I'm Camila and my English is really bad, why I am using the translator at this time and I hope they can help me.
I have Skype To Go service from a month ago and I have made successful calls to my family in Colombia through Skype to go.
This month comes the billing by the AT & T enterprise worth 218 USD (my PLAN Basic is of 30 USD)
I am very angry and frustrated at the same time because I don't understand why they appear 90 minutes of international calls to Colombia if I've never done directly from the cellular line but calling the numbers assigned to each family for Skype tp Go, in this case local numbers in Seattle, city where I currently live.
Because this happens?
Can you help me?

We'll check this issue for you but, at first glance, it appears to be an AT&T problem. Have you contacted them?
TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

The Free offering of FormsCentral provides users with a lot of useful features. There has to be a line somewhere for the subscription level service and Email Receipts and Notifications are part of that premium service.

Why would you update to CS6 when you can go directly to CC. And while you wouldn't pay another upgrade amount you would have to pay the monthly subscription whether you upgrade to CS6 or not.
And you shouldn't have problems saving your files in a form that is readable by CS6. You wouldn't be able to make further adjustments on items that are not in CS6 ie. Shake reduction, however the adjustments you make in CC will be visible.

The tablet version came out some months before the phone version, if I recall.
Not sure why the decision was made to make them two separate apps. I can say that they're practically the same app, just that one's UI is designed for tablets while the other is designed for phones. You can't use the tablet version in portrait orientation on a tablet. Likewise, you can't use the phone version in landscape orientation. This all may change. Autodesk's SketchBook tablet app could only work in one orientation (landscape) until a few versions later where it could finally change to either landscape or portrait.

No. You can install Lion on all systems you own from a single purchase. Either copy the installer before you run it on the first system and transfer it to the other system, or purchase and download it on one system, then log into the App Store on the second system go to the Purchased tab and you'll be able to download the installer again without charge.

An AirPort express is post-modem, it routes the Internet that you've payed an ISP (comcast, at&t, surewest, etc..) for already into a Wifi signal that users can join.
