DME FILE for belgium

Hi All,
Right now we are using  format BE_PIBDTA for dme genration through APP but as per this format it is gerating file as flat file
but my client requirement is that DME file should be .xml format
Can any one suggest me how can i achieve this
Thanks & Regards
Phaneendra

Hello Phaneendra,
goto dmee and copy BE_PIBDTA i. e. to /ZBE_PIBDTA.
You will find the parameter for creating an xml-filein DMEE-Tree: Properties Tab Administrative data.
Create even a paymentmedium format /ZBE_PIBDTA (copy from BE_PIBDTA) and assign /ZBE_PIBDTA.
You even can activate the parameter in Original structure BE_PIBDTA but this is in my opinion not recommendable, I prefer always a copy from existing entries without changing existing SAP-Standardsettings.
Best regards

  • Kidno Transfer to Dmee Files for Norway

    Hi all,
We're on ECC6 and want to generate DME output in XML format payment files.
There is a DMEE template available - CGI_XML_CT
Despite my best efforts I cannot seem to figure out how to get the KIDNO into the DMEE file - or the Notes to Payee.
DMEE can use fields from the assorted structures like FPAYH, FPAYP & DMEE_PAYD but the KIDNO field does not appear in any of these structures.
Tried mapping wiht FPAYP-STRFR but that too is not working unfortulately. can there be any other way to bring this field in ?
Kindly help or share knowledge if someone has come accross this before or have done DME admin for Norway banks.
    Thanks
    Max

    Hi Mrugesh,
If any source data field is not available in standard tables FPAYHX/FPAYP,FPAYH, then use DMEE exit code to get required one. And use custom exit as source type.

  • DME file for RFFOUS_C

    hi,
When the standard transaction F110 (rffous_c) is run for printing checks, does it create any DME file?
    Regrads,
    jaydip

    hi
    good
F110 works in he following process.
    1. I have an ABAP program which is specifically designed for printing cheques or giros.
    2. In that program we create print cheque variants depending on which form we wish to print the cheque. You have to enter the variant name, beside the program name, on the "Printout/Data Medium" tab. Otherwise, your system will prompt you to do so when you click the "Printout" icon.
    3. Maintain the variant by clicking the "Maintain Variant" icon. Then check to see if housebank, acct id, cheque lot number and printer already match. Click "Print Immediately" if you wish to print the cheque, or unclick "Print Immediately" to print it later. Save your work.
    4. Click on the "Printout" icon, click "Start Immediately," and fill in the job name.
    5. The system will create spool request.
    6. If you choose to print the cheque later, you can preview your pre-printed cheque from SP02. You can also print, display, etc. from this t-code.
    thanks

  • MT 100 DME file for multiple Transactions

    Hello
We are not able to generate the <b>DME file in MT100 format for Multiple Transactions of the Bank Account after F110.</b>
We are able to generate DME file in MT 100 format for a Single Transaction.
Please suggest us if we had missed any configuration or any specific process is required to generate the DME file in MT100 for Multiple Transactions of the Bank Account after F110.
    Regards
    Srini

    Hi,
I am just trying to give some additional information on this one. Here is a snippet from the PDF handbook.
    Option:
SpoolBatches Enter Yes to tell the PDF Print Driver to print an entire batch of transaction to a single PDF file. The default is No.
    Please do keep in mind...
    • To create a linearized PDF file (for page-at-a-time downloading), you must set this option to No.
    • If you are using single step processing, you must set this option to No.
In addition to this, you must also turn off the MultiFilePrint callback function. To do this, remove or comment out the CallbackFunc option. Here is an example of commenting out the CallbackFunc option:
    < Print >
    ; CallbackFunc = MultiFilePrint
You cannot generate linearized PDF files if you set the SpoolBatches option to Yes because when linearizing, the PDF Print Driver must have the entire contents of the PDF
file in memory. Since batches can be very large, it is not practical to keep an entire batch in memory.
    Important point for your reference:
I just went through the FAQ in the below link and understood that there are some problems when you try to create a single PDF for a batch as a whole - Acrobat Reader only display the first transaction in a PDF file which contains multiple transactions.
    FAQ Book link -> http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E16256_01/faq_book.pdf
    PDF Handbook -> http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E16256_01/pdf_book.pdf
I did not get a chance to explore much on this. Please explore if it helps. Thank you.

  • Program for DMEE file for Australia (Westpac Bank specified)

    Dear All,
Request you to advice me the program that we needs to assign at the payment method to down load the payment medium file (DMEE) in the format of West pac Bank in Australia if any..
I have a configuration requirement to down load the payment file from R3 ( after execution of F110 ) for the purpose of sending that to Westpac Bank (Australia) towards payments (Bank transfers) for vendors mentioned in that file. And for that I will have to create a new program to assign that in Payment Method so that we could able to down load the payment file in required format (Westpac). As i came to know that SAP provides various programs to fulfill the above requirement, Request you to let me know that program for Australia, so that i will use (Assign in Pmt Method) rather than creating new program.
    Thanks in advance,
    Gopi

    Hi,
Please check the program .. "RFFOAU_T".

  • DME File Generation for Thailand

    Hi Gurus,
I would like to know which DME File format is using for Thailand.
I need to generate DME file for the Thailand country format while running APP F110.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Pavan

    Hi,
If you are using PMW for DME generation than please go to DMEE transaction code and in tree property node at File Data tab select radio button 'Allow Only These Charact.' and don't specify this characters in the field against Character Definition.
For blank space control it with Length and Conv. function in the segment definition.

I am working in ECC 6.0. The system was configured to generate XML files for credit transfer as per SEPA guidelines. The files are being created in the application layer. But the line length is being restricted to 255 characters. As per the specifications of a XML file in apllication layer. all information should be contained in one single line.

  • F110 - How to prevent multiple creation of DME file?

    Hello,
I need to prevent multiple creation of DME file for the same Payment Run (after it has been created once).
"Printout" bottom creates DME file and Payment Advice any time you trigger it.
I'm searching for some User Exit / BAdi / Function that will help me to add ABAP code that will check if DME file has already been created.
    Thank You in Advance

    Hello,
Please check if the flag "Create payment medium" is not flagged at the proposal and the payment run file.
If it is flagged the payment file will be generated. Also when you press the print out button, the print program will be called and the system will try to created a new payment file.
In order to avoid duplicated payments you should consider using the flag 'Payment Document Validation" in your print program.
If the 'Payment Document Validation' parameter is not set ON, documents already processed for payment can be selected and paid again in a subsequent payment run, when posting terminations have occurred.
Please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 1713825 in order to activate Payment Document Validation.
Another option is to suppress  the"Create Payment Medium" flag at Proposal Run.
In this case you should check the following information:
Please restrict the activity 15 of object F_REGU_BUK in the user
    profile/role
You may also refer to the available activities on this:
    - 02 Edit parameters
    - 03 Display parameters
    - 11 Execute proposal
    - 12 Edit proposal
    - 13 Display proposal
    - 14 Delete proposal
    - 15 Create payment medium proposal
    - 21 Execute payment run
    - 23 Display payment run
    - 24 Delete payment run payment data
    - 25 Create payment media of payment run
    - 26 Delete payment orders of payment run
    - 31 Print payment medium manually

  • F110 DME File Rejected

    Hi
The DME file created was rejected twice. I cannot see any issue in the payment run. Payment document and DME file were created. However the bank notified the file is rejected due to file not being balanced.
Any idea what could be the cause?
    Thanks
    NW

Only bank can tell you that what parameters they are checking to see that the file is balanced or not.
Then only you can check your DME file for the issue concerned.

  • F110 DME File selected is not the correct file

    Hi Gurus,
Could you advise on this issue please?
We have executed a payment run F110 for vendors on SAP. The payments documents are created successfully. When we view the payment list via F110 -> EDIT -> Payment List -> generate via RFZALIZ0 program the payments are all correct.
But there is a problem with the DME file. Under F110 -> Environment -> Payment Medium -> DME Administration the total displayed for teh DME file is all fine. However, when we view the DME file created by the run using the Display (gllasses) icon on this screen the data is not correct. The system is selecting data from the last payment run executed in this company code. When we do a download of the file, it is the previous run's data that is contained in the file and not the current run.
The DME variants all seem to be maintained correctly. We have executed payment runs for other company codes and these are all picking up correctly. The DME files are all being stored in the same DME filepath /usr/sap/PMG/dme/ plus company code ID.
When we use FDTA to select out the DME file, again we get the same view as we see in F110 -> Environment -> Payment Mdeium. The totals on the F110 run look good. But the data in the DME file is incorrect.
Can you advise why is the system picking up the wrong DME file for the paymnet run in this company code. All other company codes are fine. We have tested the problem Company Code in our Quality system (where the DME filepath is also /usr/sap/PMG/dme/ plus company code identifier and it works OK there.
How do we get the system to link to the correct DME file data?
    Thanks for your quick response.
    Michael Ryan

    Hi Akhilesh,
We don't use the IDOCs here but just a DME file. The issue here was the DME filesystem is only mounted on one of the application servers. The end user was logged onto the wrong application server and so the paymnet run could not find the file. It was theerfore picking up the last file that it could see from the server that the user was logged onto.
When the user logged onto the correct serevr, the payment run then pciked up the file.
    Thanks & regards
    Michael
