... with any decent amount of valuably trustworthy information, instruction, advice, guidance, support or even encouragement that you might be readily willing and able to provide!! Please, please...!!?
Any worthwhile, effective assistance that's provided to me (in as short an order as possible) would be most sincerely appreciated & acknowledged widely across the web by me... with resounding cries of humble recognition, admiration, and deeply indebted gratitude!! At least, that's only as much as I can so far surmise to guarantee, at this point -- thus far and so moving forward!!
Yes, indeed...!! That's a promise which I intend to keep; should all issues be resolved well much for and in my favor, as well as much, much sooner rather than far-too much later -- hopefully, even by the end of the coming day; one might say... *sigh* Hehe. WINK/GRIN...
Boy o'boy, now... That sure would delight me to the nth-infinite degree, indeed! "As heck a'heaven-high: FOR SURE!!" I dare say...

  • Will you help me with troubleshooting why my applications are not loading and why I'm getting so many fork failures?

I have an iMac, 2.5Ghz i5, 12GB RAM, OSX 10.8.4. Things were working fine, but recently I had to install Java (I had to avert my eyes) because it was needed to use a certain web site. This seemed to be the beginning of my problems, but they were easily fixed by repairing permissions. I typically leave my iMac running until recently I noticed applications weren't loading, but by repairing permissions everything seemed to return to normal.
Then I had to use tech support from another company for a diffferent issue. The techy used GoToAssist Customer so he could access my desktop remotely. The problems began to show up more often. Lots of fork failures and spinning beach balls, and applications weren't launching. Consequently, I logged into a guest account to see if the problems existed in that account - and they didn't, everything worked fine, like a new machine. I have repaired permissions until I'm blue in the face - I even resorted to using Onyx, but that didn't help.
I have since removed Java (I wonder if I should remove GoToAssist), but the problems seem to be getting worse (not better). Before I resort to performing a clean re-install of Mountail Lion (and the headaches that it causes) I thought I would reach out to the community to see if anyone has any suggestions. I have got to do something fairly quickly, I need my machine working tomorrow. I wil be so grateful if you can help me. Luckily, I have ML on a thumb drive so a clean install won't take so long, but I also use Windows 7 with Parallels, which makes it a pretty major hassle. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
    *Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
    *Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
    "Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
    *Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

  • Troubleshooting "Failure to solve JavaScript variable" in OpenScript

I'm new to OATS and need some help trying to debug two errors my script is getting.
I'm trying to develop a simple script for a 3rd party application we use. The app itself has worked fine for a couple of years.
I record a script of a simple transaction to create a permit for creating a Historic District (it's a public works application). The recording works fine. I record a Load Test Web/HTTP script.
When I play it back I get two errors. First there is a "failure to solve JavaScript varaible" error, followed by a "variable not found" error. They look like they are related. I guess solving the first error will eliminate the second. I've tried correlating the script following playback. No change. I've also tried recording it using the FLEX protocol. Also no change.
Although this is not preventing the execution of OATS, it is pretty important because it is preventing the development of the load test I need to develop.
I have used the OpenScript Diagnosis Tool and fixed everything it told me to fix:
    - Setting the Java to use the browser proxy settings... did that.
    - It tells me the Rule File is missing for Oracle Forms, and tells me how to recreate it. But, I can't do that because this is not an Oracle script. It is a Web/HTTP
    script.
    - It also tells me to disable the IE Enhanced Security Settings. That is already done but it keeps telling me to do it anyway.
    - It tells me to use a newer version of Firefox and to check the Firefox profile. But, this is an IE script.
Running as an Administrator under Windows 2008 Server R2 SP1.

Opened an SR on this issue, worked with tech support and finally discovered the problem. OATS was correlating some things that shouldn't have been correlated. Went into the correlation rules, turned off Javascript correlaation, re-recorded the script and the problem dissappeared. That left me with just one error. I went to that line in the script, chose "... revert to recorded" to reverse the correlation and eliminated the last of the problems.

  • Failure to boot under any troubleshooting methods

I have here yet another "dead iBook" question which is just different enough to warrent a new thread.
It's a first gen. G4 iBook, 1GHz, 12.1", 60GB HD, 512MB added RAM module, Airport Extreme card, original battery. It was bought refurbished from Apple and has been through one (1) logicboard replacement. I believe it was running the latest OS version from a month ago (late March 2006).
    1. The owner of the machine for whom I'm troubleshooting said that it was running normally until he hit a system freeze (not a kernal panic, just something that required a hard restart). 2. He held the power button, it turned off, then he booted again. The chime sounded but the screen stayed black. 3. Switched off, then tried booting again. This time, no chime, no display, and fan at full blast. So he came to me.
I've tried all the tips and tricks listed in the popular Apple support page concerning boot troubleshooting, and resetting the PMU with both the battery and DC in causes the power indicator to change color for a moment, so at least that does something. The catch seems to be that the iBook can't even start the boot process. I'll explain:
    1. While the machine definitely responds to the power button (only for on, I can't hold the button to turn it off) that's about all it does beside spin the fan at full. Also, if the iBook is tipped or jiggled the fan makes a harsher noise, but there's no physical damage to the fan that I can see.
    2. No chime
    3. I put in the restore CD but can't boot from it. Holding C just doesn't work. Holding the mouse button at boot fails to eject the CD.
    4. No Single User mode, no Open Firmware mode, no Verbose mode, no Safe mode, no PRAM reset indication.
    5. Using a 1GHz eMac as the primary computer, cannot mount drive in target disk mode.
    6. Removed Airport and RAM, tried above with combinations of DC, battery, and waiting a really long time (e.g. holding keys for open firmware for 38 minutes), none of which succeeded in producing anything different.
    7. It all sticks at the black, non-backlit screen.
So I used the ifixit guide to remove the harddrive and stick it in a USB 2.0 enclosure. I was able to mount the drive this way, and the HD name appeared on the desktop, but when I tried to access the contents, the finder hung, animated process monitors froze, and the external drive itself spun up and spun down rapidly and repeatedly. Sounds like a bad drive. Therefore I borrowed a spare 2.5" drive (formatted capacity 4.9GB) and tried to install Tiger on it over the USB enclosure. Boot said eMac from CD, but Installer says the OS can't boot from this volume and thus can't install to it. So I format the disk again (HFS+ Journaled), no luck; then zero it, no luck; then partition it with enough space for install (required 4.7GB), no luck. Maybe it's the USB.
Put this small temporary drive in the iBook hoping that I could boot from the restore CD that was still stuck in the drive and install the OS to this functioning drive. Same problems as before. It just won't respond to any input.
Thanks for reading all that, I hope it was coherent. I wonder if the short answer will be "convince your pal to wait for a spiffy new 13.3" MacBook."
    iBook G4 12.1" 1GHz Mac OS X (10.4.5) 512MB, 60GB HD

    Hello.
Before you start applying pressure here and there, or replacing parts, may I suggest something? My wife's iBook went through a similar spell, but is working fine, now. I had heard all kinds of advice (from a bad logic board to a bad hard drive) from Apple and from people on this discussion board. I was even chastised for allowing my wife to leave the iBook powered on all the time (even though it went to Sleep every night).
The problem occurred during the first week of April, when the 10.4.6 update was released. I'm not saying the update caused the problem, but I am saying the problem occurred at about the same time as the release.
    Here's what we did:
    Unplug the power cord.
    Remove the battery.
Plug in the power cord. (Yes, you can power up the iBook or almost any Apple laptop without a battery installed).
    Power up the iBook.
If the screen is grey for more than 5 minutes, hold down the power button until the machine powers off, then try powering it up again.
If the screen is grey with an Apple icon, I'd recommend just being patient. Eventually, my wife's computer did a full boot, shut itself down, restarted, and stabilized for about 5 minutes before it shut itself down again. The fan seemed to run faster than normal as the noise was very noticeable. Eventually, after repeating the process, when the computer restarted, it stayed on and the noise was gone.
When her iBook came back up, no files were lost and it returned to normal operation. She did a normal shutdown, put the battery back in, and it's been fine ever since (the past 14 days).
If you have the same results, I'd recommend backing up all of your data to an external drive, or burn it to a CD/DVD. If you end up having to send the computer in for repair, you're data will rarely remain intact, especially with a hard drive replacement. Besides, it's always a good idea to back-up your data regularly.
    Good luck.

  • How do I troubleshoot sudden wireless failure

Last night my AirPort Extreme 802.11n stopped supporting wireless clients. I connect to it with two WhiteBook laptops, an iPhone and an iPad and all now fail to connect.
I first noticed this browsing the web on my iPhone. I was being prompted to connect to my network, which is unusual. Then I was being prompted for a password even though I haven't changed the WPA2 password settings since starting this router up a couple years ago.
When entering my password, I was given a prompt that I could not connect to the router. Not due to any bad password issues (that's usually a different message). On my laptop I would get a connection timeout when entering my password. Also, the signal I was finding (to try to connect) was intermittent and I could not see my network from as great a distance as usual (weak signal).
I first tried unplugging and restarting my router, with no luck. Then I tried subtly changing some settings in AirPort Utility (new WPA2 password) to force a restart from that end.
Finally, I did a factory reset via AirPort Utility. The symptoms are still exactly the same.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? These routers are spendy and replacing them every 2 years seems a fools errand. But I do like having an easily network accessible hard drive connected to my router for backup purposes.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
    ~Barry

    Thanks for the response, @Tesserax.
I live in a single-family home, so the neighborly bandwidth can't be very high or growing at a high rate. For sure, I wouldn't expect things to suddenly stop working but rather a slow degradation. Also, I cannot maintain a wireless connection when standing next to the router.
And, no, we don't even have a landline phone system. Just a couple cell phones here.
I'm not sure about your question of wireless clients connecting to other wireless clients. I cannot really even get on my wireless network to connect to other wireless clients. For instance, my iPad gives me an "Unable to join the network" dialog.
I do have two computers talking to each other wired-to-wired through the network. They share a mouse+keyboard via Synergy. I will say I shut down the router overnight and plugged it back in this AM and there was a moment there where I didn't think the wired connection was working, either. But it's been solid throughout the day.
    Thanks again!

  • How do i troubleshoot CAS logon failure in W2K

how do i find what username/password is being used?

    Thanks for the response, @Tesserax.

Open Disk Utility and repair permissions, but reinstall won't delete your info and files
