Do any new cisco versions support auto-adding team members back to group chat?

each day I create a team group chat (9.2.6 or lower)
a. if someone falls out of the team chat  (switches buildings, goes to a meeting, reboots etc)
b. they fall out of the team chat
c. users have to ask me to add them back to the team chat or I have to add all team members in the group every few hours.
It would be great if it was more of a chat room like feature where anyone in that group can come/go as needed. Do any versions support this feature?
If not I would like to pass this on as a suggestion. I believe lync supported this feature.

and persistent group chat looks like it works with cisco jabber 9.7+?
any advice on how I would submit a request internally for persistent chat?
a. what is required (what is the name of the app, database stuff I have read about)
b. which version of Jabber is recommended
I would like it integrated with Cisco jabber and not a separate chat utility. Also is there a different place to place a "wishlist" request? Thanks!

    Try deleting the iPod Photo Cache from the nominated folder that you have set up to sync photos to the devices.

    Think the iTunes artwork playlist is for a new screensave they put in where if you click the album artwork it plays the song.

    No Adobe support for CC Team Members if you have installed Parallels on your Mac
    First let me make it clear my iMac is running native OS X 10.8.5 and all Adobe Creative Cloud Apps are install on the iMac running natively in the OS X system environment. I only have Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac installed to run Microsoft Office software in Windows 7 when needed (because PowerPoint for Mac sucks big time compared to the PC version)… absolutely no Adobe CC Apps have been installed on the Parallels virtual PC environment.
    I have been having problems with Creative Cloud Desktop not updating so I uninstalled it and tried to install the latest version from Adobe. I then get the following error:

    This has happened all last week. Because we have been so busy at work I waited until the weekend to contact the 24/7 chat support.
    This was going well. I was sharing my desktop with the agent who was adjusting the permissions of some folder. The problem came when he launched chrome on Parallels and not on the MAC and tried to install the PC EXE version of CC desktop. When I pointed this out to the Agent he instantly stop the screen share and stated in the chat box that virtual computers are not supported and I must find my own solution without giving me an opportunity to explain.
    Every time I tried to start the chat again I was cut-off while trying to explain that Adobe CC was running natively under a native OS X and the Virtual PC was a separate to this
    Only after my 4th attempt (having per cut an pasted my arguement into the chat box) did a get any further. The Agent refused to continue to try and fix my problem but did say the Adobe engineers are aware of the "204" error
    Has anyone else had this "204" error installing Creative Cloud Desktop or can  direct me to a solution it would be much appreciated

    Unfortunately I am still getting the 204 error
    I download the Creative Cloud Desktop App at home and brought it into work to install — which failed
    I then tried to install the same file on the only Mac in the office not on Creative Cloud and it installed with out any problems
    I then tried plugging my iMac into the same ethernet socket incase it was a problem with the ethernet socket. No luck it still had the 204 error

  • Since updating itunes to version 10 my ipod classic will not sync any new music that I have added to itunes, can anyone help

    I recently updated iTunes to version 10.3.1.55. Since then when I try to sync my IPod classic it says on the top of iTunes (where the barbers pole is) "Step 1of1 Determining Tracks to Sync". This stays like that for about 15 minutes before a message pops up saying "Itunes could not copy ""song title name here"" to the Ipod because an unknown error occurred (-50)". This message pos up for every song title that has been added to itunes since the itunes update. Therefore I am unable to sync any new music. This only happens when syncing the ipod as the iphone syncs with no problems.
    Does any one have a solution?

    HDVxDV does not extract timecode...nor does LumiereHD. Which is why they are not the best solutions.

  • Any news on Lenovo support for LTE 4G from ATT and/or Verizon?

    I'm getting close to ordering several T410 notebooks, but I came up with another reason to wait:
    As far as I can tell, Lenovo is currently installing WiMax 4G modems in the T410, but not the Qualcomm Gobi MDM9600 LTE 4G modem that supports both future LTE 4G service from ATT and Verizon and current 3G service from both carriers.  I would prefer to have a 4G LTE modem, not WiMax.
    Anyone know if Lenovo has any plans to start installing 4G LTE modems?
    The other option would be to get the current Gobi 2000 modem and just upgrade it later myself- is that sort of upgrade an easy card swap, or something harder (I'm thinking built-in 3G antennas may cause problems if I try to upgrade to LTE later).
    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    So far I have only made 2 books using lightroom and the software from my publisher!
    And the books have turned out very nice, BUT the workflow has been hell! :(

    Verizon needs to have a really good compact phone.  The Razr mini is a rehash of the M.  The other guys have the Samsung Alpha and the Xperia Z compact. Hate to have to change carrier to get a good compact phone.

    My contract expires in 2 months.  I have a Razr M, and i will NEVER get a Razr mini after the M.
    Why wont Verizon even carry one small performance android phone?  Surely theres a market out there for it...we (in this or similar threads) can't possibly be the only people thinking this.  The Z3C looks like its the best on the market right now.  I guess i'll have to switch over to a GSM provider just like everyone else who wants this or another small performance phone.

  • "New Version Support" -- What is it?

    In the Administration -> System section of WLSE 2.9, theoretically this is a section to upload new firmware support for APs. Unfortunately, I don't know what this section is looking for. Every TAR file I try to upload comes back with the same message: "Invalid Tar file, make sure original file has not been modified." The Help document for this page points you to a CCO page that doesn't seem to have anything that works either. Thanks in advance for your help.

    The purpose of this screen is so that if there is a new device/version support comes out and it's support need to be added to WLSE, then a respective tar file will be posted on CCO which can be then downloaded and added via this option. You cannot just upload any IOS image tar file here as it will not work.

    I have no idea but it will be interesting.
    File sizes steadily get bigger as more detail is added. It would be great to have them schedule this for certain dates, but I imagine this business is a bit unpredictable as to exactly when they finish.

    Hi Jessica,
    On the iOS mobile app, communities with sub-communities are identified by a blue arrow next to the community.  If you tap on the community name you will be taken to the community, if you tap on the blue arrow you will be taken to the sub-communities within that parent community.  For Android tapping on the arrow next to the community name will expand that community to show any sub-communities underneath it.  I hope this helps.
