Do I need to make any changes in iTunes for iCloud?

Hi
I have iTunes 10.5 (with the integrated iCloud, apparently).
Not sure if iCloud is going to be available in Spain, yet, but, do I need to make any changes to my iTunes account, to "activate" iCloud or something?

You'll need to sign up for an iCloud account on your Mac/PC or iOS device. As the iOS5 update and relevant Mac/PC software updates have not be released yet you'll have to wait.

mendel- I have downloaded all Java updates. However several times I was told by an expert in this forum to check something and open Java pref and do something else. Your engine may or may not use JSSE - nbut unless
you're opening your
own Sockets, you don't care.
What's this mean......
We are not using Socket Connection in our program (in
our database driven website).Then you're all set. What I meant was, if you're creating new Sockets in your Servlet (which is not typical, but I've seen it done), then you'd need to worry about how to make an SSLSocket. Since you're not, you're all set.
As u explain that we have to replace http to https.
Is this is the only changes we have to make or any
other changes tobe made?No - change your URLs, and then read up on how to set up your ServletEngine so that it supports SSL, and you should be all set.

The fact that I uninstalled Bridge and reloaded it has me concerned as to what to do next.?

You need to force quit all other (real or fake) instances of the Application Manager. Instructions differ between Mac or Win.

So the menu bar reads iChat, File, Edit, View, Buddies, Video, Window and Help
There is no Buddy List open.
There is no other window for iChat open.
In the iChat Menu you only have access to Status.
Is an item ticked in the list ?
Is this a green (Available item) or Red ( an Away one) ?
Can you access the Accounts option ? (Sitll in the iChat Menu)
Is anything in here ticked ?
In the Window menu any Logged in account should appear in the list (Between the Next Chat and File Transfer items)
It would be useful to know which version of iChat this is.
If no account is ticked (iChat Menu > Accounts) or not showing in the Window Menu, plus you cannot determine the Status and you cannot access the Preferences then you need to access your Home Folder/Library/Preferences
As the Library in the Home Holder is Invisible in Lion you will need the Finder's Go Menu > Go to Folder option (you can use it in earlier OS versions if you want)
Type in:-
~/Library/Preferences
Find the file called com.apple.ichat.plist
Drag it to the Trash and Restart iChat.
This will lose all the settings in iChat that you have changed from Defaults but there is no way around this.

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps

Why not simply enable audit? Then you can query SYS.AUD table to track inserts/updates/deletes and even selects. Other than that, you would have to create a trigger on every existing and newly created table.

Lock infotype 210 when employee makes any change in W4 thru ESS

We have been trying to figure out a way to lock IT 210 when a user makes a change to thier W4 in ESS to implement double verification principle...where another user has to verify the changes and approve it.
We already have something similar for IT 6, whenever user makes any change in thier address in ESS, the new record is locked for review and workflow gets kicked off. We have been unable to implement the same logic for W4 (IT210)
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You mentioned you've already implemented this for IT0006. Iam not sure what problems youre facing with do the same with IT0210. We do the following in such cases.
1. While updating IT 0210, set value to field SPRPS (Lock Indicator).
2. Use transactions SWEHR1, SWEHR2 and SWEHR3 to attach event/obj type to infotype changes to trigger workflow or notification. give a search in help.sap for these transactions to get detailed documentation.
3. Once details been reviewed, HR admin should release the lock indicator in pa30.

Reset Password using Recovery HD
Boot into Recovery Partition.
Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until you see OS X Utilities window shows up.
Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
from the drop down.
Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter key on the keyboard.
Do not close the Terminal window
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
Select the user account from the popup menu box.
Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click  in the menubar and select Restart.

Cannot figure out what your talking about since it makes no sense.
If you are the account owner you can go to the My Verizon web portal http://www.verizonwireless.com
You must log in with your cell number and your my Verizon portal password. Not the account pin.
Once there you can change your plan and services. However repeated incorrect login attempts will lock you out of the site. It a fraud prevention measure.
1-800-922-0204 call support with your cell number and or account number and account pin and they can assist you.
If you don't have the information then there is nothing they can do.
If you can verify who you are they may be able to reset your account access. But only if you are the account owner.
