Do I need to refill even if I have a balance in my account?
I am on the 10 cents/minute plan. I have $23 in my account and am getting a message saying I need to refill by July 10. Must I add money to my account in order to not lose the $23 I already have in the account? If so, what is the minimum I can add? I am presently out of the country, so not using the phone. But I want to keep it active for when I return to the US. Thanks for any help you can give me.

With your 10 cents per minute plan, there is not a set monthly cost, however, you do have to renew the plan before the 30 days has ended.
You will need to make a minimum payment of $10.00 before it expires.

Hmm...thats odd. Store credit is just that. It should be able to be used all over the store. I think that Apple is still working out some of the kinks with the App Store and charging consumers. Call Apple and ask them about it, and if you want, ask them to dispute the charge on your credit card and apply the purchase to your store credits. Or if you really want to, since they messed up, ask for a refund and to keep the app! XD

I'm not able to shop anymore in the iTunes Store. It keeps invalidating both by debit cards even though I have ample balance. What do I do?

I am trying to set up Icloud keychain, but it keeps sending the verification code to my land line (which I guess I entered back when I first got my MacBook). I have gone into my apple account and changed the # to my mobile phone, but it continued to send it to the land line. Probably is something simple, but I am not a techy!!

As regardss to the iChat and iChat Sharing categorisation you have used.
In iChat 6 (lion) and Messages (Mountain Lion) the apps login to AIM and to Me.com
The Login to Me.com allows AIM to verify the password to the iCloud issued names (@me.com and @iCloud.com)
This "Dual" login also prevents the newer iCloud issued name from using this site
(it has extra Privacy settings that iChat can't access for your AIM and Aim valid Accounts)
Ignoring the @mac.com and MobileMe entries in the Add Account Screen in iChat and using the AIM one does not get around this issue.
AIM and @mac.com names still work in older versions of iChat.
The short answer is that iCloud issued Apple IDs do not work in iChat 5 or Earlier.

But have you run the the iPhoto Library upgrader? It is installed in Applications > Utilities. Launch it and direct it to your iPhoto library.
Which version of iPhoto did you upgrade from?
The upgrader is only necessary, if you have been running iPhoto7.1.2 or earlier. -
