Do I need to purchase a new version of Photoshop after an change in Windows version?

I installed photoshop CS6 in a 32 bit Windows 7 professional machine. Photoshop is telling me that it needs more RAM to perform various functions. I currently have 8 gigs of RAM installed, but recently
found out that the 32 bit Windows 7 max's out at 3.4 gigs. The question I have is: If I re-install a 64 bit version of Windows 7, do I then have to purchase Photoshop again or can I use the current install.

Just deactivate yor old machine install if its your second install so there is a activation available for when you install CS6 on you new 64 Bit system.  By default CS6 install will install both the 64 bit and 32 bit  versions of Photoshop.  Be aware if your using third party plug-ins you need to make sure you install 32 bit version into the Photoshop 32 bit version tree and 64 bit versions in the Photoshop 64 bit tree Plug-ins folders
