Yes - sync it with iTunes. You can also drag the App form the App section of iTunes to the iPad/iPhone once connected to your iTunes - this will force a sync.
You can also set Automatic Downloads on your iTunes on your mac and also on your phone/iPad. This will mean when you buy anything anywhere it will also download for the other places. I find it really handy.

Yesterday it was my first time to charge and it takes around 8 hours (it was not on wifi& not on working any application)

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

No. You can activate it directly. If you have music on the Pc you wish to transfer then you would want to sync. But you don't need to.

You don't need to charge it before first using it, it should already be at least partially charged. Otherwise this page just says :
For proper reporting of the battery’s state of charge, be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).
Mine takes between 5.5 and 6 hours to charge from empty up to 100%

I was wondering what kind of iPad case do u guys have? I just got my new iPad. So excited about it. Now I’m in the market for a nice iPad case for it. I got a Yoobao V.4 and it's perfect for me.
The reasons I chose the Yoobao were, it provides a few angles of adjustment, which is useful for when I am using the iPad in bed.
It also has a angle especially for while typing on the iPad.
The Yoobao is made of real leather and looks very stylish and in my opinion does justice to the nice design of the iPad.
The Yoobao does not have a large surround that encroaches on to almost the edges of the iPad screen, which can in some cases, make moving apps to another screen or other function which involves moving to the extreme edge of the screen more difficult.
The Yoobao cases are available on EBay and on Amazon, but mostly in the US. I did manage to find a UK eBay seller.

Thank you. I am trying again to backup my catalog to my second hard drive. When I tried it before it would stop at 64% at which point I figured it was stuck and cancelled it. The third time I tried it I let it go for a day, and then it gave me an error message. Unfortunately, I was so frustrated I didn't write down or look up the error message, I just decided to copy in Windows instead - just so I would have a backup for my stuff. Currently it again seems to be stuck on 64% again. I will let it go and see if I eventually get an error message and then try to look that up and resolve it. If successful I will then reconnect with the method you shared with me - thank you!

So, I'm away from home and just got my new ipad! Of course I want to play with it, but am not sure how to start. My full itunes library is on my iMac at home (and this is what I use when I sync my iphone). I do have my MacBookPro with me, but I don't use the itunes program on it very much. It looks like I need to connect my new ipad to my itunes in order to start using it....what will happen if I connect it to my laptop here, just to get going, and then later when I home I connect it to my iMac where my "real" itunes and all my apps are?

I don't see a problem with activating your iPad on your MBP. When you get home sync with iMac and set your iPad up as you like.

I want to buy a New iPad 4G LTE in the USA, but want to use it also in Peru with a 4G HSPA+ local micro-SIM. I've heard it's called something like "unlocked New iPad 3".
I have two questions:
1) Does the unlocked New iPad 3 exists? If so, where can I buy it?
2) If it doesn't exist, I need to buy two New iPad's?: one for the USA's 4G LTE network and another for the Peruvian 4G HSPA+ network?

You could try an Apple Store and explain your situation. They helped me last year by selling me an unlocked iPad 2 3G to use in USA & UK so hopefully they can do the same on iPad 3 4G.

Is this a playlist you created on your old iPad, or a playlist you created with iTunes on your computer?
If the former, you should have been prompted to transfer the backup for your old iPad to your new iPad the first time you connected your new iPad to iTunes on the computer used for syncing your old iPad. If not or you declined, you need to restore your new iPad from the backup of your old iPad.
If the playlist was created with iTunes on your computer, transfer the playlist from your iTunes library on your computer to your new iPad via the iTunes sync process.
