Do Browserlab generate automated results or is only effective for screenshots?

1) We are looking for cross browser test tool for our project which can facilitate comparison of layout difference in different browsers, image, text differences and provide consolidate results without manual intervention.
Would like to know whether browserlab will only provide screen shots and rest comparison we have to do on our own manually ?
2)Also, I have a query related to support of this tool for URL having Server IP Address, not with domain name ,as www.xyz.com<http://www.xyz.com>.We have our IP as - https://x.y.z.com , and its is secured.I have read about dream weaver regarding doing testing without publishing our website, but do it support the same ?

1) To make sure I understand correctly, with BrowserLab you'd like to automate/script both the tests and the results reporting. So, for example, you might run to run tests against 5 different urls with 8 browsers of your choice, and, without anyone seeing the screenshots, get some sort of report from us about what the differences were for each of those urls. Is that correct?
Assuming I'm right, the short answer is no, we don't support that workflow, but we are considering features similar to this as a future feature of BrowserLab. I'll pass your request along to our Product Manager and if he has any follow-up questions for you he can post them here.
2) Again, I'll see if I can restate your question to make sure I undertand - you have some web pages you'd like to test, but they're behind a firewall and only have IP addresses rather than a domain registered with DNSs and you'd like to test those using BrowserLab.
You have a few options for testing local content that way using Dreamweaver, Firefox/Firebug, or by whitelisting the BrowserLab egress IP addresses. All those options are explained here:

Removing Only Effects for Multiple Varied Vectors
Hi All,
I've got some very complex vector artwork that has had the crystallise filter applied to every item to give the appearance of retro pixellated graphics. I want to remove the filter but leave the colour, stroke, opacity etc of the hundreds of closed paths unchanged. Unfortunately the paths have many different fill colours and stroke styles so there is no obvious way I can target items with the filter applied. Is there a way of removing just the filter without having to select each object individually and remove it one item at a time (nightmare scenario)? I don't want to keep filters on anything in the document, so getting rid of all filters would be a good solution as only the crystallise filter has seemingly been used in the artwork.
I have tried selecting multiple items but cannot remove the filter this way and also tried using the Graphic Styles pallete but no success. I've also tried using the eye-dropper and 'select same...' functions but I cant find any way to target just the effect I want to remove.
Any ideas will be appreciated.If the Crystalize filter was applied to all of the objects with the same settings, the Appearance palette shouild still list the Effect, even though it shows "Mixed Appearances" because the objects have different fills/strokes. If so, you can just delete the Crystalize Effect from the Appearance palette without disturbing the other Appearances.
If the Crystalize filter settings were altered on a per-object basis, then the Appearance palette will not list the Effect when all objects are selected, because the Effect is not really common to all of the objects in the selection.
The Reduce To Basic Apperance command in the Appearance palette flyout menu will retain normal fills/strokes while removing Effects. But if you have other Effects (other than basic fills and strokes) also appllied on a per-object basis, those Effects will also be removed by that command.

Two separate calculated columns - results show up only in one of them

I've recently run into some peculiar behaviour in OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.0). I'm using three attribute colums (deliv. on time, ordered, backlog) to calculate a monthly service level. In addition I'm using a customer ID number to separate our customers into export and national customers. I've three calculated columns - Service Level Export, Service Level Total and Service Level National. I'm using a simple case-statement to distinguish between international and national customers (When custID between xxx and yyy then...). The total service level column doesn't have a case-if calculation, only a couple of simple mathematical operations and it works fine.
Now the problem is that the results show up only in one of those calculated columns containing case-if calculations - not both at the same time. Using a prompt in a pivot table I can verify that both columns get proper values but when I remove the prompt half of the values randomly disappear from these columns so that only one of the columns has a value for a specific month. The calculations in all three columns are identical - the only difference is that Serv. L. Exp. exludes a spesific CustID whereas the Serv. L. Nat. only includes that one CustID.
Example - both Serv. L. Exp and Serv. L. Nat should have values for every month, now only one of them gets values

I've a few months of OBIEE experience under my belt so I'm not that experienced but usually I've been able to figure out what's wrong on my own. This time, however, this leaves me dumbfounded. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Serv.L.Nat is calculated 100 * INVOICED / (ORDERED + DELAYED). For National Service Level the case statement (including the calculations) is as follows (the inner CASE limits the Serv.L.Nat per cust to a range of 0 - 100 %):

Windows 8.1 PC, using reader, when searching a folder containing approx 100 doc's. If i search for a word, no results are returned. only the doc names can be found but nothing from within the doc.
This is a new problem and was not the case before.Works perfectly fine for me with the latest Reader version (11.0.09).

Our company has recently upgraded form Acrobat Professional 8 to Acrobat professional XI. We also use the Quite Imposing Plus plug-in in both versions. Now when using Quite Imposing Plus the resulting file is only given a Temp name which will be sent as the document name to the printer unless the imposed document is first saved. This was not the case in Acrobat Professional 8. I have attached a screen shots that shows an example.
Is there any reason why this is happening and how can we stop it.Thank you for your advice although I think you may be incorrect as the naming of the documents made with Quite Imposing is correct in Acrobat 8.
After reading the comment below it would seem something has changed from version nine onwards.
Going forward we plan on changing the way we save and send our imposed documents to print but thank you for your time. -

after mixing a project i select bounce and burn the disc that is burned plays on any cd player but when i try to burn the wav or mp3 file that was created the resulting disc will only play in a computer this also happens with video projects help please are there any settings i need to alter as it seems the wav or mp3 file i ceated is being converted to a data file somewhere between the folder and disc drive
Same thing for a movie file.. If you want to play back the movie via a DVD and a DVD player you must create a Movie DVD and not just burn files to a data DVD... as Data DVDs are just storage devices for files and therefore will only work with computers...
Movie DVDs are special formats that include things like menus and special file formats.. so they can playback via a DVD Player...
You will need a 3rd party DVD Burning app like Toast which is what i actually use.... or the more popular DVD Creator app...to create and then burn a Movie DVD that will playback on a DVD Player....

Hi there, did you ever get an answer to this question - as I have the exact same question also. We are implementing ECM in the US and they have survey data for several different regions - SAP allows you to import the survey data by region but we want to be able to map each employee to the job code and region - we have a scenario where we have one job code which could be in many regions.
We are looking at creating a pay grade structure to deal with this but I was hoping that the composite results could be used to store more than one location

Generate automation from Environment ?
Is it possible to generation automation from within the Environment ?
I've set up a rather extensive Environment for mapping MIDI footswitch commands into Logic, using cable switchers, transformers, and faders to bypass, mute, control faders, etc. This is for live use, so I need everything to happen in real-time.
It's all working great, but I'd like to control a few things in plug-ins that aren't accessible via MIDI--in particular, the stomp box bypasses in Amplitube2.
I could use controller assignments to perform these actions, but it wouldn't work well with the rest of my Environment, since I use cable switchers to route MIDI to different places--a controller assignment would intercept ALL messages from that controller, so I couldn't use the controller for other functions.
The controls I need are easily accessible via automation--is there any way to use the Environment to generate automation data ? Maybe with SysEx or Meta events ? What I'd like to do is create a transformer that turns a controller message into an automation event that I can route into a particular object (Amplitube on an insert).
Possible ?

Automation function to convert region automation to
track automation. See how that works.
Cool! This worked. When I moved the controls in the plug-in, I didn't get any output from the fader, so I assumed there was no MIDI-like info related.
But... as you suggested... I created track automation, converted to region automation, copied the data from the Event Editor, and pasted into an Environment fader as SysEx... bingo! Works great!
That is, as long as I've got the Environment...

</script>What's the URL for the site where you are using this? Offhand, it looks like it should work with your first example so you are either placing the script before those elements are loaded or you might try wrapping your current javascript inside the:
$(document).ready(function() {

This make sure the code runs once all the html is loaded on the page. Without seeing a URL and debugging with the js console in Chrome I can't give you a solid answer.
But, I do know that you can probably do this with a lot less markup. Once we figure out what the actual problem is I have a better solution mocked up for you on jsfiddle.
When looking at my HTML code on jsfiddle, please realize I setup some dummy HTML and removed your tags and added actual values which would be output by your tags. The main thing I did was remove the whole div.more-selection and instead, added a "data-is-selected" attribute on your div.more-option element. Then, in my javascript for each div.my-option element on the page, we loop through them, find the value of that data attribute and hide that div if it's less than 1 (or 0).

You'll see in the end result that only two divs show up, both of those divs have data-is-selected="1".
You can try pasting the javascript code near the closing </body> tag on your page and make sure to wrap my js inside a <script> tag, obviously. My way is neater on the markup side. If you can't get it to work it's likely a jquery conflict issue. My version is using the $(document).ready() method to make sure all the code is loaded before it runs.

context var is used if you want to pass values between tasks. If you are using in a job and you want to use values between passes, then you could use a job variable. Or if you want to calculate and use the values in same pass in the job, you can use a Hashmap.

I did a backup decided to do a full backup with a password. I forgot the password I used (it was a couple of months ago and I must have gotten creative with it.) Without that password the option to back up to my computer is dead, right? My only option for backup will be the cloud. I want to be sure I understand the mess I am in.
