Do I have to have an iPhone to use face time on my ipad
I Am considering getting a new phone not an iPhone. I want to know if I can continue use ing FaceTime on my iPad?
It must be an Apple device to use Facetime. Facetime will still work on your iPad, but not on your new phone.

no, there currently is no way of doing this. You can only create a second Apple ID.

iCloud:
Settings > iCloud > Delete Account then lock in with your Apple ID.
FaceTime:
Switch Settings > FaceTime > FaceTime OFF and switch back on with your Apple ID. -
I have an iPhone and use Roadrunner as my email server. When I open RR it gives me 4 choices, inbox, drafts, sent and trash. I would like to add saved, how can I do this. I contacted RR and they said it is an Apple problem to solve.

is a function of IMAP email. Roadrunner has not announced
any plans to make IMAP available. If this is important to you,

I have an iPhone 4 using iOS 7.1.2. On my home screen at the email icon in red it shows I have 11,193 emails to be read. I have no mail in Inbox, Drafts, Sent, or Trash. Where did this come from and how do I get rid of it. The number is printed in read on top of the blue and white emaiI icon. I contacted my cable company and through their website I can check my email. In doing this it showed I had 25 unread emails. Also, my iPad 2 is receiving emails fine. So the problem is with the iPhone 4. What can I do to get rid of the number and make my mail operational?

i live in the UAE and i dont have the face time app on my iphone 5 and it's not showing in the settings list as well only face time mentioned in the notification center , my friends in the same area are using face time normally any advice?
Doesn't matter. That store is likely selling illegit iphones, brought oin from somewhere else.
The fact remains the UAE government does not allow Facetime on iphones legitimately sold there. -

FaceTime is not on the iPhone 3GS because it does not have a front-facing camera. Think about it - if you wanted to use the camera, you'd have to turn the phone around - but then you wouldn't be able to see the other person.
FaceTime is on iPod touch 4th Gen, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and The New iPad. -

Face time with wifi only. I have a 4Gs iPhone traveling to Japan. Can I use face time with another 4Gs or IMacback in the States using just wifi and with I have my Celluar Data and Data Roaming off?
Thanks, After changing my settings in face time per your suggestion, (it needed to be done), I turned off cellular data and data roaming and made a call using face time. It worked! Great way to stay in touch while overseas without the need for those egregious phone data plans.

There is no FaceTime app. To initiate FaceTime go the contact page of the person you want to FaceTime in your Contacts app and select FaceTime at the bottom of the screen.
