Do I need a new Apple ID for my second and third apple computers ....
I just bought a second and third apple computer for my team mates for my business, do I need to have separate Apple ID in order for my emails NOT to drop on their computers ? I didn't think about this before I registered them with apple and now I need to undo this so my emails aren't on those two computers...how do we use the iCloud but also not have my email accounts on their computers.. I just want their email only on their computer
Typically you have an Apple ID for each individual. But if you do this, you can't share documents on the same iCloud account - it's not designed to be used this way.
If you sign in with the same iCloud account on each machine and use iCloud for email/calendar/contacts/messages then YES everyone will see each other's email and calendar, etc.
So you need to use separate iCloud accounts for each machine, and use something else (i.e. Dropbox or Box) to share files.

When I got to step #3 (While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.) my Ipod would not turn on, and Itunes did not recognize my Ipod. :S -
my family all shares one apple ID for iTunes so we can share music. but I have my own apple ID for my phone and ipad. on my phone, I can have two separate IDs, but I'm wondering if its the same for my macbook pro. If i download the new OS, it asks for my apple ID. I would like to put in my personal one so that i can get texts and such. but I would want my iTunes to be my family account. is this possible?
You can use one account with iTunes on your Mac, and different account(s) with the Mac App Store (for buying/downloads apps or OS updates for your Mac), iCloud (System Preferences > iCloud) and Messages (Messages > Preferences, or command-comma)

I had been using the IPAD and all of a sudden it started talking back to me and when swiping apps to close them they would not close. She (the IPAD) kept talking back to me such as "use three fingers" etc. Then the screen went blank and if I touched it I could get it to beep at various touch points. SIRI would also communicate, but the screen stayed black.
As was suggested here, I tried getting a reboot by holding the sleep key with the home key and after 10 seconds the apple logo shows and 5 seconds later my screen saver comes on for just one second, and then it goes back to a black screen. SIRI tells me shes not available and someone else, must be her sister, says things like 90%, 85%, 80% if I continually swipe the screen. Can anyone help me?Hello, Juniorjr2.

This sounds like screen curtain may be enabled. Screen curtain is a feature that allows display privacy. To disable screen curtain while VoiceOver is enabled, you can three finger triple tap the screen to disable this feature. You may need to press the home button once in order to process these steps. The apple logo appears for 5 seconds then disappears for 10 then appears for five and so on. I can get it to the connect to iTunes screen but as soon as I unplug it from the wall it shuts off completely. A laptop with iTunes isn't enough to power it up. Can anyone help me fix this?

Also, check your hosts file to verify that it's not blocking iTunes from communicating with the update server. See the steps under the heading "Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > Mac OS X > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store." If you have software used to perform unauthorized modifications to the iOS device, uninstall this software prior to editing the hosts file to prevent that software from automatically modifying the hosts file again on restart.
The "device may need service" means a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Usually when there is water damage, you power off the phone and let it sit in a bag of uncooked rice fro at least 4 to 5 days.
The water damage is what is wrong with your phone.
You can get an out of warranty iphone at the Apple store. -
When I go to some web sites, my apple freezes for several seconds and then responds
I try to go to certain sites and my mac freezes and then responds. This is happening more frequently.
I've experienced this too, it always seems to be caused by flash content. Mine happens intermitently so haven't really found a solution. Are all your plug-ins up-to-date? And are you running any sort of ad-blocker?

I created a new apple id for my iphone and ipad which work great and allow me to access Icloud. on my macbook air I can't get it to use my new apple id for icloud. It keeps going back to my old apple id and doesn't afford me to alter it. I use system preferences-icloud and it just wants to verify the old apple id but doesn't afford me the opportunity to delete teh account or edit it like the iphone5 and ipad. Help?

I need a new recovery disc for my MacBook so I can format and re-install the default operating system. I have lost the original recovery disc that came with my MacBook years ago. Can anybody tell me how and where I can order one from?
Also, I do have the original recorvery disc that came with my MacBook Pro, could I not just use this or would it not be compatible?

Thank you!For a fee, you could likely order a replacement install-restore DVD for your MacBook. To get the correct disc(s) and match the hardware to the system, you need to know and have the serial number of the product handy, and be able to answer some basic questions; and have a form of payment, such as credit card.
Call the Apple Store online (main US number, 1-800-MY-APPLE) or the main Apple Support number for US, 1-800-275-2273.
Or if you're in another country, you could try calling a Local in-country support number and ask, since they may have to redirect your call to another associate. See link below for Support phone numbers.
An operating systems specialist or other qualified person will be able to try & help obtain the correct disc or disc set; if the computer original gray-label set is no longer available, they may be able to check their extensive database against your product serial number to see if they may have another full install disc that can work.
This other option, if it happens, based on your MacBook serial number and build model identifier, could be slightly newer than the OS X version shipped with the MacBook, and not be gray-labeled.
A replacement install disc in retail version would not include any original MacBook applications, while a gray-label disc set should have most of them as part of a multiple DVD set, if available.
