Do I need the installation medium after installation?

Hello all,
I just installed oes11 along with sles11 and, after fully patching the server, removed the installation dvd from the server. Now, everytime I open "OES Installation and Configuration" it prompts me to insert that dvd again... I thought after installing and using online repositories I wouldn't need it anymore, and it would not be nice to have a dvd mounted all the time.
I tried disabling the cd-repo, and then all of the OES products vanished from YAST...
I've searched the documentation but couldn't find any hints on what to do with the dvd after installation. What am I missing?

If so, you shouldn't need access to the installation media ... unless
you're hitting the issue described in TID 7011540 which I believe was
fixed with the April 2013 Scheduled Maintenance patch for OES11 SP1.
I just read that TID and the situation is not what I'm experiencing and I applied that patch right after installing the server. I will start downloading the separate isos now and post my results.

I recently purchased a hp deskjet 1512 all-in-one printer and even though I have the installation cd, can't use it on the old computer. I need the installation set, etc downloaded so that I can put it on a zip drive and then install the printer on the old computer.

We need the installer for Acrobat 7.0 Pro Mac

We downloaded the installers for Creative Suite 2 since the activation servers had been shut down. However, I cannot find the installer for Acrobat Professional that came with the Premium Suite.

Ok sorry it has been quite awhile since CS2 was released. If Acrobat 7 has a separate serial number then please use your original installation media. If it doesn't have a separate serial number then everything you need is contained in the install files available at the link in message #1.
Have you tried installing what you have already downloaded? What version of Mac OS are you using? Do you have a PowerPC equipped Macintosh?

Could anyone help me out and point me in the direction where I can download the installer files for Elements 2.0?
I work at a Computer shop and have a client that wants us to reinstall her Elements 2.0 and I cannot find the installer anywhere on this site.
I also contacted adobe support and they said they cannot help me and I need to go to the forums to find the installer.

Unfortunately, adobe doesn't have installers available publicly for software that old.
Even if you do find an installer somewhere on the internet for pse 2, it's most likely an 30 day trial version which can not be converted to a licensed version.
You might try finding a copy on Amazon.

If you are asking about how to get the 2 discs that came with your mac..you need to call Apple and give them the serial number associated with your mac and they will send them to you for a fee (I dont know how much it costs)

I need the installation software

I own a 20 gig iPod and my mom brought her new 30 gig video iPod home from work without the software so she could take it on vacation tomorrow. I can't get iTunes to recognize it, even after running the updater and restoring it. My assumption is that I need to have a different software for this iPod (though that doesn't make much sense to me...)

You don't. You need the installation disk. You can't buy the disk in an Apple store. You need to call AppleCare and order one. Have you serial number handy. To check your warranty status:

Just got a new iMac. I am using CS5.5, everything except InDesign is working. I can't open it. When I try to run the installer it says that "Adobe Suppor Advisor is no longer in use". I am then led to the online site for 'help', but I can't find anything
