Do I need a seperate id for facetime other than my mac id and password to get facetime to cooperate? my

Face-time seems to be relatively difficult to configure on my new itouch. I've changed everything on my network to make it work but nada. Seemingly it is not recognizing my password. An error message is returned about my network each time i entered my identification, I am not behind a firewall. Seemingly something is wrong, is anyone having a similar problem?

Back up your current iPad, the restore the new iPad to the backup of your old one.  This will transfer your data and settings (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2109).  After restoring the backup to your new iPad and confirming that you have all yoru data, you can delete the backup from your iCloud account (to free up storage).
You can then restore the old iPad as a new iPad and create a separate iCloud account on it by going to Settings>iCloud and signing in with a different ID.  Having separate iCloud accounts will ensure that the data you sync with iCloud remains separate.  You will also want to use different IDs on the two devices for iMessage to ensure you don't get each other's text messages.  You can share the same ID for iTunes and App store purchasing; it doesn't need to be the same as the ID you use for iCloud.
On your Mac, set up a separate user account for each of you (System Preferences>Users and Groups, click "+" at the bottom of the left sidebar to create a new user account), then sign into your respective iCloud accounts within your user account on your Mac.

    All purchases are always going to be associated to the ID that was used to purchase/download them.
    If you create an ID for your daughter you will want to check everywhere it is used to make sure you are not sharing messages and stuff. These would be iTunes/app store, iCloud, iMessages, and FaceTime.
    Go thru settings and find all mention of your ID.

    Call the apple store you got it from and ask them. Sometimes in the past they've extended the 'no questions asked return' but only Apple can tell you for sure.

    iMessage and FaceTime not working on Mac Pro and a message stating to contact Support came on with a verification code.  It was working on 8/29 but stopped on 8/30.  When I called support to even speak with anyone they wanted $19.  I don't want to pay $19 for an Apple problem.  I cleared my key chain, also reset my apple ID password but still not working.  Works fine on my iPhone.

    There is no official public documentation of that error message as far as I know, but according to reports, it can mean (at least sometimes) that the same Apple ID is being used with the iTunes Store or one of the other Apple content stores, and the payment method is invalid. Sign in to the store and review your account. You do not, of course, have to provide any billing information to set up an account to use only with iMessage, as it's a free service.
    Otherwise, do what the error message tells you to do. According to reports, you won't be charged for the call if you select "Apple ID" as the product you need support for, and cite the customer code in the alert as the "validation code" to the support representative.

    In sap there is no one common report availlable for this. you want to develop a customized report for this.alternate solution is  get the one time vendor list in MKVZ trx. pass the values in me1l trx where you can get the desired result.

    In order to open/view the form as a Co-author after you invite someone, that email address does have to have an account or create a new account in FormsCentral.

    Each phone needs to set its own sync settings on the various tabs in iTunes.  On the Apps tab, for example, uncheck the apps that you don't want on the phone being synced.  This article may also be of interest: http://gigaom.com/apple/itunes-101-multiple-devices-one-itunes-account/.
    You can change the Apple ID used for purchasing on her phone by going to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in using her Apple ID.  However, be aware that if she has any apps on her phone purchased with your Apple ID she will still be prompted to enter the password associated with this ID for all future updates of these apps.  This is because apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them, regardless of the ID in Settings>Store.

    The above is what the bar says. It's been a while and wondered, maybe Apple changed the format for forums. Then got this nice big blank canvas to air my concerns. Went to school for Computer Science, BSEE, even worked at Analog Devices in Newton Massachusetts, where they make something for apple. 
    The bottom line is fast CPU = more FPU = more headroom and still can't figure out why the more cores= the slower it gets unless it's to get us in to a 6 core then come out with faster cores down the road or a newer Mac that uses the GPU. Also. Few. I'm the guy who said a few years ago Mac has an FCP that looks like iMovie on Steroids. Having said that I called the campus one day to ask them something and while I used to work for Apple, I think she thought I still did as she asked me, "HOW ARE THE 32 CORES/1DYE COMING ALONG? Not wanting to embarrass her I said fine, fine and then hung up.  Makes the most sense as I never quite got the 2,6,12 cores when for years everything from memory to CPU's have been, in sets of 2 to the 2nd power.  2,4,8,16,32,64,120,256,512, 1024, 2048,4196,8192, 72,768.  Wow. W-O-W and will be using whatever I get with Apollo Quad.

I have the adapter( white ones) to attached to the projector cables.  I am so frsutrated...it looks so silly not to have a computer work during a presentation..
    Another problem one the rare occasion that it shows on the screen is that the presentation does show just my desk top.  Any ideas?

    You often have to turn off Mirroring to be able to set the second "screen"s resolution to something reasonable. When you do, the two screens become an "Exceeded Desktop" joined along one edge, and the Arrange pane in displays prefs can allow you to specify what edge. Initially, it will show a vacant extension of the built-in screen's desktop.
    The mouse moves freely across that shared edge, and can allow you to drag the presentation window across to the the projector screen and re-size it to fit.

    You can bypass the password and wipe the drive and return to the original facory installation if the seller included the orginal install DVDs with the Mac mini. If not you will need a retail version of Mac OS X.  To boot from the Install DVD restart the mini, immediately slip in the DVD and press and hold the C key.

    I think as such there is no other process. You can do the recording through transaction SM35 as well, go there and click on new recording. You can do the recording this way also but this is not different from SHDB.
