My Firefox is updated, I have the 7.0.1. version, when I open Tools and click about Firefox it shows me just that, the 7.0.1. version. itunes 64 bit on windows 7 is unable to install, i have the 64 bit installer version but it keeps saying "errors occurred" at the ( rolling back ) phase. HELP!!!

It's quite easy actually. First have your "iTunes Library Extras", "iTunes Library Genius", "iTunes Library", and "iTunes Music Library" backed up. Download ans install iTunes 64-bit. I don't know what's so 64-bit about iTunes 64 since Win7 reports it as a 32-bit application in the task manager. But anyway. Install iTunes 64 and launch it. If you migrated your library to another drive like me go to settings in iTunes and change the directory to your location. Close iTunes. Replace the newly created files with your backed up files. Launch iTunes. iTunes will load and then update your library and from there you are set to go! so basically it is just like a normal upgrade. But if you hesitated to go from 32 to 64 like me, here is your answer.
By the way. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit with iTunes 64-bit and it works without problems and syncing with my iPod Touch also works flawlessly. -
I have the ipad retina display version - I have a BIG issue with this when out and about, that only about 50% of the time will it see my HTC mobile WiFi hotspot - rebooting either, or both devices doesn't cure the problem it drives me MAD!!!!
The HTC hotspot works fine with everything else I connect to it.
Also - ipad will not connect to my HTC via bluetooth. Again, I can connect to everything else with my HTC other than my ipad.
I have to say this is my first venture into Apple products and I have always wanted to get away from my windows based laptop to get a MacBook, the problems I have had (flash player etc) & continue to have (as above) are putting me right off swapping over. I HATE technology that doesn't work and my ipad has been hard work!I stated my ipad as being an ipad2, but I now think it is a 3??? It was new Jan this year and is the 64gb retina display version.
I really would like to get to the bottom on this problem wit mobile hotspots as it is sitting on my desk next to me now and I cannot get it to connect to my HTC mobile hotspot!!!! It might be taking a flying lesson soon at this rate!!! Grrrrrrr........... -
Hi, I have the iPhone 4, 32GB, version 4.3.5 (8L1) and for some reason when I connect it to the laptop, it starts synchronising but never goes beyond step 1. It goes on syncing forever, without actually doing anything. I have tried everything, wiped the phone numerous times, deleted all files from the laptop but still no resolution. As a result, the phone does not really synchronise.
This started somewhere in May 2011 when I upgraded what proved to be a problematic s/w version and the phone has not recovered since.
Now I cannot update the iPhone s/w any longer.
Any clue?You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

Hello! I have the Acrobat XI test version installed, got the registration Mail and confirmed it. When i have the program opened and try to convert the file from a pdf to a word and press the convert button, it shows a the message "application failed" (in german "Fehler bei der Anmeldung"). I received a notice that there is an update for my Lightroom 5. I have the non-creative cloud version. Is the update available for non-cloud users? It says to download click the link and it takes me to Cloud free trial screen.
It is the same installer. You can run it as 30-days trial (CC version) and decide later for CC or stand-alone. To license as stand-alone, follow this guide.
If you already have the LR6 license key, you can enter it during setup and do not need to follow the guide. -
I have the latest Creative Cloud versions of Lightroom and Lightroom Mobile on my Ipad. On my desktop I have created a collection which I have put in a custom order. On my Ipad I go into that collection and set the order to custom order, which I presume means the order I have on my desktop. However, the photos on the Ipad seem to be just random photos from the collection THEN the rest of the collection is in the correct order after that.

You can trigger the Lr Desktop diagnostig log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button.
The Lr Mobile app log can be triggered when you open up the settings and long press the to LR Icon a diagnostic log will be generated and attached to your local mail client. While opening the settings could you double check if you are signed-in?

I assume you mean iOS 4.3? If it isn't offering the upgrade it is most likely because you have a 2nd generation iPod Touch. Also check your version of iTunes on your computer. It needs to be 10.2

Try testing that issue out within a new user on your Mac. If it does the same thing, then you will need to reinstall Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.

I have the PE Mac 8 version and have downloaded the program.I opened the initializer which halts 90% through checking my system profile. I have all the system requirements, what is wrong?

I close all Firefox windows. When I try to open another window later I get a message telling me that Firefox is still running and that I need to close all windows or restart my computer. I have this about 3 times a day this past week but prior to that it was maybe every one or 2 weeks. I had the 3.5.10 Version of Firefox, but have just updated to see if this stops this from happening. But what do I do if it doesn't stop it?

I have version 19.0, but when I try and open out gmail, it keeps sayting we do not have the lates browser and to please update it. I HAVE the latest firefox. The same thing happens when we try and open our msn mail as well

Must both authors have the same RoboHelp release version?
A department is our company that uses RoboHelp is designating an employee as the backup for the primary author. The backup will update files when the primary is not at work. The primary has RoboHelp version 9. The backup intended to use version 9 also, but it seems that version 10 is all that is available from Adobe. Our company has a licensing arrangement.
Will files created in RoboHelp version 9 be compatible with files used in RoboHelp version 10 and vice versa? Must both authors have the same version of RoboHelp? The authors will be using RoboSource Control to check files in and out.

Yes both authors need the same RoboHelp version. Some resellers might still have copies of RH9 available though.
