Do I automatically get Adobe Illustrator when I purchase Creative Cloud

I just purchased Adobe Creative Cloud memebership... does this enable me to download Adobe Illustrator CC , I am taking a class at school and need this program to do my homework.... I am new to all of this ... please walk me through the process.

When I purchase Creative Cloud, can I choose on which date my 1 year membership starts?

So does it start on the date you purchased Creative Cloud or can I choose the starting date myself, for example 2 months after I initially bought Creative Cloud?

It starts as soon as Adobe fulfils your order. Practically speaking, the date that Adobe receives your first payment.
I've never seen an option to nominate a start date.

I keep getting a download error that says Creative cloud cant connect to Adobe servers, what do I do?

If you feel that you have enough evidence of the symptoms, use the feedback at http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html to let Apple know. The "feedback type" of "bug report" has been removed from the iTunes feedback, so I suggest you use use "Other".
You will not receive any feedback from them, but they do read the submissions and act upon them. It can take a while, and more than one iTunes update before the issue is resolved.

Initially I was emailed a response to open port 443.
for five servers- this has been done.

I would suggest you to sign in with your Adobe ID during installation and your product will automatically recognize your membership details.

You can't install 9.2.1 or earlier on any Mac that is only Mac OS X bootable. In fact you need to use the restore disks which came with those Macs to install 9.2.2 on those Macs. 8.6 is only possible to install on Macs which came with 8.6 or earlier. The 9.1 disk may be useful for your 1999 PowerMac G4, but won't be of any use for a 2006 Powerbook G4.

MS Office, there is a free Mac OS X alternative in http://www.neooffice.org/
