DMS:Redlining tab when clicked gives a ABAP dump in ECL viewer.

Dear All,
I am trying to use the redlining function but it is giving a ABAP dump which says
The current ABAP "CL_ABAP_CLASSDESCR============CP" program had to be terminated because the ABAP processor detected an internal system error.
Does any one had similar errors, i found a note for this 1021125 it is applicable for Sun Solaris x86/64 platform we are using the same platform so i just wanted to know is this note relavant to it since it has 2 patches to be applied.
We are on ERP 2005, ECC 6.0.

Hi Nishant,
Did you check the Version of the ECL viewer with ECC 6.0, check for the latest version and install it even in SAP GUI also you need to check the level & patch matching, while installing GUI you need to select all the components manually, might problem get solved.

Contract Entitlement on Subject tab is based on Contract Start and End dates. All the contracts i.e. expired, active, cancelled will appear until the end date. As we can see the contract ES-10165 is end dated on 09-DEC-2014, hence it will appear on the subject tab as per the functionality."
But the User is saying:
"Contract coverage is clear to be based on dates, and that is quite clear to me as well… the problem comes with the different statuses.
A SR can be associated to an “EXPIRED” contract line because the SR creation date could be falling between coverage line start and end dates, but can never be related to a “CANCELLED” line.
This “CANCELLED” status means that the line is not valid for the contract, so if it is not valid for a contract, it is not valid for referencing a job…and this is only creating wrong costs associations."

Hi Sudhakar,
Drop inline message components for each of the textFields and the textArea and then run the application. You could also use a message list component but inline message components for each of the input components would give you a clear idea if any errors are occuring. In case any such errors are indeed occuring then the situation can be analysed further.

If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

Will not open new tab when clicked on the + next to open page

firefox does not open new window when I click on the new tab +
also does not open new tab when going through the file menu

This issue can be caused by the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

I just updated to Firefox 17.0.1 and now I can't click on a bookmark to open it or open new tab when clicking new tab button.

In FF 17.0.1 I have several bugs to mention. I am only able to open bookmarks by right clicking them and selecting Open In New Tab from the drop down menu. I am unable to open a new tab by clicking on the new tab button or by clicking open new tab from the FF drop down menu at top of browser. Also, none button work in FF, such as Home, Back, Forward, or refresh. This is so aggravating!!

After I posted this, I restarted with add ons disabled and it worked..deleted a cpl of addons for compatibility checking and that fixed it.

Redline in SAP document (*.dwg, *.pdf etc.) without ECL viewer Installation

Hi Experts,
We are implementing PLM Customer Collaboration in our Clients' system. Now If ECL viewer is installed in someone's machine, he or she can use Use ECL viewer functionality in cFolders like redlining in the drawing etc.
Now Problem is that though I am providing the Customer Collaboration through web to be used by customers, they can't use the redlining functionality. But, we can't go to every customer's machine & install the ECL viewer in their machine. Do we have any other alternative in SAP to get the redlining functionality without having ECL Viewer installed in local PC.

I doubt if there are any other options!! At best,what you could do is to enable the WebEx feature in cFolders,setup a meeting with your external partners and do the markup/redlining.

With FF15 on Win7, when I click a Google Reader link (that open in a new tab when clicked, target="_blank" style), the new tab opens for a second, then closes.

The tab will not crash if I right-click, open in new tab, or middle click. Other sites with target="_blank" seem to be ok with left click (Google+ links for example). But Google Reader links seem to be completely broken.

Seems to be an adblock plus issue in my case. When I disable adblock it never happens. When I enable it this occurs on most links on google, twitter or reddit. Somehow seems them as pop ups I guess. Probably will have to fiddle with adblock plus.

Firefox 30.0 - Used to open PDF file in a new tab when clicked a link. Now new tab opens, does not show file, tab closes. How do I fix it?

I am using Firefox 30.0. I open a page that has links on it to see some PDF files. When I click on the link, Firefox use to open a new tab and display the PDF file. Now a new tab is opened, nothing gets displayed, and the new tab closes. What setting do I need to change in order to see the PDF file.

Mid button won't open a new tab when clicked on url

Normally when i click mid button on a url, it open in a new tab
However recently (possibly after an update), it won't work at all
Mid button scrolling is fine so its not mouse related problem
(it also works in chrome and ie, just not fx)

tried updating and even switched to beta, no help
did i disabled something accidentally?

Why won't Firefox open an site in a new tab when clicked on in Google?

When I was in Google and would click on a site to open, it would open in the tab I was on rather than opening in a new tab. It used to do so.
So if I go to the site and it's not the one that answers my question, rather than clicking on the back button, I have to go back and click on my Google Bookmark.
It's annoying because everytime you open Google, you get a different set of sites to access.
Today, the word I was Googling was kfeeders.

I was on the Google page, and put in the item I was searching for, clicked search and got a page or many pages of potential sites that would fit my query. But if I clicked on one of the sites, I couldn't click back to the Google page, the back arrow was gray. It doesn't happen all the time, only occasionally. Guess it's just a problem with some sites.

Multiple tabs open, will not show content on a different tab when clicking on it.

When I have multiple tabs open on Firefox and click on one of the other tabs, it will not change to the newly clicked tab. It will continue to show the previous tab that was open. If I move the mouse around the page, then some of the pictures will appear on top of the previous page.
The only way that I have been able to correct this is to reopen a different tab and then open the tab that I wanted open in the first place. Once I do the back and forth, the tab will show the content that is displayed on that tab.

Is there some way to keep Safari from opening a new tab when clicking on a link?

When one clicks on a link on a page in Safari a new tab is opened. This is fine if the link is to a different site. However, it is annoying when navigating through the pages of a single site such as is required, for example, in on-line banking. Firefox seems to be smarter in this regard, opening a tew tab in the former case but not in the latter. Is there some way to keep Safari from opening a new tab each time?

Tab click on will display a color change (dk gray to light gray). But window does not change. 3 tabs were open. It does the same thing if the other tab is selected.

If you haven't done this yet then you should create a new profile exclusively for the 4.0 beta version and create a desktop shortcut with -P "profile" appended to the target to launch that profile.

Opening new tab when clicking link

Out of the blue, firefox suddenly started opening links from Google and Yahoo search engines in a new tab instead of going directly from the original tab. I've tried tapping the control and shift keys, restarting firefox, and restarting the computer (just to make sure); nothing works. Strangely enough, it's only these two having this problem, so I'm wondering if they've updated their own settings to force this.

Did you check the settings on the Google preferences page?
For the Google website you can set your preferences on the Google.com page via the gear icon at the top right. 
Click that button to open the menu list and select Search settings.

How to stop firefox from opening new ad tabs when clicking on a legit link or even a blank space?

This has been going on for months now in every computer in my house. If I go to any legitimate website and click on a legitimate link (not and ad) a new tab opens up to either a bogus virus warning, an ad page, or a survey. I have reset Firefox to default conditions several times without any results. I have Kaspersky Internet Security 14 and ran a scan (no virus found). I have Hitman Pro and ran a scan again without results. I have also ran Malaware Bytes, and Norton Power Eraser to no avail.
Mozilla has to do something about this as it is happening to may users.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
