I've made a new .Me account and want to start using that. Problem though is that I've made a couple of purchases for applications for my iphone. Am I really going to have to purchase them all again?

Not if you don't change your AppleID. If you edit your email address via the portal in iTunes > Store menu > View My Account, you will change your AppleID, and that means apps purchased under the old one won't work, and you'll need to buy them again. However, if you change your email contact information using the link below, you can change the email address for contact (e.g. iTunes store receipts) but keep your old email as your AppleID (that one is just a name, and does not have to be an email address, even though Apple recommends setting it up that way for some reason).

Read the User Tip that razmee209 linked for you in the post above. If nothing in there works, there May be something on your iPad that is corrupt. Backup the iPad, restore to factory settings, and them restore the backup. If that doesn't fix it, restore as new and download all of your purchased content again.

triple click the home button. Then you can go into accessability options in settings and turn off that feature

There should be a program that came with the camera that can view the AVCHD videos. It may have the ability to save-as other formats.
One program that is good for converting some video formats to M4V or MP4 required by iPad, is HandBrake. <Download Handbrake> If you can save the videos to an intermediate format, HandBrake may be able to complete the comversion to MP4.

Scared to upgrade to Tiger; will I have to purchase upgrades for my apps?

I have been looking for info on application support for Tiger, and I am either looking in the wrong place or it does not exist, because have searched and have not found a definitive answer.
I work in the video industry and I have spent a lot of money on programs that I use all the time in my G4 PowerMac running 10.3.9.
I have:
Final Cut Pro HD;
DVD STudio Pro 3;
Adobe Photoshop CS
Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
Also, I have an old scanner that I love that DOES have support for OSX, but not Tiger specifically.
I am wondering if any or all of these apps work as is in Tiger or am I going to have to purchase upgrades for these programs to work with Tiger. Is there any where I can look up specific support issues for my apps before I upgrade and find out, "oops, that don't work here."
I was content to stay in Panther since why "fix what ain't broken", as they say, but I do feel I am getting left behind. All MAC mags I use to love to read for tips and tricks now only pertain to Tiger and widgets and spotlight look super cool.
Any help would be appreciated.

Your apps are all going to work just fine. The scanner? Check for an update to the software. Probably be just fine.
Here's the thing, though. it sounds like you do not have a backup on an external. If not, all bets are off. You are jumping with no net. Good luck.

How do I get enough storage to download iOS7 if I have already deleted all of my apps, music, and pictures?

I am trying to update my iPhone4 to the iOS7 but I do not have enough storage. I don't know how to get more storage. I have already deleted all of my pictures, apps, music, and text messages. However, it's still says I do not have enough storage. I don't know what to do!!

If you cannot clear enough room on the device to do the update via the phone, then connect the phone to the computer and iTunes and update that way.

First check that your device is not full, maybe you may have to delete some photos or apps to make space to do updates. if its not full then you will have to try pluging it into your pc/mac running itunes then doing a backup and restore. Then you should be able to do your updates.
Sorry but i cant think of any other way if its showing as installed already but is not there.

Have you purchased the ESPN Radio app for your X - I need information from you

I purchased the ESPN Radio App last year. Now it shows that it is incompatible for my Droid X.
I need to know if you can see it in the market on your phone, or if it shows compatible with your Droid X in the web market. I also need to know what version your Droid X is installed on your X.
I do know that a factory reset may clear up this issue, but I would like confirmation from other people that they can see it, because if I do the factory reset, if I can't install it afterwards, I will be pretty upset. It does work for the most part (it does get into a restart the phone mode on somedays, restarting the phone 3-6 times, but other days it works flawlessly) , but AirKast updated it to 3.0 recently, and I would like the updated app. In fact, any AirKast radio app shows incompatible, and AirKast finally answered one of my tweets to them. Their customer service sucks. I have sent emails from 3 different email accounts, tweets, and they finally asked what the problem was when I tweeted to one of their customers saying that I could not install their app. They claim that it should not be a problem. This is why I am trying to collect information.

Someone confirmed that their X can see AirKast apps in the market, so this issue is my phone only....
There will be a factory reset in my near future.
