Do I need the tool bar to be made up of separate psd files?

I have a toolbar and i am ready to start adding hyperlinks but I am experiencing a problem becuase when i press on the 'about us' tab it comes up with the 'about us' page which is what i want but if I then click on all the other tabs it comes up with the 'about us' page too! Im guessing this is happening because the toolbar is made on photoshop as one whole picture not as separate tabs, but Im sure there is a way of going around this without having to start again.

Murray has alluded to one method, I will expand on that and show you another.
Firstly, web browsers cannot display .PSD files. They have to be converted into .JPG, .GIF or .PNG files.
Muray's method is to use the Image Map hotspots to do your navigation and Dreamweaver does offer good tools for that.
The other method is to take your image and to cut it up in Photoshop, saving each piece as a .JPG, .GIF or .PNG and then create a menu that way, each with it's own link.
You should also lay them out in an unordered list that is styled so that it is inline, rather than stacked one on top of each other.
And, frankly, I would create the buttons as textless buttons, using the button as a background and placing text on top of it as well, so that you do not need an alt tag to describe your navigation for screen readers for the blind.
All of one styles should go into your style sheet (or a separate style sheet just for navigation) that you attach to your web page so that your HTML is simple:
If you will use images only, either with image map hot spots or sliced images, your website will require alt tags for each bit of navigation and you ought to use title tags so that there are tooltips for your navigation just to make sure that your navigation is very simple for all visitors to understand.
And learning HTML and CSS is a really good idea.

What operating system are you using?
You don't see the tool options bar (Window>Options) or your looking for the Analysis Menu which is now under Image>Analysis?
You can also get select the ruler tool from the toolbox

It did merge them after a fashion, glad I took a backup first even if I did only perhaps create 3 or 4 bookmarks today. So if I have bookmark separators, it's going to figure out which group to put them in (no way). Anyway I thought they would just go down to the bottom of the bookmarks menu like the other method, like when I export and import bookmarks in Firefox where they do go to the end of the Bookmarks Menu folder and would simply delete one folder.
Anyway this would not be typical because I don't want any bookmarks from IE.

I have a Macbook Pro (2009) and the tool bar in Safari keeps disappearing. There's a small diagonal arrow on the upper right that I can click and the bar will appear temporarily, but then it disappears from view. "Hide Toolbar" is greyed out in VIEW

The "restore disk" is built into the Mac. See About Recovery.
Need more specifics about what error messages you got while installing Adobe Flash.
However, you can almost avoid Flash altogether by setting YouTube to play the HTML5 version instead.
Click the Try something new! link at the bottom of the YouTube page.
I don't know about the sound issue. Might be hardware as you think. Try other headphones to check.

The Print button in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list opens the Print Preview window.
You can click the Print button in the Print Preview window or use the Print item in the File menu (File > Print) or use the Ctrl+P shortcut to have access to the print selection item and other print setup options.

There are other things that need attention.
Your System Details list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts.
The user.js file is only present if you or other software has created this file and normally it wouldn't be there.
You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click).
The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.

Speed dial only has one icon, to open up the windows. Another used to be on the other end of the tool bar for entering websites into the windows. Also do not know how to form another group.

I have just downloaded Firefox into a new computer. The firefox I had in my old computer had one (9 pt) icon at one end that brought up the speed 9 speed dial windows. It also had another similar icon at the other end of the tool bar that you could click on and place a website you were looking at into a particular window. This add on does not have that feature, which makes it very hard to make entries into the windows.
Also I have not found the way to add other groups of windows as I had before. I could even label them in categories. What to do?

Next ensure you have any of the 564 ink cartridges, once the printer being reset it require all the 4 ink cartridges to work

Where is the tool bar in itunes for mac?

I lost my tool bar in the last update. How do I get it back? I can not burn a cd without it.

It may be that iTunes has gotten into Full Screen mode. If that's the case, moving the cursor to the very top of the screen and letting it sit for a second or two will cause the menu bar to drop down.
To burn a CD without needing the menu bar, first get iTunes to show your playlists. In the leftmost window, right-click on the playlist you want to burn to CD. From the menu that appears, select Burn Playlist To Disc.

IPages will not allow me to move an icon off the tool bar

Wanting to remove an icon from the tool bar.
I right clicked on the tool bar > Went to Custums > Tried Dragging the icon out = would not work

I'm guessing this is what you're asking about in the Mac version of Pages (no 'i'). You can also choose Customize Toolbar… from the View menu. It's not at all clear how you're dragging an icon out or in. You need to click, hold & drag without releasing the click until the icon is where you want it.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

You can permanently display the Menu Bar if you prefer it:
*right-click in the empty area at the right side of the tab bar
*click on Menu Bar to place a check mark
*the Menu Bar should now be permanently displayed and the Firefox button in the upper left will no longer be displayed.
*you can reverse the change by repeating and click Menu Bar to remove the check mark.

Or for Tools > Options you would find that under the "Firefox" button then in the right column of the drop-down look for Tools. It does not fit the needs of Firefox users with extensions you still have bring up the Tools menu from the Menu by using the "Alt" key to temporarily see the the menu bar.

In the last few days, it seems that my computer has all of a sudden caught a virus.
As others have pointed out, this isn't malware. That should not be your first (or even fifty-first) thought when your Mac starts misbehaving. For more on this topic, see my Mac Malware Guide.
I know the last ditch effort (after cleaning and maintenance of disc verification and permissions and repairs, is to reboot from the system disc.
You mention "cleaning and maintenance." Have you been running utilities claiming to do those things? If so, you may be the victim of an overly-zealous cleaning job, which has removed important files and damaged your system.
If I'm understanding correctly, you're unable to open any applications at all... is that right? Do you have any backups? If you don't have backups, you're in a sticky situation, as it will be difficult to make backups in your current state, but you shouldn't try any kind of repairs without them. (Actually, you shouldn't do anything with your computer without backups, but this is especially important when something is going badly wrong.)
If you have backups, reboot from your Snow Leopard install disc. From there, first, repair the hard drive with Disk Utility. Once that is done, assuming repairs were successful, reinstall the system. You can simply reinstall it on top of your current system, and it will replace any damaged or lost system files with new copies. (You'll also need to update the system via Software Update after reinstalling.)
If you don't have backups, or if Disk Utility can't repair damage, or if the problem continues even after a reinstall, post back with those details.

Norton ID Safe no longer shows up on the tool bar

Norton ID Safe use to show up on the tool bar so you could log-in and access all your ID's and passwords when you entered a site. Your ID and PW would fill in automatically for each site that you had previously signed on too.

IE and Firefox need different plugins / extensions, so just because it appears in IE and not in Firefox means little.
Firefox doesn't remove extensions that are compatible with a new version of Firefox, it disables incompatible extensions and they appear in the Addons Manager as '''(disabled)''' along with wording that '''''Norton ID Safe is incompatible with Firefox 26''', in such a case'''''.
Please contact Norton support for help with their Firefox add-ons.

I just bought a new computer with Windows7. Was working a great 7 year old HP with XP and my Adobe Flash crashed on Firefox and I could not restore. So....time to upgrade. I installed Adobe Flash and Reader on the new computer and I can open .;pdf docs and the floating toolbar is there but none of the functions work.
I can get the toolbar at the top with F8 but again nothing works. I have right clicked and gone into properties with no help. Also gone into compatibility and changed it from XP to 2003 as there was no 2007 selection and goofed it all up.
I just uninstalled Reader and on the installation it asked about opening in protected mode and I check to always open in unprotected mode. The only ,pdf I open are from the government. Now I see the toolbar functons work. The save function is crucial to me, I run a consulting business keeping nursing homes updated on regulations for reimbursement and survery among other things. If I cannot save .golv docs I have no business
