Do I have to pay more or less or what?

Not sure if the switch to adobe means the $20 i pay per month on echo sign is covered under my Adobe Acrobat Pro account, or not. Also can't find info easily on Adobe and am frustrated that I have to wade into the world of confusion ... otherwise i would know the answer to this question and not have to ask the general public about it !

Hi meredithsands,
There are so many options with Acrobat, it can get confusing. The Send for Signature option in Acrobat Pro XI is a connector to the EchoSign service, and you need to have an EchoSign account. If you don't have one, I believe you get a free EchoSign account, which allows you up to five transactions per 30-day period. With your paid EchoSign subscription, you aren't limited to 5 transactions/30 days.
Best,
Sara

You can buy an  iphone 4s.
    There is no trade in.

  • Will i lose my unlimited plan if I get an Iphone 4s? Or will I have to pay more?

Will i lose my unlimited plan if I get an Iphone 4s? Or will I have to pay more?

When I tried to order through At&t, it didn't give an unlimited option. I then ordered through apple website which basically let me get the already existing plan, which has unlimited data. If not for it, I would have gone with Sprint.

  • I have CC. Why do I have to pay more to export?

I have CC. Why do I have to pay more to export?

As a CC Complete subscriber, you can use the desktop Acrobat app that comes with your subscription to convert office documents into PDF.
However, the subscription currently doesn't include the Acrobat Cloud Services that we offer from within our Reader application. We appreciate that this is confusing, and I appreciate hearing that you would like to use the service from your Android device.

No idea why you got this impression - you also won't get your music for free when buying a CD player.

Probably because you purchased them again, instead of following the proper method for redownloading apps.

  • I want to tether my iphone5 to my ipad and verizon says I have to pay more

I want to tether my iphone5 to my ipad and verizon says I have to pay more.  I have the 2g data package with my phone. I was understood that the hot spot feature was not charged for. I would not have upgraded my phone from a basic phone to the smart phone if I had not realized that the data would not be able to be used with the phone and ipad.

Sorry I should have proofed my post.  English is terrible

  • Why do I have to pay more?

So I want to buy a Production PRemium CS6.
It costs 1899$ in the US and almost 2200$ in Russia. And Adobe does not allow me to buy it in the US store for I have registere my account in Russia.
What the ...? It's digital download, why do I have to pay some "resellers" (can I really call them resellers?) for a link to Adobe servers?
So generally speaking, Adobe guys, you do understand that if there's a product that costs 300$ less somewhere else people will go and buy there.
And if it is forbidden to buy there (why pay more), there're always such great resources as demonoid?

Adobe charges different amounts for their software in different countries. Part of this is due to support costs, infrastructure costs, and taxes in each country. Another part is due to what Adobe thinks the market will bear.  Complaints have raged for years on the different costs for Adobe software in different countries. Adobe has never officially addressed the cost differential in an official response in these forums. If you want to make your feelings known to Adobe corporate, then I would urge you to write at:

  • Why did I have to pay MORE for a smaller microwave that I bought due to exchanging a defective one?

I bought at Sharp 1.3CU microwave on January 18th, 2014, which went bad today. I took it back to the store for a exchange. Upon entering the store, carrying this microwave, I got to stand in line for about 3 minutes, holding this microwave. Understandable, if I wasn’t the only person in line. Three associates were at the desk, one was on the phone, one was a Geek Squad member, the third scribbling on a sheet of paper. At least two of them made eye contact with me while I stood in the rope line, all alone, holding onto a microwave. So, finally about 2-3 minutes later, an associate makes time for me. The exchange process went well, since the item was still under warranty. I was told that there was no inventory of the one I was returning, so I could get store credit to get a different one. I thought this was strange, the store credit, as she was able to print off a copy of my original receipt because I used my BB credit card for the purchase. In any case, I took my credit and went back to appliances. I found what I thought was the same exact model I just returned. Having worked in retail myself in the past, I knew that at times the computer isn’t always accurate to what’s on the shelf. A young man working in this area was super helpful and carried it up for me. I wish I got his name, because he was awesome. Now, for the best part. I got a new microwave, same brand, same color, same style, but .2CU smaller than the one I just returned…and HAD TO PAY MORE for this smaller microwave than I did for the larger one…so not only did my microwave crap out in less than 60 days, but I had to pay more for a smaller one…doesn’t make much sense…

    Hello RyanJustice,
In my house, a microwave is a must have!  I am a popcorn fiend, and I can’t imagine having to go without one for a long period of time.  While we may not have had your exact model in stock, I’m glad to see we had a microwave that was quite similar to the one you originally purchased. I can see how a price difference might be confusing though, especially as the replacement was slightly smaller than you initially bought.  I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused.
When units like yours fail under manufacturer’s warranty, we usually either send them out for service or exchange right in-store. If we exchange a unit, typically a refund via store credit would be issued up to the purchase price. From here, it may be redeemed towards the purchase of a new one.  However, we can’t process a refund exceeding the original purchase price, and if the current model you chose was more expensive, additional payment would be required.  This means that if your original microwave was on sale for less than the current price of the new one, you would be subject to paying the remaining balance.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
    Enjoy that new microwave!

  • IMessage activation message. Why I have to pay more than once?

Hi there. Here is my issue with iMessage:
I'm from Spain (sorry for my bad English). I buyed an iPhone 4S one month ago. I activated iMessage then, and yesterday I was checking my phone invoice when I noticed I had sent 3 international sms (to U.K.). Each one was 0'60 €   I checked the number, and It is an activation number used by Apple to verify your number. I can understand this, but i can't understand why you have to pay for this verification everytime you switch on iMessage. I checked the dates when these messages were send and the other 2 messages were send when I restore my iPhone (iOS 5.0.1 upgrade and another one because i changed my AppleID). So, I think this is a bug from iOS5 that I should't pay and It's something Apple must fix.
I have read in other Spanish Forums about people with more than 10 activation messages (about 6 €) and other people without these messages, so I don't understand what happens.
Have anyone the same problem?? Any solutions? Thanks

Probably because you purchased them again, instead of following the proper method for redownloading apps.

  • Why Do I Have to PAY MORE MONEY?!?!?!?!? For The "Mobile  Hot Spot"??

If I am ALREADY paying for an UNLIMITED access plan, why are they trying to extort more money from me?? Does it REALLY matter what device the data is being transferred to (Incredible/laptop)?? I guess UNLIMITED really DOES have it's LIMITS....  Is there a crrier that provides for this service free of charge or INCLUDES IT in their UNLIMITED plan?!?!?!?

T-Mobile doesn't allow tethering it's within the ToS you sign when you go with them.  Carriers in Europe also charges for tethering.  You want to add more devices to use up bandwidth you gotta pay for it.  Internet bandwidth isn't free, but the content is.
Virgin Mobile: This is what you have to add to your mobile web plan if you want to tether.  This does not include mobile web for your mobile device. You can tether with your devices just like T-Mobile, but if you get caught THEY have the right to terminate your contract or service and charge you the ETF.
    Broadband2Go
    Broadband2Go Plans
You may purchase a Broadband2Go data plan necessary to access the Internet from your laptop personal computer in the following data allocations ("Broadband2Go Plans"):
    $10.00 for 100 megabytes ("MB")
$40.00 per month for unlimited mobile Internet (but not unlimited downloaded content)
When you purchase the $10.00 Broadband2Go Plan, your data usage will be deducted from the available data allocation. Unused data expire 10 days from the date the Broadband2Go Plan was activated on your account. If you use your allocation of data before the end of the data expiration date, you must purchase an additional Broadband2Go Plan to use the Broadband2Go service.
With the $40.00 Broadband2Go Plan, your monthly charge is due on the monthly payment date of your $40.00 Broadband2Go Plan. Your monthly payment date is based on the day of the month that you activate your $40.00 BroadBand2Go Plan, switch from another Broadband2Go Plan to the $40.00 Broadband2Go Plan, or restart the $40.00 Broadband2Go Plan. If you do not pay your monthly charge on your payment date, you will no longer have access to the Broadband2Go service, regardless of the balance in your account. When you next pay your monthly charge, you will receive the data allocation associated with that monthly plan. If you fail to pay your monthly charge when due, your payment date will be reset based on the day you successfully pay your monthly charge.
Most carriers will give you unlimited, but if you hit a certain point they'll throttle you down, but you still can use the internet.  To even use 5G's a month is very hard to do unless you stream a lot of content.

  • If i want to switch phones do I have to pay more?

If i want to switch my phone from the LG env 3 to the palm pixi do I have to switch my plan? I was talking to a verizon guy at the store and he said that if i would buy the palm pixi and switch everything over the internet the phone wont work without the 29.99 data plan, but i didnt belive or unserstand what he was saying. If I have the 9.99 data plan now and get a palm pixi through a friend and activate it online will it automatically switch to the 29.99 plan? Can't I just keep the 9.99 plan and not use the stupid internet that is has beacuse I never use it anyway and i will just use the wifi through my house and  just text and call? I have unlimited text plan.
I also talked to another verizon guy and he said if i kept the 9.99 plan for the palm pixi I would get charged with overrages but I dont understand why if iIdont use the "internet" Ihave now (it sucks and its slow) and if i dont use it on the palm why i would have to switch plans?
    thanks for the help!!!

Most smartphones are using data when turned on. since the devices do this you are required to get the 29.99 unlimited data plan
if you don't wish to pay for the data plan you might need to find find another device

  • I'm a new customer that's paying more for less

I have only been a customer with AT&T for 9 days and I'm wondering why I'm not receiving any kind of promotional deals. Also was wondering if or cancelled my service within 30 days will I have cancellation fees and would I be able to get out of my contract. I switched from Directv because I needed a lower bill and internet but now I'm thinking I might be better off just switching back. Thanks in advance.

Did you ask about promotional discounts when you signed up?
How do you know you're not receiving any?
Yes, you may cancel in the first 30 days and avoid EFT, however, you may encounter other charges.

  • Verizon's failure, why do I have to pay?

As a long-time - and still current - customer of Verizon, I'm shocked at how poorly I am being treated. I cancelled my phone in December because my company gave me a phone (also Verizon). At that time I gave Verizon my new mailing address, email, and phone number- which they did not update in their system. So they continued to mail my final bill to my old address, which never made it to me, until now.
They did not email, they did not call; they instead sent the bill to collections. I called Verizon and paid the outstanding bill, come to find out after the fact that I am also required to pay the fee for collections. They, however, did not tell me this at the time I made my payment (another mistake by Verizon), I was informed by the collection agency that I am required to pay them or my credit report will be negatively affected. Verizon dropped the ball. They did not send the bill to the right address, they did not call, they did not email. The sent it to collections.
Of course no one at Verizon will work with me, a good customer. I'm waiting for someone's supervisor to call, yet I have little faith that they will give a crap about little ol' me. I just want Verizon to take some accountability for their shortcomings in this situation. Why do I have to pay for their mistake? What more should I have done? This is unfair.

I verified my information over the phone with a customer service representative when I called to cancel my account. I'm not sure how I could have verified that they properly put this into the system, other than getting verbal confirmation - which I did. They got the new email address correct, I know this because when I called this week to settle my bill, I received a confirmation to the correct email address. However, the mailing address apparently was not updated properly - as per my request - in the system. If you go into MyVerizon under Account Profile, your billing address is listed along with the option to change it. By making changes to your account, you have real time confirmation of the changes. - So you're saying not to trust the customer service representatives? I'm required to make sure they do simple tasks properly? Besides, I was canceling my account - why would I then go online to change my account that I just cancelled - especially since I just verbally gave my new information? Again, the root of this issue that you are not responding to goes back to the fact that the customer service representative did not do as I requested and update my address - which is why I never received notification. Had this been done properly, none of this would have happened.
I just received a pile of mail from the post office of mail that did not get transferred to my new address - of which included the bill from Verizon and the notification from collections. I had assumed that the lack of correspondence - via mail, email and phone - from Verizon meant that my account was settled. Personally, I don't make it a habit of calling businesses and asking them if I owe them money. I expect them to contact me. Unless you sign up for email notifications from Verizon for you bill, they will not send it via that method. It appears that they DID try to contact you when they sent the bill to your old address. It also appears that you failed to use a FREE service from the US Postal Service which forwards your mail to a new address for up to a year. I have done this in the past, it works and only delays mail for a few days. Plenty of time to get your final bill in time for payment without being overdue. I can understand not contacting businesses to see if you owe them money, but you cancelled service. If I were to cancel service, I would assume that I either owed money or due a refund and would make sure which it was. - I was set up to receive email notifications from Verizon - a service I used for that account for years.  I did have my mail forwarded through the post office, but some was still delivered to the old address anyway and it just made it's way to me now. Verizon's lack of contact with me lead me to believe that either 1)the account was settled, or 2)any remaining balance was transferred to my new account - which I do not see the bill for as my company pays for it.
Why would Verizon not try to contact me via email or phone? Sending an overdue bill to collections is a big deal - it affects my credit report. Does Verizon care so little about it's customers that they wouldn't even try to contact by email before making such a drastic move?Even if simply to verify the mailing address? This seems to be as much your failing(if not more) as it is Verizon's failing. As you say, it is YOUR credit report, not Verizon's. You have more of a stake in this than they do, why wouldn't you follow up in this matter? Even if simply to verify the mailing address? - Again, going back to the root of this issue - CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should be able to expect that if I tell someone my new address, it will be reflected in the system. I should be able to assume that I would be notified by email for a matter like this, especially since they have my email and have permission to use it and had been using it for years to notify me of bills, why stop now? Why is the buck passed to me to pay this new fee for a mistake that originated with Verizon? Why can't Verizon admit any wrong doing at the root of this issue - where they dropped the ball?
