Do I have to pay VAT again if I purchase subscription by skype credit?
In a normal world we shouldn't have to as we have already paid for it when we bought the skype credits. As of now i didn't receive any official response from skype and their chat-based so called "customer service" is a joke and of no use.

It really depends on which subscription plan you are signed up to. Normally whichever programs are available thru your subscription are listed for you to install in the CC desktop manager application. If you do not see certain programs listed it might be because your machine does not meet the system requirements for them... that is normally what happens with the manager.

I am using GarageBand for some months now and I´m really happy with that software. Yesterday the new version (2.0) was released and it is now for free. However if you want the whole bundle you have to get the available in-app-purchase. This however means having to pay once again for something I already paid for, correct?
Or is the in-app-purchase for free to those people who already paid for the app?

Hi it seems that my restrictions password has been tampered with. I cannot acces restrictions. I now have to default using I tunes I believe. So when I do this I blieve it will while everything. So does that mean, the apps that I own, will I have to pay or again, or is it tracked somewhere what I own vs my apple ID?

John bAs long as the apps are still available in the store then you can re-download them for free : re-downloading. Or you should be able to copy them over from your iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and you can then just sync them back (it's useful to have a backup copy of your apps just in case they are removed from the store).

I Recently purchased a book from iTunes and according to my bank account the payment was successfull but now when I try to sownload anything it says there was a payment issue with my last purchase! How do I fix this? Do I have to pay again??

i am trying to now install a free trial of indesign because despite paying $50+ a month for this supposed service I cannot open an indesign file I've been sent and need to do work on it urgently. I have now signed in again for a free one month trial and it claims to be downloading but this is not happening at all. I am on a Macbook Air and Abobe for my $600 a year membership you have totally ruined by Friday night. If there's a human being out there at Abode please respond now

I upgraded to Lion on my Mac mini and I'm wondering if I have to pay 29.99 to upgrade it on my Macbook pro also. Or since both computers are registered under the same account, is there a way to share the program?
You can download it from the mac app store again on the other computer free of charge. Just go to purchases in the mac app store on the other computer and log in with the same account you used to purchase lion. Then you should see lion listed as a purchase along with a gray box that says INSTALL.

I used to have the iPhoto application and for some reason it is now gone. Do I have to pay 14.99 in order for me to be able to have it again or is there a way I can get it back. I have a MacBook pro 10.9.5 .
Depends on what you had
If you had iPhoto version 9.5.1 then you can reinstall from the app store under purchases
If you had any version of iPhoto '11 then you can install for free from the App store
If you had any earlier version of iPhoto (iPhoto '09 version 8.x.x) or older then you need to purchase iPhoto '11 version 9.x.x from the app store
If you had iPhoto '08 (version 7.x.x) or older then you also need to download and run the iPhoto library upgraded prior to launching the new iPhoto

i bought some books about automotive engines by TSD training. A total of 3 books.
Earlier i was browsing the iBooks App Store and noticed these books were now part of a 14 course mechanics collection of books.
I wanted to buy the remaining 11 courses (iBooks) in this collection thinking I could just "complete my album" per say as you can when purchasing a collection of music on a given album but it seems I do not have this option. Will I have to pay for these 3 books again if I buy the collection? is there a way around this? Can I choose only the remaining books I need? Any help is appreciated. If the app is compatible with both iPhone and iPad, then you can download it to any iPhone or iPad that the Apple ID used to purchase it is signed onto.
You can go to the App Store on the iPad, then to your Purchased Items. Click on "Not on this iPad", and you should see the app listed with a little cloud next to it. Tap on the cloud to download it.

Why do i have to pay for my songs again?
I've bought a lot of music on Itunes,
and now i got myself a new MBP, and it takes a lot of time to find all the missing songs and when i find them i have to pay for them again...
Can this be true??Re-downloading for free is not currently available in all countries (re-downloading and iTunes in the Cloud by country). Do the songs show on the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes home page on your computer's iTunes ? Or have you not got a backup copy of your purchases on, for example, an external drive that you can copy onto your Macbook Pro and add into its iTunes ?
